Port Adelaide and Gold Coast have had their bye and so they are the focus of this week’s cheat sheet, because their players could be a good constant through the bye rounds, which we should all be focusing on now.

You only need 18 playing on your field, but the more the merrier because SuperCoach counts your 18 top scoring players. So having some cover is still good.

Port Adelaide have the more SuperCoach friendly side out of the two this year, so you won’t see any Gold Coast players in this week’s cheat sheet at least, but I can assure there are players who I think are worth looking into. Jack Martin is good for a score of 85-95 most games this season, and Aaron Hall plays well when he isn’t being tagged.

At the end of every other player’s little spiel, I have written their bye rounds, because I think it needs to be in the front of people’s minds, especially if you’re considering someone like Dustin Martin who has the round 14 bye, a bye which a lot of popular players share this year.

How’s your team going? Are you prepared for the upcoming byes? Have I grossly overlooked anyone?

In the meantime, see youย next Thursdayย for the next cheat sheet!

DavidSA · 31/05/2018 at 18:09

I like the look of Boak
I would say Dixon is a steal with Ports run home and easy prey but he has been awful this season

    stacey · 31/05/2018 at 18:13

i like the look of your sexy arms Davey.

I wouldn't touch Dixon with your d1ck though dave. be careful.

      Flo · 31/05/2018 at 18:47

That's disgusting Stacey!!!! Have you guys worked out who can bench the most yet?

    Derek · 31/05/2018 at 18:18

    There is always the Chad

      DavidSA · 31/05/2018 at 18:20

Chad has been annoying to watch tbh Derek he can't contest packs or leap like he used to

    SC_Sixty6 · 31/05/2018 at 18:42

    An admirer Dave?

    Adam · 01/06/2018 at 15:19

I had a dream… either boak or Westhoff is getting 120+

MEK · 31/05/2018 at 18:14

Westhoff Gray or Boak which ones

    MEK · 31/05/2018 at 18:15

    sorry one of them

      DavidSA · 31/05/2018 at 18:17

      Westhoff or Boak
Infact having both is not crazy either having Boak as M9 F6 swing

    theRealPod · 31/05/2018 at 19:02

Westhoff avg 107 and plays better with no Ryder

Defying_Madness · 31/05/2018 at 18:26

F**k Mirra dropped again
Howe injured and Yeo has survived.
Ridley named HF though???

    BlueBaggerJosh · 31/05/2018 at 18:35

Have to field Duman or Murphy

      SC_Sixty6 · 31/05/2018 at 18:39

      Doubt either will play. Yummy <img draggable="false" class="emoji" alt="๐Ÿฉ" yummy="" src="">

        Defying_Madness · 31/05/2018 at 18:40

Hoping Murphy is named so I can loophole him with whoever I bring in from Ridley/Rice (Probably Ridley cause of the bye)

        The Ranger · 31/05/2018 at 18:41

        Duman is playing

        BlueBaggerJosh · 31/05/2018 at 18:44

Duman named on field, Murphy extended bench.

          SC_Sixty6 · 31/05/2018 at 18:44

          Oh nice. Lucky.

        DavidC · 01/06/2018 at 09:27

        Duman will play.

      Jack · 31/05/2018 at 18:50

I need Murphy or Murray to play otherwise I'm facing one. Great trade in last week Howe was.
Alternatively I could reset my trades and bring in that GC 102k defender instead of Smith or Walters

    theRealPod · 31/05/2018 at 18:57

Not sure why Mirra dropped, he's not the problem in Hawks backline.

Marty · 31/05/2018 at 18:31

Howe has bone bruising. I dodged a bullet getting Yo Yo in last week instead.

    Jack · 31/05/2018 at 18:51

I got hit by that bullet. I preferred Yeo, Hurley or Lloyd but was worried about the damn byes. Brayshaw would have been better too

      JohnDJ59 · 31/05/2018 at 21:28

The byes have a lot to answer for.

hedski · 31/05/2018 at 18:34

Jeez will have to play Murphy D6 if he makes the cut…(or reverse trades if he doesn't)

    SC_Sixty6 · 31/05/2018 at 18:38

Doubt he'll be in. Will be same lineup as last week. He wasn't even the late in with seedsman late out!

      Shake_n_Bake_ · 31/05/2018 at 18:45

Seedsman to come back in if right 66. I doubt Murphy will get a gig aswell.

        hedski · 31/05/2018 at 18:57

        Ah crap

    Shake_n_Bake_ · 31/05/2018 at 18:45

    Just play 1 short Hedski??!!

      hedski · 31/05/2018 at 19:00

    theRealPod · 31/05/2018 at 18:56

Reverse those trades Hedski. On a brighter note, Wylie Buzza in, and Gaz to pump out a 300.

      hedski · 01/06/2018 at 16:51

Go cats. Slightly worries tho Pod, suns go OK against us.

        Defying_Madness · 01/06/2018 at 17:14

Murphy made the cut so reverse those trades again

    Marty · 31/05/2018 at 19:11

I would say Otten, O'Reilly and Murphy would be the three players dropped. It will be interesting to see. Prefer Murphy to be in for $$ generation.

    Swans2012 · 31/05/2018 at 21:02

    Same boat hedski, frustrating…..

      hedski · 01/06/2018 at 07:44

Extremely Swans, if I have to bring in a Ridley/Rice means I lose money on TK and will have to pay more for Walters.

KSinny · 31/05/2018 at 18:41

Got Howe in last week, gets 58 then is out injured… nice

    Tom · 31/05/2018 at 18:45

What u gonna do with him?

