Russty_ · 24/06/2019 at 23:12

Cheers Lek, please convey my commiserations to Patchy Boy for his Buddy dilemma, very unlucky there.
Currently sitting 8th in Matty's JR Championship #1 league, hope I make the cut.
Matty's been a nice addition to the team this year, he can write real goodly and has a clue about this Supercoach caper too πŸ™‚
I'm going full feral Boar after last week, making a few big moves and ain't taking no prisoners, just need no major injuries over the next several weeks, ..it's boom or bust time.

    Lekdog · 24/06/2019 at 23:31

Lay your plums on the table time

      NutSack · 24/06/2019 at 23:35

hope thats not a reference to me coz i wouldnt want to lose myself πŸ˜‰

Yakka · 24/06/2019 at 23:50

Crack’n pod cast lads.
Trade out Brodie Smith or the dirty “Hore”??

    NutSack · 25/06/2019 at 00:24

i think that arty hore had a rough night and def wasnt worth the value but has a better 3 and 5 round avge than mr smith

    Lekdog · 25/06/2019 at 08:19

I think Mr Smith has stamped his own papers, need to check his break even and compare it to Hore though

Bobby · 25/06/2019 at 01:14

Hey community quick question,

ranked just outside the 1000 with 12 trades left. Which trade should be a prority?

Trade 1: Burgess and Baker our for Naish and Sloane (Meaning my worst player on my field is Brodie Smith, bascially team completed)

Trade 2: Brad Crouch and Smith out for Hurn and Sloane ( Meaning my worst player on field is Dylan Clarke meaning I still need to upgrade 1 midfielder )

    Swans2012 · 25/06/2019 at 08:50

I’d do trade 1, b crouch has been humming along ok the last month

      SC_Kev7 · 25/06/2019 at 11:24

You can wait a week or two on Hurn, b.e of 161 this week so he'll drop a bit more, but you need him eventually. Agree with Swans on BCrouch. In a form patch so I wouldn't go trading him out.

    Lazza · 26/06/2019 at 15:41

Naish might not be selected with Lambert, Cotchin and Edwards all due back this week.

Michele · 25/06/2019 at 02:34

Okay, so I’ll looking for a pod in my midfield for the last chunk of the season. I’m going with Mitch Duncan. Only in 4000 teams so a real POD.

What do we think

    Lekdog · 25/06/2019 at 08:20

    Absolute gun, love the pick

Mick · 25/06/2019 at 09:59

Scott Lycett?! Is he the real deal with Ryder dropped or am I just chasing points. I like the ruck cover he gives but don’t need a run of 60’s from him through finals.

    SC_Kev7 · 25/06/2019 at 11:31

Probably chasing points, Mick. Hard to see Ryder playing out the season in the SANFL, especially in a contract year.

BadgerHoney7 · 25/06/2019 at 10:31

Lycett or Dunkley? I love Lycett as an option if he plays without Ryder for the run home.

    CalebCripps922 · 25/06/2019 at 14:35

Where did you get this idea mate? I was just thinking the same.

    JEL · 25/06/2019 at 17:24

I would assume Ryder is back, maybe after a short stint in the local comp.

TelescopicCox · 25/06/2019 at 10:51

Gday community. I can get to this team below with 7 trades left.

B – Lloyd, Crisp, Williams, Andrews, Hore, Logue (Gardner, Naish)
M – Kelly Cripps Fyfe M.Crouch, Sloane, Treloar, Neale (Baker, Clarke, Bewley)
R – Grundy, Gawn (Bines)
F – Heeney, Cameron, Boak, Dunkley, T.Kelly, Danger (Young, Begley)

IS it worth sticking to this plan and having $0 in bank, or double down and grab Hind

PS – that backline gives me nightmares but I've done too many sideways trades this season

    SC_Kev7 · 25/06/2019 at 11:38

I'd let Hind pass mate. None of your mid rooks are ready to go and I don't see him as an improvement on any of them.

Rivo · 25/06/2019 at 11:52

Another podcast of wisdoms.πŸ‘ŒπŸ½
I have 12 trades & $67k, going with Duursma & O.Baker to Sloane & Hind this week.

Do we think Cameron (WC) will get more games so he can become a handy bench swing?

    Lekdog · 26/06/2019 at 08:35

Don’t they have Rioli to come back into that side?

