Cheat Sheet – Round 4
G’day everyone and welcome back to another JR Community Cheat Sheet.
I know from reading Twitter that there were a large number of corrective trades done last week, with many using their first Trade Boost. I did the same and feel much better about my team. But like I tell me kids “chocolate is a sometimes food” “multiple trades in the early part of the SC season are a sometimes thing”. Does have the same ring to it, does it?
There’s not a lot of things to think about this week, but if you don’t already have one, start developing a plan for your season. This involves at a minimum three things. 1) Identify and schedule when you think your rookies are going to be traded out. 2) start to identify ‘fallen’ or ‘falling’ Premo targets. Look for players who have had one or 2 bad scores, and are starting to turn it around. 3) look at your bye structure. Make sure you have even coverage, or are able to trade around the byes to maximise your score.
Covid is gonna mess with lots of AFL and SC teams this year, so if you’ve got a plan you’re going to be 1 step ahead of the competition.

I go Brodie & Bowey, but depends on the strength of your defence v fwd
Brodie & Xerri would be F5 & F6 with Martin & Hayes on the bench and Dixon on the ruck bench able to swing. F1-4 is Dunkley, English, Butters, Cogs.
D1-4 is already Hall, Doch, Short, Hewett. McCartin & Gibcus is D5,6.
Heard Durdin is out with H & S Protocols?
Love the work Jock! noone likes a premo sideways trade unless injured, but Doch is killing it and Crisp isnt. Thoughts on Crisp to Doch?
I wouldn’t do it this week, he has the eagles and could easily monster his 115 break even
If you could bring in one of Lloyd, Stewart or Docherty who would it be??
Lloyd for me as he is ultra consistent over a long period of time and is lock to score you 100+ every week whereas the other two tend to rack up more sub 100 scores than that of Lloyd. Stewart would be my 2nd choice.
Have 600k after trading out Gawn to Xerri.
This week thinking do nothing or the following:
Rachele > English
Stephens > Green

Forgot to mention Hayes is now my R2 which is less than ideal but was chasing money and didn’t want to lose too much from Gawn

Great work Matty. Need to trade out Rohan Marshall, however, don’t have the cash to make the trade straight to English. Seems like my only options are Preuss or Witts Both seem good options, yet both are injury prone. Thoughts on who would be best to bring in?
The other option would be to go early on trading out Hayes (in the event he is not named) and use the cash to bring in English, however, I know Hayes still has more cash to make.
Also, thoughts on who to put the VC and C this week. I heard Chris Scott is thinking about tagging Neale.