      KSinny · 31/05/2018 at 18:47

      Hold if Murphy plays

    Northernsoul74 · 31/05/2018 at 18:47

    I hear you mate.

    SC_Sixty6 · 31/05/2018 at 18:48

๐Ÿ˜‚ I feel ya pain. The rollercoaster of SC aye!

    JugHead · 31/05/2018 at 18:49

Same here. Ironic that the defence line was my first finished line and is now my main cause of headaches.

    Jack · 31/05/2018 at 18:53

Same KSinny. What's worse I'm facing a donut. I have good coverage everywhere except back

    Jace · 31/05/2018 at 21:18

I had a donut in the backlines last week but still scored 2548

      Russty_ · 31/05/2018 at 21:36

That's pretty bloody amazing, big score with a sugary donut.

    TBrab · 01/06/2018 at 14:50

Same here KSinny, wish I'd copped the donut last week and kept Hurley. What's the bet Hurley scores 120+ on return this week?

Tyruddanaut · 31/05/2018 at 18:41

TUM Smith or Dusty Martin?

Shake_n_Bake_ · 31/05/2018 at 18:41

Not sure about the Freo tip there Damo!

    hedski · 31/05/2018 at 18:56

I'm worried about the suns one though.

      Shake_n_Bake_ · 31/05/2018 at 19:43

      Could be a close one!

    SCDamien · 01/06/2018 at 10:24

Gotta stick by them! They could surprise! But yeah, my purple coloured glasses are stapled to my head unfortunately.

      Shake_n_Bake_ · 01/06/2018 at 12:01

Definitely could surprise. Just hope its not against us!

Pauly · 31/05/2018 at 18:47

Currently have 15 trades and need to trade kelly, murray or fisher i dont want to make two trades so kelly is my trade i have 99k i can do a dpp swap to foward but im not sure who to bring in.

Option 1: kelly to rocky
Option 2: kelly heeney dpp to midfield than Walters
Option 3: kelly heeney dpp to tim smith for cash

    nankthetank · 31/05/2018 at 21:19

Depends how you cash flow is at the moment.
If you think you'll need some high earning rookies then tim smith is perfect for that, but if you're after a keeper I'd go rocky.
His ceiling is massive as proven last year and he's cheap as chips so it'd still be a downgrade from Kelly.
Don't get me wrong though for Walters' price you can't really go wrong, as long as he stays fit.

Marty · 31/05/2018 at 18:51

5 out of 8 player on the bench are playing this week so I will take that. No defenders unless Murphy gets a gig. Might have to fix that next week. How is everyone going with their benches?

    PJs · 31/05/2018 at 19:14

terrible , mirra , murphy , Higgins , UDL , barry , rata , spargo , garlett , luckily the on field boys r doing their job , byes r gna hurt

      Marty · 31/05/2018 at 19:18

Can be tough PJ as you don't want to keep burning trades fixing rookies.

    Derek · 31/05/2018 at 21:27

Awful. I have one. Spargo is my only benchman getting a game

    The Ranger · 01/06/2018 at 07:45

    4 from 8

    Big fact hunt · 01/06/2018 at 19:49

7out of 8 playing only Crossley out hope it stays like that for all the byes. Been lucky with rookies got all the right ones. Unfortunately got all the crap premiums

Ken · 31/05/2018 at 18:52

I had Brodie from the start of the season (Held him) …hopefully plays

TOPHAWK1 · 31/05/2018 at 18:59

FML. Howe out. If the prick does not return until after his bye (rnd 14) he is pretty much rendered useless. Out for three weeks. Does anybody know how bad his bone bruising is? Is it likely to be a one weeker or will he sit out out until after his bye? If it is the latter, I might have to bite the bullet and use a corrective trade. Howe straight to Hurley.

    Sc_Wow · 31/05/2018 at 19:01

Cmon mate gotta hold those premiums, you’d still have rookie cover wouldn’t you?
I’ve had hurley out the last two week and had to hold not worth the trade.

      TOPHAWK1 · 31/05/2018 at 19:15

I can live with 2 weeks, but 3 weeks is another story. Especially with the byes coming.

        Sc_Wow · 31/05/2018 at 19:18

Just a heads up if you hold for this week and then trade to Hurley next, he will play one more then have his bye. So you’d only be trading for the sake of one week

          SC_Sixty6 · 31/05/2018 at 19:22

          I'd call that point chasing….

    SC_Sixty6 · 31/05/2018 at 19:04

Do I smell a RAGE TRADE? ๐Ÿ˜‚ lucky you've got soooooo many trades you deadset Jet TH!

      Rick Grimes · 31/05/2018 at 19:07

Don't spoil the good behaviour lads. No need for snarky comments.

      TOPHAWK1 · 31/05/2018 at 19:16

No rage trade pal. If he is back next week, he stays. If He misses he goes, as he will miss 3 then. Will monitor the situation in coming days. I'll take your compliment though!

        SC_Sixty6 · 31/05/2018 at 19:19

He's going to miss rd 13 regardless so it makes no sense to trade as he's only out 2 weeks max. Hold! Otherwise it is a rage trade….

          DavidSA · 31/05/2018 at 19:28

Dangerous to get caught up in sideways trading before the byes anyway.
Right now it's about bolstering the bench and fatten the bank

        neil demons delight · 31/05/2018 at 19:59

Ideal opportunity to trade Mirra to Simpson

    Marty · 31/05/2018 at 19:16

Can vary from days to months. They can take time but too hard to tell without more knowlege of the injury

    TRIGGA_HAPPY · 31/05/2018 at 20:25

    Two weeks.
    So make that 3.
Back rd 14 afyer his bye.