    TRIGGA_HAPPY · 26/06/2019 at 13:19

He have them something the other night

    Pressure fwd

BlueBaggerJosh · 25/06/2019 at 12:25

Might pick up TMac at F7

    Lekdog · 26/06/2019 at 08:33

I’m an avoid on that one, has been horrendous this year. Would need to see guaranteed defensive time

KSinny · 25/06/2019 at 13:18

Thoughts on Duursma to Logue and Balta to Hawkins? That finishes off my forward line and only 1 spot to fill in defence with 7 trades left. Gonna be targeting Hurn in the next couple of weeks.

    KSinny · 25/06/2019 at 13:20

Gonna be targeting Hurn in a couple of weeks

KSinny · 25/06/2019 at 13:24

Thoughts on going Duursma to Logue and Balta to Hawkins? That finishes off my forward line and only 1 upgrade left in defence with 7 trades to go. Will be targeting Hurn in the next couple of weeks.

    Lekdog · 26/06/2019 at 08:35

Not bad, you’ll be able to get Hawkins way cheaper next week

Steeeve · 25/06/2019 at 17:34

I have a strong urge to flick Hore but think I'll wait a week and grab Hurn at a discount. Hurn should lose more money than Hore this week right??

And if so I want another downgrade. Wondering if I should go Baker to Hind… or even Answerth to Cameron (dpp). Need the cash.

Fearthebeard · 25/06/2019 at 17:52

Hore gotta go or worthy d6? My only star I want is Whitfield but who knows how long he’s out still!

    Russty_ · 25/06/2019 at 22:18

I'm holding him for now Beard, not much choice really as I have to hang back with the trades.

Sam_01 · 25/06/2019 at 18:16

They reckon Whitfield we be back in two weeks
Who would we pick to finnish my defence hurn or Whitfield seeing as I’ll probably have to wait a couple of weeks to pick either anyway?

    Ja191 · 25/06/2019 at 18:45

Whoever’s cheaper is what I’ll be doing

      Sam_01 · 25/06/2019 at 19:07

Feel like that may be the call! Whitty has a high BE could drop down to low 500k area
Gonna sting going without hurn though haha

    Jobes · 25/06/2019 at 19:08

Having the same issue. Will probably go for the cheaper option. Hurn for consistency, Whitfield for higher max score

    Russty_ · 25/06/2019 at 22:17

I'd be a bit worried other teams might target his shoulder..and put him out again.

      Jon Gastev · 26/06/2019 at 09:16

Ridiculous statement on a few levels….

This sort of stuff doesn't happen – we are not in the 1970's….
Secondly how exactly do you target a shoulder and the fact is his shoulder/collarbone will be no more susceptible to injury than any other AFL player.. He broke his collarbone didn't dislocate his shoulder…..

    Derek · 26/06/2019 at 14:13

    Hurn is a must.

Look at the teams WCE play. Plenty of teams that give up a lot of points to defenders. Hawks (twice) Melb, Pies, Richmond, North, Carlton.

Hurn will be licking his lips

Jobey · 25/06/2019 at 19:07

Gday community don’t have time to watch the pod but thought I’d throw this one out there.
Need a big fish to finish off my midfield (either JKelly or NFyfe).
To get there I will need to double downgrade, is it worth the double downgrade to get one of them in taking into account at this stage I have enough trades.
Other option would be to max out a rookie and hopefully get 250k and upgrade a 250k rookie to the likes of a Merrett gaff?

    Lekdog · 26/06/2019 at 08:36

Whatever move gets you to full premium quicker is the one I recommend, do you have Sloane?

      Jobey · 26/06/2019 at 14:33

Bud · 25/06/2019 at 19:40

Gday fellas

I present you with two options:

1. finish the midfield by getting in sloane (so cheap, so tempting)
2. wait a few more weeks to yield some more cash, then fill the last midfield slot with Josh Kelly

Whats the better of the two?

    Steeeve · 25/06/2019 at 21:47

Kelly is better but no way can I afford him if I want to finish my team, so Sloane it is

    Russty_ · 25/06/2019 at 22:09

I'd get Sloane now , he's bargain of the week, if you have trades left later and one of your mids starts underperforming or gets hurt, then you could get Kelly.

    Dan · 25/06/2019 at 23:13

Yep, I’d get Sloane at that value.
I could be wrong but I think there’s a fair chance JKelly will get rested towards the end of the season.

