Festival of Fantasy | Day 14
The never-ending season of sportsball continues on its merry way today, which someone told me was Monday. Two games of football? On a Monday?! Lord have mercy.
Anyway, St Kilda and Geelong play a game which could be at literally any ground in the country outside Victoria and I wouldn’t be surprised, while Freo and Hawthorn clash in Perth.
Tobe Watson’s been dropped, Angus Brayshaw will* play, Sam Simpson’s been rested – it’s all happening.
If you haven’t VC’d Jack Macrae, Clayton Oliver, Lachie Neale or Christian Petracca then I don’t know what to tell you. You’ve goofed. If you’ve goofed , maybe you have chance for redemption. Maybe
Tom Mitchell is good at football – specifically getting the football. He’s also good at scoring points. He might get some attention from Crowden tonight but honestly he’ll still have 30 touches. Nat Fyfe has been flagged to play forward in the wet – I’d avoid. Could you go #BrayshawBreakout? Magic Eight Ball says: if you’re Damo.
In the other game, Jack Steele and Patrick Dangerfield have been scoring oodles of points this year and you’d back them in to do it again. Mitch Duncan might be a decent POD skipper, but I’m not going there after he only just scraped the 100 last week.
I can tell you for free Jade Gresham isn’t a good pick, because I picked him over Dusty aS a PoD sElEcTiOn and he scored me 50-bloody-five.
Do we even look at these any more? I don’t know? What do numbers mean? I’m losing my goddam mind!

Jack Bytel is a human being who plays football for St Kilda and is someone you can select in your Supercoach side. Apparently he’s good? We’ll find out. He’s a $123k midfielder, if that helps.
How is your team looking after four games? Did you nail the VC? What is happening with holding the ball? Let us know in the comments!