    Da_Boysh · 01/06/2018 at 13:30

what is your rank? if you are top 300ish i would burn a trade for him otherwise no point. assume he is back after byes

Jack · 31/05/2018 at 19:06

I don't know Howe its come to this?? Any chance Murray gets named?

    Ja191 · 31/05/2018 at 19:13

Yeah he’ll replace howe most likely

      Jack · 31/05/2018 at 19:29

Maynard is also in and has been named back pocket. Does that change your thinking?

    JohnDJ59 · 31/05/2018 at 21:22

I traded Murray out for Howe last week

      Russty_ · 31/05/2018 at 21:24

You shouldn't have gone hiking over that ancient Aboriginal burial ground John ๐Ÿ™‚

        JohnDJ59 · 31/05/2018 at 21:34

HaHaHa, I really must have done something wrong Russty, although the Howe one is on me, shouldn't have changed my plans, just because of the byes.

          Russty_ · 31/05/2018 at 21:40

The worst part is not knowing how long he's out for yet, I guess we'll know next week.

Gav · 31/05/2018 at 19:07

Should I field Smith over Billings.

    nankthetank · 31/05/2018 at 21:21

I've been tempted to field rookies instead of Petracca all season but can't bring myself to do so in case he goes big, and then I'm the dickhead who had a (once) premo on the bench.
It's logical to bench him but I could never bring myself to do it.

      Swans2012 · 31/05/2018 at 21:36

Same boat nank, doing the same just waiting waiting

        Sc_Wow · 01/06/2018 at 09:00

Not sure Petraca can be listed in the premo or even once category yet. Highest average of 78 and 6 tons in his career. Looks like another 78 season for him this year

          Swans2012 · 01/06/2018 at 09:52

Your right wow, he was speculative, but not worth the trade to remove him, fwiw I reckon he'll average 85-90 from here and be excellent bench cover.
no reason this year with the good rookies we've had you can't have decent cover on all lines

            Sc_Wow · 01/06/2018 at 10:00

Tbh I’d rather keep some of the good rookies for cover over him

              Swans2012 · 01/06/2018 at 12:31

Dpp important for cover, he's got much better job security and scoring potential than any of the rookie dpp's

                Da_Boysh · 01/06/2018 at 13:31

i booted him and i have not looked back.

                  Swans2012 · 01/06/2018 at 13:38

Yep wish I had, but too late now, I'm committed

    JohnDJ59 · 31/05/2018 at 21:25

Yes, plus why do you still have Billings.

    DavidC · 01/06/2018 at 09:39

    Can you loop Smith?

John · 31/05/2018 at 19:08

What's Kerr's job security like?

    BlueBaggerJosh · 31/05/2018 at 19:37

will most likely go out for casboult after the bye

John · 31/05/2018 at 19:10

Have to choose between getting in smith Walters or one of (rice/ridley/austin)
If I don't get a defence rookie I'll have a 0 thanks to mirra getting dropped (unless Murphy somehow plays)

What should I Do?

    JohnDJ59 · 31/05/2018 at 21:24

I'm getting in Rice and Smith, would have liked Walters, but no cash after two upgrades last week, need the cash generation.

Jack · 31/05/2018 at 19:15

Walters or Brayshaw?

    John · 31/05/2018 at 19:19

DavidSA · 31/05/2018 at 19:24

    neil demons delight · 31/05/2018 at 21:37

    see you next year WHY?

    Russty_ · 31/05/2018 at 21:42

You allright Dave…a few too many West Ends tonight?

      Jack · 01/06/2018 at 00:24

I think David's been on better stuff than that. Billings was a premium and Zac Dawson was playing again last time

Daniel · 31/05/2018 at 19:25

Now that mirra is dropped is there any merit in upgrading him early to yeo, as if I don't I'll be copping a donut this week, or should i trade l.murphy to ridley or rice this week instead and grab yeo after his bye?

    SC_Sixty6 · 31/05/2018 at 19:36

Get Yeo after his bye. Get whichever rookie helps you in the byes.

Jono · 31/05/2018 at 19:28

Should I trade in Heron for Naughton this week?

I've already done 1 trade this week; Billings out and Walters in!! Leaves me with $417,200k in the bank with 16 trades left!! But could be 15 if I execute the trade listed above.

My team is;
Defenders; Laird,Yeo,Hurley,Tuohy, Witherden and Coffield. (Naughton and Redman)

Mids: Dangerfield,Dusty,Mitchell,Fyfe,Higgins,McLean,Phillips and Spargo. (Crowden,Barry,England)

Rucks: Gawn and Nic Nat (Cameron)

Forwards; M.Robinson,Buddy,Walters,D.Smith,Stephenson and Fritsch. (Rayner and Garlett)

Jack · 31/05/2018 at 19:31

What's everyone rating higher this year forwards or backs? In other words where do you plan on having Sicily end up?

    sam · 31/05/2018 at 19:41

very good question Jack, i started and still have him down back but am tossing it up atm.

For me it's whether i believe Webster will maintain his form, if he can then i think defenders are stronger and will push sicily forward.

    What are you leaning towards?

      Jack · 31/05/2018 at 21:19

I'm 50/50 Sam. I was thinking forwards were better, then defenders, now I think there is good value in the forwards atm, now I'm not sure. Understand, you waiting to see if Webster's up to it or a flash in the pan, that might just split it

    Ahmad rubas · 31/05/2018 at 19:56

more forwards averaging 100 compared to defenders would rather Sicily down back

KSinny · 31/05/2018 at 19:32

Since Howe is out I'm thinking of going Kelly to Smith via DPP and Henry to Webster using Keefe DPP. This will allow me to cover Howe for however long he is out and when he's back I'll have a full premo Backline. This leaves me with 15 trades and $217k in the Bank.