    Lekdog · 26/06/2019 at 08:37

Sloane, average 125ish outside of his injured game

Brad · 25/06/2019 at 20:03

Thoughts on Mitch Duncan, love his run home and seems as tho he is as consistent as they come?

    Russty_ · 25/06/2019 at 22:12

Nice pod and a gun mate.
Menegola will be back soon too as a cheapy forward option.

    Lekdog · 26/06/2019 at 08:37

    Like it

Paul · 25/06/2019 at 20:14

Last DEF spot – Luke Ryan, Daniel Rich or Michael Hurley?

If you had to choose one of these 3

    JugHead · 25/06/2019 at 21:09

    Ryan for me.

    Lekdog · 26/06/2019 at 08:37

Ryan has the better ceiling of the three

dontblushbaby · 25/06/2019 at 20:24

Walters cleared to play

    Russty_ · 25/06/2019 at 22:12

Maybe he was trying to whisper sweet nothings in his ear?

Joe T · 25/06/2019 at 20:41

Are the rookies on the bubble this round worth considering a double downgrade and putting off any upgrades for another week? Logue, Hind, Garner and possibly Hately + Naish to come in.

    Russty_ · 25/06/2019 at 22:11

Hey Joe, reckon Logue is a must this week, the others not so much..Hind might have the best JS as the Saints suck big balls all round.
    See who's named first.

      Russty_ · 26/06/2019 at 15:08

Hi mate, so you're not getting Logue in?..I think he's worth the risk if there is one.

    Lekdog · 26/06/2019 at 08:38

Logue then Hind, the others are not too convincing

      Joe T · 26/06/2019 at 18:37

No one convinced on Hately with De Boer out? Has better scoring potential than Hind, but is JS better?

    Lazza · 26/06/2019 at 19:46

Naish might not play this week… 5 likely ins at the Tigers… Astbury, Cotchin, Lambert, Short and Edwards.

Holty01 · 25/06/2019 at 21:26

Walters gets off. I know the contact was minor but he got off with it deemed as not intentional. How do they deem that he did not intentionally head butt Lockhart? I don’t think he was going in for a kiss.

    Russty_ · 25/06/2019 at 22:05

Wow that's unbelievable Holty, maybe it was like that Tom Mitchell case where he tried to elbow Goldy in the head but mostly missed, there was definitely intent with what he did though.
    Good for Sonny's owners anyway.

TommyC99 · 26/06/2019 at 00:09

Is answerth – Hind a no brainer? Got 9 trades left with 1 upgrade + Hore left, but after double upgrading last week I only have 5k in the bank

    Russty_ · 26/06/2019 at 00:19

I think so Tommy, he could be likely to get dropped anyway.

Russty_ · 26/06/2019 at 00:20

Hey Holty, I've got you twice in the Leagues this week, go easy on me bro….lol

The Bont · 26/06/2019 at 08:27

Should i go
Stack to sloane this week
Stack to jkelly next week hoping jkelly (BE 151) goes down in price and stack (BE 61) goes up

    The Bont · 26/06/2019 at 08:28

I need to make up 20k between them

    Lekdog · 26/06/2019 at 08:39

Take out Sloane’s injured game and their averages are a lot closer. I’d go Sloane this week

Gibbs · 26/06/2019 at 09:55

Should I do a double downgrade Hore to Louge and either Burges to Naish or Baker to Hind undecided yet OR do one down and then Baker up to Duncan, Neale, Bont or Sloane.

Any help would be appreciated thankyou

    Derek · 26/06/2019 at 14:03

What are you waiting for. Get to full premium ASAP

RealDealNeale · 26/06/2019 at 10:45

Who would you offload for Logue? Hore or B.Smith? They're my current D5 & D6

B: Lloyd, Hurn, Williams, Blakely, Smith, Hore (Gardner, Naish)
C: Cripps, Neale, Macrae, Bont, Fyfe, B.Crouch, Oliver, Brayshaw (Bewley, Clarke, Stocker)
R: Grundy, ROB (Bines)
F: Danger, Dunkley, DeGoey, Kelly, Boak, Marshall (Young, Schultz)

    Brn · 26/06/2019 at 12:20

Think smith is the better keeper. Not saying he will be great, but imo more likely to average 90+ from here

    Derek · 26/06/2019 at 13:41

Get rid of Hore. May has stuffed his scoring.

