PODCAST | We Interview The Number One Coach

Published by Patch on

Patch and Lekdog are back for another week, with a very, very special guest. Alex, the coach of Froff, the number one team in Supercoach right now, and – we’re hoping – at the end of season 2019. He talks about how he’s made his way to the top of the Supercoach ranking, how he selects his team and what his secrets are.

The lads also discuss what to do with Coniglio, how to deal with some backline issues and tangent about how they’re never selecting some club’s players again. Also, they decide the forward line is a place of darkness and they should never go there.

Patch · 15/07/2019 at 23:34

Again – apologies for sounding like I'm at the bottom of a well. Programs which switch mic inputs without asking should be banned.

Finally finishing my side this week, too – Dunkley the frontrunner for the final forward spot, with Boak and Marshall the other two vying for position. Can anyone convince me Dunkley isn't the man?

    Browncow · 16/07/2019 at 02:00

Great pod Patch (aka Timmy). Plenty of giggles and good advice. I have enjoyed this season much more since Dunkley landed in my team.

      Rick Grimes · 16/07/2019 at 08:21

Dunkley is essential. Looks like a points pig for seasons to come.

        Sam_01 · 16/07/2019 at 08:42

Actually worth a selection if he is mid only next year that’s how good he is

          Swans2012 · 16/07/2019 at 12:53

All of dunkley telly danger and boak likely to lose fwd status next year (I’d imagine) and be in discussions for top 8 mids…..going to make the forward line tricky…especially if you assume Marshall/lycett lose it as well (which I assume they will)…here’s hoping a few young ones step up otherwise it’ll be a kpf disaster zone

        neil demons delight · 16/07/2019 at 10:46

        hope his brother is also

    Derek · 16/07/2019 at 23:21

    how Will Libba affect Dunkley.

Surely one of either Bont, Macrea or Dunkley will get less midfield time.

      Lazza · 17/07/2019 at 10:47

He’ll replace McLean and maybe take a bit of time off Hunter

TMac · 16/07/2019 at 07:37

Dunks is definitely the man. No need to think hard about it.

Hope you can luxury trade Boak in there for the finals too.

Rivo · 16/07/2019 at 09:13

Well done gents. The season has moved fast!
I have 6 trades & $182k. Thoughts on Cogs & Clarke to Taranto & Gray? Opens up DPP and leaves me just one upgrade from full premo.

    Swans2012 · 16/07/2019 at 09:41

I like it, Taranto has been good and remains a pod, I bought gray in when he bottomed out and he’s been fantastic. Sounds good to me

Stacky23 · 16/07/2019 at 11:52

Thanks to coniglio can finally pick up neale, leaves me with 4 trades and 40k in the bank and my team looking ok
Lloyd Hurn Williams Stewart Crisp Milera (Naish Gardner)
Neale Macrae Fyfe Danger Sloane Yeo MCrouch Cripps (Jelly Clarke Bewley)
Gawn Grundy (Bines)
Boak Dunkley Kelly Heeney Daniel Chol (Hanrahan Young)
Will look to downgrade chol via danger swing and then try and get Whitfield in defence, tossing up whether to burn and extra trade to keep Milera d7

Pete · 16/07/2019 at 12:28

What’s up with Angus brayshaw?
Is he just playing bad, or is there a role change?
Rookies have Ben outscoring him, should I trade him?

    Sam_01 · 16/07/2019 at 14:05

mix of everything but he sucks and needs to go bottom line

      Browncow · 16/07/2019 at 16:19

Agree with Sam. He had a bad corkie on the weekend but is not around the contest as much as last year. I finally swapped him out for Neale last week. 70 points up so far.

      Russty_ · 16/07/2019 at 23:04

For sure Sam, glad I traded that spud out in round 4 for Neale.

NoPasaran20 · 16/07/2019 at 13:30

If people are really strapped for cash, and like going potential POD smokey types – Hunter Clark is a good option. St Kilda are playing him through the midfield, he's a tough contested ball getter, 370k Defender atm, 2 tons in past 3 games. No history of good scores, but Richardson dumped kid could finish the season well.

Bill · 16/07/2019 at 22:08

nice interview <img src="https://s04.flagcounter.com/mini/Jkzv/bg_FFFFFF/txt_DEDEDE/border_FFFFFF/flags_0/" width="1"/>

Derek · 16/07/2019 at 22:13

20 hours on a plane to Rome was a good place to be while my SuperCoach team was falling apart.