DEF: Laird, Yeo, Sicily, Webster, Simpson, Howe (Ridley, Murphy)

    Defying_Madness · 31/05/2018 at 20:36

    Paying way overs for Webster

      KSinny · 31/05/2018 at 20:58

      Who would you suggest?

John · 31/05/2018 at 19:36

Who to field ronke home against Carlton or Tim smith against bulldogs

    Jack · 31/05/2018 at 19:43

2 very good options, hard to pass up Smith though

      John · 31/05/2018 at 19:49

Im leaning towards smith at the moment

    TRIGGA_HAPPY · 31/05/2018 at 20:27

    Can u loop Ronke?

WinnerRGrinners · 31/05/2018 at 19:38

Walters Or Rockcliff ????????????

what do you recon??

    Maverick_ · 31/05/2018 at 19:41

depends on ya bye structure and team in general. i was all for rocky monday-tuesday btu starting to get cold feet but would still take him over walters. Bye's passed an has a huge ceiling if can find a tank. named R/R too.

    Rocksta_ · 31/05/2018 at 19:57

    Ahmad rubas · 31/05/2018 at 19:57

I'm going Rockliff mainly because I haven't planned for byes really well so rocky is much more use to me than walters

      Rocksta_ · 31/05/2018 at 20:04

      Until he gets injured

        Ahmad rubas · 31/05/2018 at 20:49

very likely to get injured but so is walters imo i guess i should pass on both but will probably still end up making the rocky move

    theRealPod · 31/05/2018 at 20:19

Jason · 31/05/2018 at 19:38

Well i’d Been eyeing off both rocky and beams and hoping keep it hush hush for a nice low POD %.. but now it’s on the cheat sheet whose the better option both priced at unders.

    sam · 31/05/2018 at 19:42

Beams more likely a keeper imo

Kelly into a premo mid and Henry into a fwd premo. Bye friendly inclusions.

      Jonesy · 31/05/2018 at 19:54

      And pass on smith?
Maybe westhoff & boak/Robinson (midfield) swing forward later date

        Liam · 31/05/2018 at 20:14

        Kelly > westhoff

        Henry > boak

After round 12 trade ZGL/guelfi to Cripps by swinging westhoff fwd.

        Brilliant? Thumbs up ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

          theRealPod · 31/05/2018 at 20:21

I like it without the Boak move.

            Liam · 31/05/2018 at 20:25

Henry to who then?? Maybe He could swing Sicily forward an grab a yeo or Simpson down back? But may as well wait Post Rd 12 bye maybe

              Jonesy · 31/05/2018 at 20:27

I don’t mind Liam’s first suggestion at all. But maybe instead of boak go gray. Port players are gold now

              theRealPod · 31/05/2018 at 20:27

What's wrong with Henry? If he has to go trade him for Smith the bubble boy

    Maverick_ · 31/05/2018 at 20:02

Looking at ya side you have enough cash generation and fat cows on the horizon to double upgrade this week and pass on T.Smith.
Kelly definately upgrade and either Henry/ZGL as the other.. I dont mind the westhoff pick but i think there maybe better options for the midfield! try grab a Cripps a certain top 8-10 mid or treloar/beams as a POD. in saying that the DPP from boak an his bye passed could be huge for they byes.

Marty · 31/05/2018 at 19:49

Coffield isn't named this week. You need to keep painting the fence. Naughton to Sicily?

    Ahmad rubas · 31/05/2018 at 19:54

Any chance of coffield coming back in the side? When I saw he was managed assumed he would be back in this week

FearTheBeard · 31/05/2018 at 20:02

Yeo or Webster?

Murray, Mirra, Murphy all farked me so gonna cut Murray now.

    theRealPod · 31/05/2018 at 20:20

Murray a chance with Howe out.

      FearTheBeard · 31/05/2018 at 20:21

Isn't he just listed as emergency? Maynard is down in his old spot?

        theRealPod · 31/05/2018 at 20:34

I'm seeing him on extended bench atm. Apples will prob nudge him out but wait till final teams tomorrow night if you can

          FearTheBeard · 31/05/2018 at 20:40

          Will have a look.

Though comes back to Yeo or Webster?

            nankthetank · 31/05/2018 at 21:25

Yeo is proven to be a very good scorer but Webster is in better form this year. Comes down to how you byes are looking and whether you want a safer option or a riskier POD.

    TRIGGA_HAPPY · 31/05/2018 at 20:32

    M&M mmmmaybe not.
    Got those 3 as well
Was gonna trade Murray and put whoever i brought in on the pine.
With Mirra dropped they will have to play on field.
Plan was to get -hurley after the bye.
    Guess plans change. <img draggable="false" class="emoji" alt="๐Ÿ™„" src="">

    Derek · 31/05/2018 at 21:21

Bucks said he will be back ‘later in the year’. Not good

      Russty_ · 31/05/2018 at 21:25

      Who's that Derek..Howe?

        Doc · 31/05/2018 at 22:10

Nah he was referring to Murray

        Derek · 31/05/2018 at 23:14

L G · 31/05/2018 at 20:08

How much will Rock go up by ? i'm thinking double down grade…

    Browncow · 01/06/2018 at 00:05

About 30k if he plays similar to the last two weeks L G. Smith goes up 50k just by stepping on to the field.