      Jon Gastev · 26/06/2019 at 14:53

Pretty small sample size to make that statement Derek!

    JohnDJ59 · 26/06/2019 at 16:10

I traded B.Smith two weeks ago for Laird, Hore will be my D7

      JohnDJ59 · 26/06/2019 at 20:03

I'm not going to have enough trades to have my team full premo Neil, thinking my mid rookies are my best, so I might end up getting Ryan in or even keep Hore at D5 and Duursma D6, haven't really decided, I might just have to keep the team I have and see where I am situated in three to four weeks.

    Holty01 · 26/06/2019 at 17:10

Both need to go I think if you have the trades in hand

      RealDealNeale · 27/06/2019 at 09:20

Thanks all. I might go Stocker > Hind & Hore > Logue, leaving me with bank to upgrade ROB to Gawn in a few weeks and bring in another premo DEF.

      I've got 9 trades left

TommyC99 · 26/06/2019 at 11:04

Hey guys, so need some assistance as to what i should be going for next. I currently have 1 upgrade left in the mids and 1 upgrade in def (Hore D6 atm).

Obviously need to finish off my mids but what should i make my next priority, The defense of the fwd line? Feel like i need an F7 as Jez Cameron is my F6. But at the same time, my defense has Crisp D5 and Hore D6 and ideally i'd be looping them.

Cash is obviously the pressing issue. I have 125k in the bank with 8 trades left. ROB, D Clarke, Bewley and Baker are the fat cows i got. Pretty much if i decide to keep Hore, i probably wont have the funds to grab Lloyd.

If you did read it all, thank you!

TL;DR: Whats more important
1. A D7 to loop with Hore, but probably miss out on Lloyd
2. No D7, but go Hore – Lloyd
3. A F7 to loop with Cameron

    The Ranger · 26/06/2019 at 13:11

    Hey Tommy,
There's different ways of going about this final upgrading part of the season but I think you should get the best 22 you can first and then worry about your looping players so getting a better F6 and M8 should be your priority IMO.

      TommyC99 · 26/06/2019 at 14:29

Thanks ranger, so you would upgrade Hore – Lloyd?

        The Ranger · 26/06/2019 at 15:57

    Derek · 26/06/2019 at 13:40

Get your best 22. D7’s etc are luxury

      TommyC99 · 26/06/2019 at 14:29

Cheers Derek! So would you make Lloyd a priority then?

    TommyC99 · 26/06/2019 at 14:29

    Cheers NDD!

    Redd · 27/06/2019 at 03:19

    Get Lloyd!

Trades · 26/06/2019 at 12:35

No money in bank
Smith, Hore, Logue D5,6,7
Brayshaw M8
Goldy R2
Darling, Westhoff F5,6
6 trades
What do I do

    TRIGGA_HAPPY · 26/06/2019 at 13:23

If playing for rank start planning next year

If leagues look at where you are on the ladder and plan to bring in a couple of pods that may give you an edge over opponent over the next few weeks.

Derek · 26/06/2019 at 14:53

Streaker · 26/06/2019 at 16:38

If you had to trade dirty Hore or Duursma which would it be?

    Russty_ · 26/06/2019 at 16:55

I think if in doubt trade out the guy with the lower average, Duursma's swing is handy though.
Trying to decide the same thing myself except with Smith as well.

G.C. · 26/06/2019 at 16:57

Trading in Lloyd and Gawn was all fun and games last week, but it's left me with a hole at F6 and only $500k to fill it. Not ideal! Who would you trade in for F6 that's under $500k?

Some possible names: Lycett, Billings, Mundy, Heeney, Ziebell, R. Gray, Cameron, Lynch, Hawkins, Robinson

    Russty_ · 26/06/2019 at 17:02

I'll say Gray, or Lycett could come in handy too if you have Bines on the bench.

      G.C. · 26/06/2019 at 17:11

Was thinking the same Rusty, I do in fact have Bines at R3. It's awfully tempting, but I'm worried about Ryder and The Hoff killing his scoring again in a couple of rounds. A bad trade in now will be hard to fix when I'm strapped for cash.

        Russty_ · 26/06/2019 at 17:30

If you have doubts about Lycett maybe just go with Gray then…his 3 round average of 112 is rather attractive.
I brought Lycett in for Westhoff before last week so hoping he works out, gotta stick with him now regardless.