Was about to deal with the Duursma and Gunston problems with Whitfield and Robbie Gray, meant i had to use Clarke off the bench to fill JKelly’s hole, but the Coniglio score was a bridge too far, to make it worse, not ONE of my opponents had Coniglio.

Really needed a few wins this week, but got smashed. Robbie Gray did good, but he’s no Dunkley, who 9 out of my 10 opponents (plus Both my draft opponents, can’t believe TH beat me) had him.

Ill keep plugging the holes and hopefully make a few finals, but it’s a tough game.

    Russty_ · 16/07/2019 at 23:02

Hi Derek..feels a bit that way lately, on a sinking ship with constant holes appearing, and not enough Chewy to plug em with lol, enjoy your Holiday mate, hope you can get decent Internet over there.
Greene could be an option..should be playing mid from now on.

      Derek · 16/07/2019 at 23:23

Thanks mate. I think the internet is crap on the ship, will just make trades early and set and forget for a couple of weeks

        Shake_n_bake · 17/07/2019 at 01:20

Haha that’s all l can do aswell Derek all l can do is make my trades early and then cross my fingers. Hopefully no trades for me thou this week sitting on 6 left but l should make all the league finals I’m in.

    Derek · 16/07/2019 at 23:13

I did fill the holes with Whitfield and Gray.

Got Gunston a fair while ago and he went bang first week with 144, I was feeling good and doubled down the next week with Westhoff.

Could have gone Marshall and Dunkley but went Gunston and Westhoff Purely on the danm byes. Hawks and Port had better bye than the Dogs and saints.

    neil demons delight · 17/07/2019 at 07:30

goodday Derek and Shake looks like Russty and myself are holding the fort . S /C tends to rely on coverage and it can fall apart easily just look at Gator last year in Tassy. ,but as Russty says it's more about fun and comeraderie. 6 trades left is great Shake and should see you go well .I had coniglio and moore ,so really suffered but rallied to 2415 just below you shake and you got me . Both of you have a great safe time cheers NDD

      TRIGGA_HAPPY · 17/07/2019 at 07:57

There's a few of us still floating around NDD.

Yeah o/s is tough esp on a ship as I found out last year in the wilds of Alaska.

I reckon this time of year cant do luxury trades if they are playing regardless of form you play them.

I'm off to Fiji in the SC finals for a couple of weeks. Just hope the palm trees can give good reception! 🀣

      Shake_n_bake · 17/07/2019 at 07:58

11pm here now Neil. Very lucky to beat you in 2 leagues! Just hope for no surprises when the teams drop Thursday. I’ll keep the same team this week if so. Take care mate.

The Ranger · 17/07/2019 at 11:17

I've come up wth a summation of my season so far and it goes like this…

Heath Shaw before I bring him in…104, 94, 144, 103, 85, 93, 99 Valued at 489K

Heath Shaw after I bring him in…69, 47, 63 and hilariously 20. Valued at 356K

Onya Heater!

    Russty_ · 17/07/2019 at 14:02

Ouch I bet that smarts Ranger, he was tracking great early on, I guess age has to catch up with the veteran players at some point, like simmo this year.

      The Ranger · 18/07/2019 at 07:45

Did I mention I picked up Hawkins a while back too?

    silversovereign · 17/07/2019 at 18:29

    Sounds like my Cameron trade

      Russty_ · 17/07/2019 at 19:39

Just bad luck there SS…Hawkins the same, they were both smashing it to smithereens before they went to shiteyness.

    NoLanguage96 · 18/07/2019 at 08:51

Heath Shaw & The Cursed Supercoach Team…. coming to a theatre near you

Binga · 17/07/2019 at 12:17

Thoughts on these trades; Darcy Moore to Merrett and Answerth to K.Dunkley.

    Russty_ · 17/07/2019 at 16:44

Sounds good Binga although Answerth is still getting games, are there any non players you could turf instead?

      Holty01 · 17/07/2019 at 18:27

Yeah I’m thinking Answerth might be handy later in the season. How is ur team tracking mate?

        Russty_ · 17/07/2019 at 19:34

Still alive and kicking Holty…a couple of trades left which I could easily use this week but am reluctant to.