      L G · 01/06/2018 at 12:10

Thanks BrownCow, I'll go Smith & Rice for the cash.

Rocksta_ · 31/05/2018 at 20:10

This new found Serenity in the Community is amazing!
Is it the calm before the storm?

    SC_Sixty6 · 31/05/2018 at 20:25

I agree Rocksta. No profanity from Pie. I for one am enjoying it! Fingers crossed it continues.

      Florence Maxwell · 01/06/2018 at 01:00

      WOW doesn't Sixty6 kiss butt?

    Florence Maxwell · 01/06/2018 at 00:58

Imposters! Don't tarnish my good name with your profanity.

cashcows · 31/05/2018 at 20:27

Lloyd, Yeo, Laird, Hurley, Sicily, Simpson – Duman, Murphy
Fyfe, Danger, Cripps, Mitchell, Martin, Parker, J.Higgins Spargo – Fogarty, Barry, Phillips
Gawn, Martin
Gray, Mclean, Heeney, D.Smith, Fritsch, T.Smith- ZGL, Keeffe
16 trades, 307k

Already went Brayshaw -> T.Smith via DPP, hence the 300k bank
Higgins at 66BE, could go to Gaff as my R14 bye is very lopsided.
No brainer? Or is there a different combo of cashcows to cull?

    Maverick_ · 31/05/2018 at 20:33

I know Barry hasn't made much cash but you need warm bodies for the bye's i'd trade him before brayshaw no way barry returns anytime soon meaning donuts and no cash & u have till Rd14 to cull Brayshaw… just my 2 cents mate

sam · 31/05/2018 at 20:33

is it worth fielding a zero down back to get Walters and T.Smith in other lines

or should i trade a defender?

    theRealPod · 31/05/2018 at 20:36

Walters isn't a must have imo. Smith juicy and will make you cash

    Blakey · 31/05/2018 at 20:54

im geting those two as well

    Kelly ($401,700) –> Walters ($419,700)
    Barry ($182,400) –> Smith ($123,900)

i had a zero the week before last in order to get a premo in defence

as long as you arent top 10% you should be fine

      Sam · 31/05/2018 at 21:13

I'm in top 1% atm, why would it matter where abouts I'm ranked

        nankthetank · 31/05/2018 at 21:27

Cos your ranking will plummet if you field a zero

          Russty_ · 31/05/2018 at 21:34

True dat…50 points can mean the difference of 1000 ranking spots.

Dale · 31/05/2018 at 20:39

A lot of talk early in the week of rocky.. everyone gone cold now why?
Bye friendly and Cheap as chips.
I gamble worth taking I think.
Westhoff & rocky in for me tonight.

    prizza · 31/05/2018 at 20:53

They all shit there pants , gone safe, no guts no glory

    Derek · 31/05/2018 at 21:19

Rocky not a top 10 midfielder. Already full premium in guts.

Blakey · 31/05/2018 at 20:52

Kelly ($401,700) –> Walters ($419,700)
Barry ($182,400) –> Smith ($123,900)

ready to go 1 up 2 down next week and 3 premos the week after (thoughts)

Russty_ · 31/05/2018 at 20:52

Playing Pieman, Derek twice, Tophawks and Neil this week, gonna need a bit of luck with Howe out….spewing Naughton didn't get up, listed as a test but not even named at all.

    Maverick_ · 31/05/2018 at 21:02

Didn't think they'd rush him back before his bye russty. expect to see him in Rd 13.
This week off gave him 2 weeks to make sure his cherry ripe.

    Sc_Wow · 31/05/2018 at 21:08

Think you should have most of them covered ruusty

      Russty_ · 31/05/2018 at 21:22

Not sure Wow, prediction isn't too high and have to play Duman onfield..can loop Smith and Spargo though.

    Derek · 31/05/2018 at 21:17

Twice! We might split it and win one each.

      Russty_ · 31/05/2018 at 21:20

Haha I'll take that Derek. ๐Ÿ™‚

    neil demons delight · 31/05/2018 at 21:31

Don't take any notice of wow Russty I am going to give you a run mate

    Shake_n_Bake_ · 01/06/2018 at 06:21

Glad Naughton wasn’t named this week Russty. He cant bleed cash not playing. Fits in what im hoping to do with trades.

KSinny · 31/05/2018 at 21:01

I have 1 more spot left in my defense and can afford anyone. Who do I get?

DEF is currently Laird, Yeo, Sicily, Simpson, Howe, Ridley (Murray, Keefe) will be trading Henry and swinging Keefe forward to get this defender.

    nankthetank · 31/05/2018 at 21:29

Hurley is the bets bet but with a high BE and the round 13 bye you might want to wait. Savage is a cheaper option if you're feeling brave and want a POD

      Maverick_ · 31/05/2018 at 21:33

I agree on hurley. or Ryan as a nice POD. depending on ya bye structure

TommyC99 · 31/05/2018 at 21:04

Which one please community?
Rocky – shown he can score well but injuries an issue. Ideal during the byes
JJK – poor run of form but cheap as chips and playing a poor saints at home. I smell a large one
Walters – know what he can do scoring wise but the bye injuries an issue.

    Maverick_ · 31/05/2018 at 21:09

    I like Rocky & JJK.
Rd14 bye puts me off walters.
if you have the trades for if it all goes wrong get rocky i love his ceiling and the bye cover.

      TommyC99 · 31/05/2018 at 21:23

Cheers mate. I currently have 16 trades left and will be doing 2 this week

    Logo · 31/05/2018 at 23:44

What about Hoffman or is he too expensive?