KSinny · 26/06/2019 at 17:18

thoughts on getting in Hawkins as my F6

    Russty_ · 26/06/2019 at 17:36

You'd have to hope he doesn't get shut down again like he did last week, I'm surprised he was actually, because he's so big and strong he usually wins the battle.
He'll be cheaper after this week, Gray's about the same price.

    TOPHAWK1 · 26/06/2019 at 18:12

Hawkins always scares me. When he is on, he is white hot. When he is not, he is stone cold. I prefer more consistency type forwards. Like Russty said, Robbie Gray can offer that consistency at a similar price. If you are purely in it for leagues, Hawkis will probably drag you over the line in a few match ups. Pick well Ksinny! TH

TOPHAWK1 · 26/06/2019 at 18:07

Bringing in Macrae this week. For coaches who do not have him yet, this is the week to get him in. Priced at $591K with a BE of 53. If he scores 130 this week dont expect to get much change out of $630K if you hold off until next week. My midfield then looks likes this: J Kelly, Macrae, P Cripps, Fyfe, Coniglio, M Crouch, B Crouch, and Duursma. (Clarke, Hind, O Baker)

    hedski · 26/06/2019 at 18:45

Yeah ya gotta have him TH, I started with him, bringing in Sloanedog this week to complete my mids.
Macrae, Cripps, Jelly, Fyfe, Sloane, Cogs, M.Crouch, Angus (Clarke, Bewley, Riache (m/f Patsy)).
Logue will be my only onfield rookie at D6.
Brodie S at D5 feels like my only sore point but I'll just have to hold and hope with him, getting low on trades.
Good luck this week with full teams back, don't have a match up with you for the first time in a couple of weeks.

      TOPHAWK1 · 26/06/2019 at 19:29

Thanks Hedski. Hately named makes it tempting to get him instead of Hind. Going to be hard finding the cash. LOL Cheers mate. TH

        hedski · 26/06/2019 at 19:34

I'll be steering clear of both but it's a tough choice, scoring potential vs job security.
Gibbons to Sloane my only trade (fingers crossed, my fwd bench of Young/Gardener is causing me headaches).

    Russty_ · 26/06/2019 at 18:50

Nice mate, good to get him in, I'm opting for the cheaper option in Sloane this week..leaves me with some half decent cash in the bank and now gotta hope he doesn't get tagged.

      TOPHAWK1 · 26/06/2019 at 19:31

Thanks Russty! If I get Macrae and Hately, I would need to punt Duursma and Hore and would leave $80K in the bank. Bloody tempting mate! If I do it, I am looking at a 2500 projection. Hehehe Cheers

    Derek · 27/06/2019 at 16:04

I tossed a coin last week and went Neale ahead of McCrae for Rocky. That was my mids done.

No Fyfe, McCrae or JKelly. Lord give me strength for the second half of the year

Dash · 26/06/2019 at 18:25

Hately = IN!

    Russty_ · 26/06/2019 at 18:51

    It's a miracle!

    Saritz · 26/06/2019 at 19:04

But how many games will he get???? I think its too risky. And he would even be a poor loophole option

      Lazza · 26/06/2019 at 19:38

GWS has 4 games on the last day here-on-in and 2 of those are last games … 1 is an effective last game that happens to be the Prelim…
There are 4 teams with better "loophole options" – The Doggies with 6 on the last day, 3 of which are last game (which is why I chose Sweet as my R3) and Melbourne and Eagles with 5/1 and Brisbane with 4 /3.

        Saritz · 26/06/2019 at 20:27

Are you looking at the same fixture as I am?? Unless you know the draw for rd 23? I got different results. The Dogs have 5 Sunday games (and a few sat night). The next best was 4

    Sam_01 · 26/06/2019 at 19:04

The real question is when trades are low is there any point bringing him in need to blow two trades on him to make 200k not that worthwhile

      Lazza · 26/06/2019 at 19:43

I will be going with Cameron the following week .. has DPP, is cheaper and I don't care if he plays or not cos if he doesn't play he will be my mid loophole…. and according to T Wallace, has better JS cos he reckons the Eagles want/need 3 smalls up forward.
If Hately only plays one more game $149K is an expensive loophole option…. and I cant afford the cash cos it will likely cost me my Grundy upgrade..
Having said all that … watch me stupidly bring him in …:(

Maverick_ · 26/06/2019 at 19:37

Hately & Logue both on the bubble this week and I was looking forward to bringin in Sloane. Now I’m unsure whether to double down or paint the fence and pass on hately but de boer out must make his JS very solid now

    JohnDJ59 · 26/06/2019 at 20:15

If I knew he was going to get five games in a row, I would trade him in for sure, but with trades being very low, if he only ended up playing two or three, not sure it would be worth it.