TommyC99 · 17/07/2019 at 18:41

So i've got one upgrade to go which is in the mids but only got 5 trades left and 83k in the bank. I've got Logue, O Baker, Clarke, Bewley and Hind left as rookies with a bit of cash in them. How would you go about it? The easy way is to double down this week but that would only leave me with 3 trades left + an upgrade to make, so essentially 2 trades for injuries. These are looking like my options:

1. Baker – K Dunks and Logue – Quaynor (would mean i'd be able to get any mid 556k or below, but leave 2 trades for injuries)

2. Logue – Stengle (gives me 470k for my final mid spot, but leaves gardner and naish on def bench)

3. Logue – Quaynor (only gives me 440k so i'd be relying for someone to drop heavily)

4. Just trade Baker – Dunks and hold for a week or so

So i'm scraping the bottom of the barrel here, but i've got a potential must win matchup next week so id ideally like to have my team complete for that, otherwise im relying on Clarke/Hind loop. Any thoughts would be great pls guys! And i can post my team on request.

    Russty_ · 17/07/2019 at 19:33

I'd like to see your team Tommy, might have a few out of the box suggestions.

      TommyC99 · 17/07/2019 at 19:39

Hey Russty, appreciate the response mate!

83k in the bank, 5 trades left
Def: Williams, Lloyd, Hurn, Laird, Crisp. Ryan (logue, Naish)
Mid: Macrae, Fyfe, Cripps, Bont, Oliver, Sloane, M Crouch, Clarke (Baker, Hind, Bewley)
      Ruc: Grundy, Gawn (bines)
Fwd: Dunkley, Danger, Boak, TKelly, Heeney, Jez Cameron (Hawkins, Gardner)

        Russty_ · 17/07/2019 at 20:07

Hey Tommy, your backline is fine apart from no cover…how about Hawkins to Bobby Hill and Baker to Greene… via Danger swinging into the midfield. Then you'll have Jez Cameron as a loop, or backup and could possibly get Birchall in for Logue next week.
I have a feeling Greene could finish the season well with all the Giants mids out.

Good side mate, better than my P.O.S…lol

          TommyC99 · 17/07/2019 at 20:29

I hadn't thought about Toby greene, and with no Cogs now he looks the goods. I am hesitant about trading Hawkins despite how bad hes been. i feel like i'd be essentially sideways trading. I could do Baker – Dunkley and Bewley – Greene via Danger. Danger would slot into my last mid spot and Greene would slot into F5 with Jezza and Hawkins remaining at F6/F7. Thoughts?

            Russty_ · 17/07/2019 at 20:44

I just think Hawkins is about as valuable now as a rookie, his 3 round av is 58 and his 5 round av is 59.
It ain't sideways when you're making 240 k out of him mate.
If you get Hill for Hawkins you're trading 60 for 60 points but being able to get Greene in and swing Danger to mid.
Baker to dunkley is just rookie for a rookie. scorewise.
If you got Greene in the fwd line you wouldn't have to depend on Jezza.
I'm just saying what I'd probably do mate…you do what your gut tells you to, that's all that matters. πŸ™‚

    Holty01 · 17/07/2019 at 19:34

Hey Tommy, I think warm bodies on the bench is essential this time of year to save you trades. I’d only be trading those who aren’t getting a game at present. So option 2 is rule out. Merrett is cheap. Anyway you could get him in with 2 trades?

      TommyC99 · 17/07/2019 at 19:42

Hey Holty, I could only really get him painting the fence if i either downgrade Logue, which there isn't any really cheap def rookies (quaynor wouldn't give me enough cash) or found a way to downgrade Baker and upgrade Logue but i don't have the swingsets to get him in the mids. I just noticed Taylor Adams at 480k with a 124 BE as a cheap but risky alternative. Was hoping Merrett would drop a little lower but thats looking unlikely

Brn · 17/07/2019 at 18:50

So do we think bontempelli will get up this week?

Ranked highly so would probably trade him even if he missed one. Any info or thoughts?

    Russty_ · 17/07/2019 at 19:04

I think he'll get up, hoping anyway, if not it's Clarke for me. Listed as a test.

      Brn · 17/07/2019 at 19:10

Same bench here rusty. No way i would lose the 40 odd points by playing Clarke. Every week i have a new player to sweat on with selection.

        Brn · 17/07/2019 at 19:17

Guess it helps that dogs are a win outside the top 8 hey

        Russty_ · 17/07/2019 at 19:37

I've actually got a full mid bench but bugger all cover on the back and fwd lines brn…not so good.
Prepared to wear a week of no Bont though, can you afford anyone if Bont misses? who were you thinking?