    The Ranger · 01/06/2018 at 07:41

Flip a coin Tommy, I could talk myself in and out of all of those trades.

anthdepa7 · 31/05/2018 at 21:09

Gray or Hoff? Gray has a be of 137 should drop 15k need your guys opinion, ill be trading one in for Fritsch round 12

    Sam · 31/05/2018 at 21:15

Id go gray depending on how he goes this week

Hoff just doesn't seem as reliable to me

Noah · 31/05/2018 at 21:11

T Smith or Henry on field

    Jack · 31/05/2018 at 21:26

    Smith for sure

    Russty_ · 31/05/2018 at 21:35

Loop Smith if you can mate, could be a pod not having him onfield if he spuds it.

      Noah · 31/05/2018 at 21:45

Good idea, but all my bench is playing.

    Sandyf62 · 31/05/2018 at 23:13

Henry is a bit up and down, at least Smith has gone very well in his two games so far.

Rocksta_ · 31/05/2018 at 21:23

This may be my undoing, but I simply cannot allow myself to bring Rocky into my team at M8.
Yes, he’s great bye coverage
Yes, he has a high ceiling at his best
Yes, he is injury prone
Yes, he has a high Standard Deviation

Unless you are flush with trades, steer clear I reckon!

    Rick Grimes · 31/05/2018 at 21:46

I recall a similar week couple years back. Lot of talk about Rocky. Knocked out near 200 from memory. Not saying he'll do that to us again, but he's the type of bloke who will. I'm still tempted.

      Rocksta_ · 31/05/2018 at 21:54

Agreed RG, but I’m saying No at this stage.

      Dale · 31/05/2018 at 22:14

Would love to know what he avgd after that 200 rick. Probably injured the next game?
      Still tempting me though too

        Russty_ · 31/05/2018 at 22:27

He got his 204 in round 11 2016, and was averaging 97 then, then he got 9 more tons for the rest of the year, ended up averaging 111.

    Daniel Z · 01/06/2018 at 04:33

It's pretty similar to Scott Selwood last year, had a couple monster games and everyone jumped on (right around the byes as well). Ended up getting hurt, didn't play over the byes and cost an extra trade. Not saying that'll happen now but it is a bit of a cautionary tale for those that don't have a few extra trades at this stage.

      Finnius · 01/06/2018 at 08:10

      great parallel

    The Ranger · 01/06/2018 at 07:36

    I'm staying away too Rocksta.
Great trade if it comes off but just too risky for me this year, I've had to burn a lot of trades already so can't afford any injury risks.
I wanna see him play ten in a row and not break.

Plugger · 31/05/2018 at 21:24

Why all the hype of this smith bloke.
I don’t really wanna got him in but don’t wanna miss the boat!

Option 1 : kelly to rocky & ZGL to hoff

Option 2 : kelly to hoff (swing forward rd13) & ZGL to smith

Tim kelly not josh thanks

    Maverick_ · 31/05/2018 at 21:31

    option 1.

    Lachy · 31/05/2018 at 22:25

Option 1 if u r set on rocky

    Sandyf62 · 31/05/2018 at 23:04

The hype is because he is scoring very well, has JS and will make lots of cash, what more do you want from a rookie.

Sesh Lord · 31/05/2018 at 21:42

Do people think that Webster will average around 100 for the rest of the year?

    Derek · 01/06/2018 at 09:06

    100 is a big number

    Jack · 01/06/2018 at 09:07

Will · 31/05/2018 at 21:43

Who will average more: Walters, Buddy or Gray

    Lazza · 01/06/2018 at 01:29

Get them all and it won’t matter

    Jack · 01/06/2018 at 09:06

    I reckon Gray

    Simo036 · 01/06/2018 at 11:02

G.C. · 31/05/2018 at 21:51

Got a bit of a conundrum community, would love your input. As it stands:

$93k in the bank
18 trades left
Rank 7644

Do I take
A) Trade Dom Barry to Tim Smith (via Spargo DPP) getting $152k in the bank ready for the byes
B) Trade Andrew Brayshaw to Tim Smith (via Spargo DPP), then upgrade ZGL to Walters, leaving just $58k in the bank for the byes

Getting rid of dead weight and more money is nice, but how important is it to get Walters in this week, especially with Sandi out?

    Gus · 31/05/2018 at 22:11

Go A. Keep warm bodies and get cash generating. Walters is a pass not a must in my opinion

AuroraBorealis?! · 31/05/2018 at 22:07

I'm bringing in Treloar this week, i got burnt so badly last year. PLEASE DONT HURT ME AGAIN ADAM

    Dale · 31/05/2018 at 22:15

Burnt me last year I’d rather risk it on rocky at 200k cheaper.

    Russty_ · 31/05/2018 at 22:18

Hey mate, Treloar's going alright this year, very solid, no worries with him I reckon.

      Rocksta_ · 31/05/2018 at 22:26

Agreed Russty. His DE has improved significantly. He’s always been able to find the Footy so solid selection this year.

        AuroraBorealis?! · 01/06/2018 at 08:48

Yeah thats why i'm bringing him in, had a look at all his games on fanfooty and his DE has been up around 70+ for most rounds

      TOPHAWK1 · 31/05/2018 at 22:29

I am seriously considering going T Kelly to Tom Rockliff and going early on Jacob Heron this week. Gives me loads of bye cover, Howe cover, cash (cow) cover, donut cover, and 15 trades and $370 K in the sky rocket.

        Russty_ · 31/05/2018 at 22:43

He is a beast when fit Hawker…risk vs reward with him.