      Maverick_ · 26/06/2019 at 20:23

I think he has de boers spot John and even when de boer returns in 6-8 weeks I hope someone else could make way if hately plays the way we know he can he may cement a spot. His been lighting it up in the NEAFL week in week out. Very hard to pass up.

        JohnDJ59 · 26/06/2019 at 23:56

I've been waiting for him to get his third game forever and now he finally does, I'm not sure I can trust him to stay there, four weeks ago I would have jumped at the chance, but that was a good nine trades ago, I really need a rookie I can trust will get a run. It's a hard one because I could see him as a M8 in my team.

    Russty_ · 26/06/2019 at 20:24

I wouldn't trust he won't get dropped next week, Stein had a good debut and did some good things and he gets dropped after his one game, that Coach is ruthless.

      JohnDJ59 · 26/06/2019 at 23:58

That's my main worry, I need a rookie that's going to get games.

        Brn · 27/06/2019 at 17:45

Could get dropped. High price too. Trades have become more important than $ for my team at least

BradleyTC99 · 26/06/2019 at 19:38

Hey guys, so I don’t like usually putting my whole team in but I’m genuinely stuck what to do this week. Any thoughts/ideas are much appreciated!

9 trades left, 4.8k in the bank
Def: Hurn, Ryan, laird, Williams, Crisp, Hore (naish, Gardner)
Mid: Fyfe, Macrae, Cripps, Oliver, bont, Sloane, Crouch, Clarke (Answerth, Baker, Bewley)
Ruc: Gawn, Grundy (ROB)
Fwd: Dunkley, Danger, Boak, Tkelly, J Cameron, Heeney (Young, Bines)

Thinking definitely downgrade at least once this week. Also need to grab Lloyd ASAP abut would only work if I traded ROB.

Any suggestions would be great thanks guys!

    Russty_ · 26/06/2019 at 20:37

If Rose is named, I'd maybe go ROB to Rose via Bines and Hore to Logue, then you'd have fat stacks of cash to splurge on whoever in the following weeks after Logue fattens up..or Naish if he keeps playing.

      BradleyTC99 · 26/06/2019 at 20:50

Thanks Russty! What about Hore – Logue and Answerth – Hately/Hind? Only problem with these trades is the only person i'd be able to trade for Lloyd would be Naish and i'd be reliant on him being named for the next 3 weeks

        Russty_ · 26/06/2019 at 21:07

Yeah I see your point Brad, cause ROB still has a nice price rise coming this week…I just saw that.
If you did what you said, you could trade ROB out for Lloyd the week after…just swing Gardner fwd..but you'd still have no cover fwd.

          BradleyTC99 · 27/06/2019 at 10:41

Thats a good point Russty. I think my only 2 ways of being able to get F7 is to either trade ROB directly to one or do as you said and trade ROB – Lloyd and then i'd have to find 250-300k to upgrade Young to one.

Saritz · 26/06/2019 at 19:43

I know guys like Hind and Hately are tempting. But is this the week to actually go a loophole option instead? I have loaded benches with rookies, so its an option I think I am going with this week.

So for those of you considering a loophole player this week, may I suggest Vandermeer (MID/DEF) from the Doggies. The Dogs have 5 Sunday games in the run home, the most of any other club (increasing the ability to loophole a greater number of other teams/players).

Or is there a better option?

Russty_ · 26/06/2019 at 21:56

What's happened to the Site?…it's gone all weird and dark, and is spaced out a bit wacky.

    TRIGGA_HAPPY · 26/06/2019 at 22:53

I kinda like it__welcome to the dark side

    Lekdog · 27/06/2019 at 10:16

Trialing a couple things at the moment, will change again tonight

      Maverick_ · 27/06/2019 at 11:04

I’m a big fan of this look and layout lek πŸ‘πŸΌ

        Lekdog · 27/06/2019 at 11:29

Good to hear, I'll trial a new look tonight or tomorrow and you ca give me feedback on that. Not a huge fan of the current homepage

          The Ranger · 27/06/2019 at 11:59

It looks good Lek, love ya work.