          Brn · 17/07/2019 at 20:23

After doing a lot of maths on this, bonts current average quiet perfectly offsets the points scored ny playing clarke and trading to either yeo or treloar, so i would be hoping for the trade in option to at least match bonts average, which would only net me around 50 points.

My obvious chance to gain more points is with my weakest link, Brodie Smith. Whitfield is averaging 123 minus injury affected scores, which is a whopping 300 point increase over smith (all things considered) in the last 8 games. Although it will use two of my last 3.trades, a downgrade and smith to whitfield is my best chance. Lets hope that one trade is enough for injuries from here.

            Russty_ · 17/07/2019 at 20:32

I'd still want to keep Bont mate, even if he misses this week.

Russty_ · 17/07/2019 at 20:28

Hey you know how there's always this ongoing controversy about Goal reviews etc?….
If the AFL/ Foxtel are truly broadcasting in HD and or 4K format, how can the reviews all still be blurry to the point of where they can't even tell what happened and neither can we?
I don't believe they've actually invested in the new technology Cameras otherwise why wouldn't they just be able to freeze it frame by frame like the Cricket, Tennis and Golf does and get a clear picture of what happened?
How many reviews get decided, when they're trying to determine whether a guy touched it with his fingers or not…and should end up in an undecided decision..but they seem to make a decision, based on really bad blurry footage.
Goal reviews still look like standard definition TV when they try and freeze it and view what happened.
I call bullshit…they're not actually using the best technology they could be using.
Rant over lol.

    Brn · 17/07/2019 at 20:54

Bloody true mate. A goal post should be easier to pinpoint than a cricket wicket

      Russty_ · 17/07/2019 at 21:09

For sure and just the cameras in general don't seem to be up to par.
Goalpost reviews are substandard quality…out of the goal square touched calls are also marred by bad technology…still leaving doubt.
I think they're penny-pinching to keep more money in their own pockets.

    NRLTech · 21/07/2019 at 12:28

HD doesn't make any difference to the clarity on touched decisions, it's the frame rate. A higher frame rate would provide crystal clear images even at 360p. My handicam can film at a frame rate high enough to record golf swing impact and baseball swing/impact details so I doubt that good camera technology is cost inhibitive to the AFL they are just inept.

      Russty_ · 22/07/2019 at 22:02

Hi NRLTech, so you're saying they're using the wrong Cameras?…why aren't they consulting with Camera/ photography experts then to rectify the problem?

Pete · 17/07/2019 at 21:44

Oliver and Greene
Taranto and lachie hunter?
Who would score more for the run home?

    NoLanguage96 · 17/07/2019 at 21:59

It's like a smoking habit I keep getting sucked into Toby Greene promising I'll never do it again πŸ™

NoLanguage96 · 17/07/2019 at 21:50

Need some advice guys.

B – Lloyd, Williams, Hurn, Salem, Laird, Sicily (Logue, Gardner)
M – MacRae, Fyfe, Cripps, Neale, Oliver, Cunners, MCrouch Stack (Clarke Bewley Hind)
R – Gawn, Goldy (Sweet)
F – Danger, Kelly, Marshall, Boak, Heeney, Chol (Hanrahan, Young)

$291k and five trades.

Thinking of Treloar, Taranto or Parker for last mid upgrade and possibly Greene or Gray as a high risk high reward F6 trade for Chol?

Taranto and Greene without Cogs and Kelly has me seriously tempted and I can go the double upgrade from Stack and Chol. Or do I grab an uber premo like a Parker, Treloar or even Shuey as a POD?

Any thoughts hugely appreciated community πŸ™‚

    Sam_01 · 18/07/2019 at 15:53

Probably would pass on Taranto and get treloar he is a lot more consistent
As far as Toby goes you know what you are signing up for
I brought him in early in rnd 10
84,60 into missing a week 104,74,71,138 so an average of 88.5 over the games he has played not bad considering I got him at about 360k and allowed me to get Parker off field
Played pure mid id highly consider him as a smoky but you have been warned bloke is a burn man hop on at your own risk

      NoLanguage96 · 19/07/2019 at 07:52

Treloar is in my team at this stage. Can't ignore the bloke in the form he's in

pat cripps · 18/07/2019 at 01:13

if we don’t already have dunkley, should we work hard to get him ? or should i just hope he doesn’t score so huge for the rest of the season since he is so expensive and will rise even more ?