        Sc_Wow · 01/06/2018 at 09:09

I thought rocky was a no brainer

          Da_Boysh · 01/06/2018 at 13:15

who said he was a no brainer? I won't be grabbing him

            Sc_Wow · 01/06/2018 at 13:17

    Finnius · 01/06/2018 at 08:10

averaged 111 in 2016. Great pick, especially now that the pies arent shit.

      AuroraBorealis?! · 01/06/2018 at 08:47

The pies are still a bit shit, but better than last year, which is encouraging as a supporter.

    Jack · 01/06/2018 at 09:04

Last year is last year don't let that stop you. Having said that though I don't think he is a must have. Have you considered Gaff instead?

      AuroraBorealis?! · 01/06/2018 at 09:41

I have considered him Jack, he's ultra consistent but i just dont feel like his ceiling is there. Both him and Treloar are pods but if i pick the one that pulls out 130+ every week it'll really help my ranking.

    prizza · 01/06/2018 at 12:50

Great choice, he is much more direct this year like the whole side, when breaking the lines he is a jet

Corey · 31/05/2018 at 22:19

Tim Kelly to Walters
Garlett To T.Smith
Tim Kelly to Rockliff
Garlett To Walters

    TommyC99 · 31/05/2018 at 22:43

I think you have to get Tim Smith in, so I’d go option 1

      Corey · 31/05/2018 at 22:47

    Sandyf62 · 31/05/2018 at 23:01

Walters and Smith, a premo and a cash generation.

Stupid Coach · 31/05/2018 at 22:44

I am down to 16 trades and 120k in the bank. At this stage, thinking T Kelly to Heeney only. However, tempted to trade Gowers to T Smith or is that a wasted trade at this stage of the season. Any advice/thoughts much appreciated.

    Russty_ · 31/05/2018 at 22:50

I'd get rid of Gowers, he's done making money and usually scores in the 40's, not a big loss there, Smith could be a big gain though with dosh and points.

    Sandyf62 · 31/05/2018 at 22:59

Not a wasted trade if you are gaining points and cash.

    Jack · 01/06/2018 at 00:17

Gowers to Smith will potentially be the best trade you'll make for the year. Go for it

Lachy · 31/05/2018 at 22:59

So this week I’m gettin in two of: rocky gray westhoff & boak. 1 fwd 1 mid. Happy to get hoff or gray in the guts will swing them fwd after byes! They have a cruisey draw on the run home.

Noah · 31/05/2018 at 23:05

Walters or mclean this week?

    Daniel Z · 01/06/2018 at 03:59

McLean has the bye next week, so would make more sense to get him after that. Plus, Walters has a much lower breakeven, so will be more expensive to get in later.

John · 31/05/2018 at 23:24

$91k and 15 trades left after using 1 already. Is it worth getting Ridley if my backline has Doedee Cole and Murphy as my rookies?

Defying_Madness · 31/05/2018 at 23:29

Now that I think about it it might be time to trade out Mirra even with his insanely low be. He won't play over the next 2 weeks and Birchall should be back soon making it harder for him to find a spot.
Thoughts community?

    Marcus · 31/05/2018 at 23:43

If you're short for either this week or next week I'd trade.
If you can afford to have him sit on pine, could be worth holding. Would have to imagine he'd be a chance round 13/14 where he would be great cover . If not named then just punt him before round 13

    Derek · 01/06/2018 at 09:04

birchell is still a fair way off.

Mirra has a poor game last week, was undersized.

Has been replaced this week by Howe, a midfielder.

Not a good sign for Mirra. Might struggle to get back in team.

    Sc_Wow · 01/06/2018 at 09:05

Can always hold and see if heron is named next week

      Defying_Madness · 01/06/2018 at 12:24

Yeah I might be doing that. Cheers Wow

MacGurty · 31/05/2018 at 23:42

Damo, you certainly have given the Hoff a big tick and now you have me pondering. I was thinking Buddy because he is much cheaper and is a star but has the round 14 bye. Walters also cheap. I have not considered the Hoff until now. Apart from Damo, what do others think?

    Lazza · 01/06/2018 at 01:27

The Hoff is in my team.. and well worth it .. almost a POD (11%) and top 6.

      FFC · 01/06/2018 at 10:42

got hoff in this week too, plus support bye structures

    Mr_Pink_ · 01/06/2018 at 14:19

    I'm on the Hoff bandwagon….

Joe T · 01/06/2018 at 04:25

Mirra out has messed up my trade plans!

I'm going to get Walters in, but is it worth getting Tim Smith and fielding a 0, or Bailey Rice to cover for Mirra (and miss out on Smith all together)?

    Finnius · 01/06/2018 at 08:08

I'd get both rice and smith this week and then walters the next. Smith is looking like an incredible rookie this year and you need him, and the doughnut will cost you more points than getting walters will gain you.

      Joe T · 01/06/2018 at 11:33

Yeah that would be ideal but I'm also giving Rocky another week, so getting both of them next week will cost me 50k extra minimum. Which is why I was going Walters this week and Rocky the next

RonkeyDonkey · 01/06/2018 at 05:24

Forward line is currently: Ronke, Ronke, Ronke, Ronke, Ronke, Ronke (Ronke, Ronke)

Is it worth trading out one of my 8 bench Ronke's for Smith so that I can upgrade one my other Ronke's to "Buddy Ronke"?

For those of you who don't know "Buddy Ronke" is McAvaney's Frankenstein combination of Buddy Franklin and Ben Ronke, who is now available for the next 3 weeks as a limited edition supreme Supercoach player (you get both scores combined).