            Brn · 27/06/2019 at 17:42

Keep it like this Lek. Dont mind ads either. You guys work hard

          Russty_ · 27/06/2019 at 19:54

Hi Lek, I reckon the current homepage needs to be made smaller in relative size like it was so we can see multiple subjects at once.
Also, no offence but white writing with a black background feels rather dark cave-like, reckon it was great as it was, in other words, if it ain't broke… πŸ™‚
The darkness of the current format is discouraging people from posting I feel..kudos for trying something different but sometimes, the old tried and true way is the best.

    Russty_ · 27/06/2019 at 20:34

The last time those pests appeared was 2 weeks ago Neil to come out of the blue and have a go at me for my rank compared to his…which was 8k ahead of mine, now he's 2k ahead of mine lol, don't think the all knowing expert had a very good bye series, in fact, I know they didn't.
It's hard to gloat when you're slipping downwards every week.

Mick · 27/06/2019 at 09:44

Double downgrade Hore to Logue and Answerth to Hately, bank $350k, or paint the fence and go Logue and M Crouch which would complete my mids and leave Logue as my last upgrade.

    The Ranger · 27/06/2019 at 12:02

    Option 2 for mine Mick

Lekdog · 27/06/2019 at 11:30

We're also trialing ads on the site to offset some costs, please screenshot/let me know if anything dodgy appears or if they get in the way of the usability of the site xo

KSinny · 27/06/2019 at 11:48

Hey community would really appreciate some advice on my team. I've got 9 trades and $4k in the bank.

DEF: Sicily, Houli, Ryan, Stewart, Duursma, Hore (Naish, Answerth)

MID: Macrae, Cripps, Gaff, Sloane, M. Crouch, Fyfe, Jelly, Oliver
(Bewly, Scott, Clarke)

RUC: Gawn, Grundy (Bines)

FWD: Danger, Heeney, Kelly, Boak, Marshell, Gardner (Balta, Young)

    TBone_9 · 27/06/2019 at 12:04

Gday KSinny, 9 trades left is still good and I must say that midfield is monstrous. I reckon this week you should go Duursma down to Logue then Balta up to R. Gray. But I’d be looking after that to downgrade Answerth to get Hore up to Hurn/Lloyd. Would leave you with 5 trades and full premo other than Logue at D6

Haze · 27/06/2019 at 15:52

I have Hore, Duursma, Rozee and Clark all in my backline….need to cull 2 this week I'm thinking for Logue and maybe Hurn / Ryan.
Advice on who should get the chop first?

    Brn · 27/06/2019 at 17:28

Im getting rid of Hore and Duursma for Logue and Hurn. Hoping Logue can match Hore's scoring on field for the time being, otherwise am full prem.

Hurn should come down a bit more but i dont care – he is the best.

    JohnDJ59 · 28/06/2019 at 00:11

    Clark first.

snapper · 27/06/2019 at 18:33

Hey community – only a few trades left. Should I sit pat for a few weeks. Was thinking of a downgrade to logue – but really feel should wait a while to eventually upgrade duursma to whitfield or hurn as their price comes down. Need to also eventually trade out fort – but may come in handy if have injuries in ruck

DEF: lloyd, houli, ryan, laird, williams, duursma (answerth, naish)

MID: jkelly, fyfe, macrae, cripps, neale, oliver, Tkelly, Bcrouch (obaker, dclarke, bewley)

RUCK: gawn, grundy (fort)

FWD: dunkley, danger, boak, daniel, marshall, jcameron (bines, gardener)

Dan · 27/06/2019 at 19:16

Great pod boys. Probably gonna go a double downgrade and bank some cash for Hurn next week. Looking at going either Moore or Hore to Logue and Answerth to Hind. Bit of a concern about forward line cover at the moment. Thoughts?

D: Lloyd, Laird, Williams, Sicily, Hore, Moore (Rotham, Naish)
M: Fyfe, Macrea, Cripps, Neale, Oliver, Sloane, Durrsma, Baker (Setterfield, Answerth, Clarke)
R: Gawn, Grundy (Bines)
F: Dunkley, Boak, Kelly, Dangerfield, Daniel, Heeney (Burgess, Young)

    Lekdog · 28/06/2019 at 09:07

Moore and Answerth down, worry about the forwards next week