    Lazza · 18/07/2019 at 09:56

If you think Dunkley’s score was a one-off…. consider the following:
    Total Points : 7th Overall. 4th MID, 1st FWD.
    Average: 12th overall, 4th MID, 3rd FWD.
    3 Rd average: 1st
    5 Rd average: 1st

He’s only getting better as the season progresses.. he is a “must have”

      Holty01 · 18/07/2019 at 10:57

      Nice Lazza

      Russty_ · 18/07/2019 at 20:25

You're a one off Lazza…you good will hunting maths bugger.

    JohnDJ59 · 18/07/2019 at 18:15

Dunkley was one of the few keepers I got right at the start, he should be in your team.

      Russty_ · 18/07/2019 at 18:56

Hey John good news with Duursma and Logue back ay?

        JohnDJ59 · 18/07/2019 at 19:15

Absolutely Russty and Bewley as well, so I have cover for Kelly, Fyfe and Hore. Will field a full 22 side for the first time in two weeks. What do you think of H.Clark, if I don't get him this week, I won't be able to afford him. I could just leave it, but he seems to be getting games and it will give me a player that is playing on the bench.

          Russty_ · 18/07/2019 at 19:31

Hi bud, I think he's going to be a good player and has done well lately getting midfied time I believe.
Big risk though..I'd go Birchall instead and hope he lasts the rest of the season.

            JohnDJ59 · 18/07/2019 at 20:08

I'll probably just hold my whole one trade for now and use it when I really need too.

              Russty_ · 18/07/2019 at 20:13

Reckon that's the way to go, I'm doing the same, better to have a trade or 2 in hand in case a premo goes out for the season.

Swoopsta · 18/07/2019 at 10:27

Making two upgrades this week:

Bachar Houli in the backline, bit risky but all his remaining games are at the G where he score well, and his cheap which allows to me afford Whitfield next week.

Thinking R Sloane in the mid, but concerned about his history of not coping with a tag. Playing Ess with D Clarke who has done some excellent tagging jobs this year.

Thoughts? other option i could go with is Treloar but costs a bit more.

    Holty01 · 18/07/2019 at 10:58

He maybe tagged but he was tagged by Deboer earlier in the year and managed to ton up. That is a good sign.

    JEL · 18/07/2019 at 14:03

Sloane seems to be coping better these days with a tag.

    Sam_01 · 18/07/2019 at 16:00

Not convinced by his ability to cope with a tag
He is a gun player and stands up when his team needs him, crept across the 100 when they played gws due to to late goals to get his side over the line otherwise had 17 touches tackled and used it well but was probably looking more on par for a 60-80
When he played saints and got jack Steele he dished up an average 78 21 touches still plenty contested and tackled used it well normal business for sloaney but if he gets tagged out in easy wins I’d expect this kind of 60-80 scoring
I reckon bombers will get destroyed and Clarke will be a party pooper for Sloane owners
Will still have some big scores on the run home for sure and boy he has the ceiling bit of risk v reward depends what your team needs, id go for treloar if your after consistency

TOPHAWK1 · 18/07/2019 at 16:49

Do we hold J Kelly this week or do we move him on. It is still saying 3 weeks on the injury report. Just have 4 trades left.😒

It's a tough call when I have Cogs to punt this week also. What are others thinking?

    JohnDJ59 · 18/07/2019 at 18:11

Holding for now, depends on if any of my bench players come back this week or not.

Maverick_ · 18/07/2019 at 18:34

Fyfe out πŸ™ ouch!!
do we think its just a single week for his elbow?
reported to be an infection…
You'd be a very ballsy bloke to trade him out at this time of year

    Russty_ · 18/07/2019 at 18:56

Yeah Mav I reckon just a week, good news is for me though Duursma and Logue back πŸ™‚

      Maverick_ · 18/07/2019 at 19:43

i traded logue to lloyd last week but i knew it was a strong chance he'd return but lloyd needed to come in..
Happy days for you though mate witht them back. I'm glad burgess is back fingers crossed he plays defense if he's fwd he may not hit double figures!

        Russty_ · 18/07/2019 at 19:50

True mate Lloyd had to come in, I went Hore to Lloyd last week otherwise was copping a donut.
True that mate about Burgess, definition of a spud forward.

JEL · 18/07/2019 at 18:52

No life for Fyfe, I'm in strife.

    Russty_ · 18/07/2019 at 19:33

    Just don't take your life…with a knife, JELLYIFE πŸ˜‰

      JEL · 18/07/2019 at 23:14

      πŸ™‚ lol

Holty01 · 18/07/2019 at 19:31

    Russty_ · 18/07/2019 at 19:51

Holty!…did you bog your pants again?…LOL

      Holty01 · 18/07/2019 at 20:09

I did When I saw the outs this week.

No coverage for Fyfe this week mate?

          Maverick_ · 18/07/2019 at 20:30

im nervous that this will drag out longer than a 1 week stint or he will return after one but they may very well put him on ice early once freo miss finals

            Russty_ · 18/07/2019 at 20:37

You got any trades left to deal with it Mav if that happens?
Could be a good opportunity to bring a pod in.

              Maverick_ · 18/07/2019 at 20:51

yeah I have 6 trades Russty. there is only 1 bloke i'd bring in for fyfe and that is JKelly which isn't possible haha so i'll just sit tight and loop bewley and clarke

          Holty01 · 18/07/2019 at 21:00

Fyfe and Kelly. Still have coverage but 2 premos out hurts.

            Sam_01 · 18/07/2019 at 21:08

surely not running a double rookie in the mids holty?

              Holty01 · 18/07/2019 at 21:15

Setters and Clarke will replace those 2. Not ideal but the trades in hand come finals will help I hope.

                Sam_01 · 18/07/2019 at 21:26

Solid rookie cover I guess! Hope kelly gets back soon in your case
Personally I’ll be flicking him this week!

                  Holty01 · 18/07/2019 at 22:07

Tempting mate. I just really like their run for the last month of the season.

Callum · 18/07/2019 at 21:04

best coniglio replacement?
pendlebury? Yeo? Duncan? looking at options below 540k already have merrett sloane and Matt Crouch.

    Maverick_ · 18/07/2019 at 21:32

taranto is an option with cogs and kelly out he may benefit and a decent fixture.
Otherwise i like duncan he is usually consistent and a decent ceiling callum

    Russty_ · 18/07/2019 at 23:29

    I like Duncan too Callum.

Brn · 19/07/2019 at 11:39

If i have four trades left and are full premium, would it be permissible to trade fyfe to yeo or treloar?

I need an edge to be a shot at overall. If D Clarke (my.bench cover) doesn't score acceptably tonight im thinking of pulling the trigger. Someone tell me its okay

Blueprime · 19/07/2019 at 12:45

I'm at 1056 with 6 left and have parked Fyfe on the bench with Stack and Clark looped. Will be satisfied with one of their scores. I am treating those 6 trades like gold. Worth more and more the deeper we go into the season. Fyfe probably out for 1 maybe 2. Might cost 50-100 points. Not worth 25% of your trades and you will easily pick that up when one of you big guns goes down with a season ending injury and you are ABLE to trade him out. Just my take. Cheers and good luck.

    Brn · 19/07/2019 at 13:28

Thanks Blueprime. Will probably go the conservative route too. It is frustrating having the bont as well though, but by all reports he will play (probably up forward but that's not too bad against St Kilda).

Will see if i can move up some of those 100 spots with fyfe benched
    .good luck

Blueprime · 19/07/2019 at 14:51

Lucky us. I have Bont on field as well.

Dave2008 · 22/07/2019 at 01:07

Going for league and one game clear on top.8 trades 525 900 in the bank. Looking at final mid premo and defender so I can loop Hartlett and B Smith with Naish. ( or dump Hartlett) Then depends on Hurn I'll look at flexible cover maybe Wingard best cheap m/f and J Kennedy F.

D Hurn Z Williams Crisp Hartlett B Smith Siciky Garner Naish
M Macrae Dunkley Martin Cripps Oliver Parker M Crouch Stack Clarke Bewley Stocker
R Gawn Grundy Bines
F Dangerfield Heeney Boak Kelly Moore Cameron Choi Young

Option 1 Moore for Z Merret with Dunkley to forwards and Garner to Whitfield
Then next week baker and Chol out for Wingard and Josh Kennedy. 4 trades left

Option 2 Moore for Duncan with Dunkley to forwards and Garner to Whitfield

Then hold Clarke as mid cover and Chol for F cover. 6 trades left

Thoughts please.

    Russty_ · 22/07/2019 at 21:03

I like option 2 Dave, well done having 8 trades left, I'd go for the best you can get in now…gotta finish strong and you'll still have cover too.