    RonkeyDonkey · 01/06/2018 at 05:25

One of my 2 bench Ronke's******

      The Ranger · 01/06/2018 at 07:31

      Good trades Ronkey

Trades · 01/06/2018 at 07:07

Naughton to Yeo
Kelly to Smith via Taranto
Don't like any defence rookie on field and would rather have Fritsch and Smith on field.

    Blakey · 01/06/2018 at 09:23

    im geting smith to

      Blakey · 01/06/2018 at 09:24

i already have yeo and he is playing well

Rick Grimes · 01/06/2018 at 08:10

Rocky's last two scores v Hawks are 146 and 147. Just saying…

    Sc_Wow · 01/06/2018 at 08:47

One 0 in the last 3 too. Guessing he was injured

Sc_Wow · 01/06/2018 at 09:04

Remember when we had players copping the vest? Those were the days

    DavidSA · 01/06/2018 at 09:41

Too many bloody rule changes Wow
Geelong built a team pretty much for ruck dominance with 3rd man up until the AFL put a stop to that.
2 players in the history of footy have had severe injuries from sliding into the legs so they change the rule and aduticate that as any form of sliding into a player even if the ball is won well before the contact!
the vest was for covering/reducing injuries and to help keep the games fast at the back end.

I hate it when the AFL tries to find a solution to minimise injuries. They have forgotten what the brand is lol "contact sport"

TOPHAWK1 · 01/06/2018 at 09:19

So fortunate to have grabbed Timothy Smith one week early last week. Now with Howe and Mirra out and most likely Lachy Murphy as well, I can trade in in Bailey Rice for Murphy if he does not make the cut. Because I already have T Smith I can still execute my major play this week. T Kelly – OUT and Tom Rockliff- IN. I reckon many coaches will have to abandon Rocky now (At least this week) because they are busy trying to get in T Smith and fixing holes in their back lines. Still 15 juicy trades going into the byes. (Planning to use 4-5 during the byes to complete my side, and then 10-11 for the run home.

    Lachy · 01/06/2018 at 09:23

It’s either smith or rocky for me this week! Unsure if smith is a must i feel my cash generation is ticking along okay. Well done for going the week early.
It’d have to be ZGL that makes way. Henry fritsch guelfi And ronke all have extremely low BEs. Hmmmmm

    Florence Maxwell · 01/06/2018 at 09:38

Rockliff sucks enjoy your 70odd this week or next.

      DavidSA · 01/06/2018 at 09:46

i see a lot of people missing the point on Rockliff lol

The best thing is an extra player over the triple bye period
You only get the best 18 scores
If Hawk has 20 players and Rockliff scores high that's great but if it like sub 70 then it will probably not even register anyway!

Hawk also has trades up his sleeve so when Rockliff's price goes back up near or over 500k he will make the decision to keep or not.

I believe Rockliff will go 80-100 twice and over 110 twice over the next month.
Port have some simple games coming

        Swans2012 · 01/06/2018 at 09:54

Agree 100% David, he looks a low risk short term play to me

          Sc_Wow · 01/06/2018 at 09:58

Still a risk. I think if you have plenty of rookie cover there isn’t much point and I’d go for legit premos over him. I don’t see rocky pushing you up the rankings all that much

            DiannaP · 01/06/2018 at 10:51

Wow. I have Kelly who I think will be ok until his bye when I intend to trade him to my last mid premium. However I am tempted to get Rocky in for him now. Although I am merely playing for leagues, I am also conscious of the dreaded, for me, round 14 bye. Not sure what to do.

              Sc_Wow · 01/06/2018 at 10:54

You will lose cash on Kelly from this point fwd. If possible I’d still recommend getting in a premo now over rocky

                DiannaP · 01/06/2018 at 11:28

What about Beams then. Round 13 bye ok for me. But will he be tagged by Ben Jacobs tomorrow? SC can be stressful sometimes. Maybe stick to plan 234 and wait until Kelly’s bye and hope he comes good and doesn’t lose too much money.

                  DiannaP · 01/06/2018 at 12:09

Me again. I have decided (I think) to trade out T. Kelly and Dow for T. Smith and Cripps leaving me with $14K. Could go Gaff leaving me with an additional $50K. Both suit me very well with the round 12 bye. So Wow, you seem to know what you are doing, you have talked me into a premium. Thanks!
#Pleased that you are more pleasant and helpful these days like Derek, Pie, Neil, Russty Hawk etc. We newcomers appreciste your experience.

DavidSA · 01/06/2018 at 09:32

Got 14 trades left.
Did my double downgrade even b4 knowing Howe is hurt.
No matter I can loop Rice with Duman.

So does not hurt my plans but only 80 potential pts over 2 weeks

KC6 · 01/06/2018 at 09:39

Is Webster the real deal or better to go with the safer option in Simpson?

    DavidSA · 01/06/2018 at 09:51

    I say yes
Is he worth the spend? I would say no
He won't avg 108 for the rest of the year
    More like 95-100 at best
    Round 14 bye
Wait and see his next 3 games I reckon

      Sc_Wow · 01/06/2018 at 10:36

He might need to defend the next two weeks maybe he drops in price

Westy · 01/06/2018 at 09:44

Out T Kelly, Barry
In Rockliff, T Smith

Steeeve · 01/06/2018 at 09:44

B Rice named across halfback, J Ridley named at centre-half forward. Importantly, Ridley survives Hurley's return. Both are playing top teams this week so I won't expect massive scores.
But with Ridley having the better bye I wonder if he might now be the one to choose?

    DavidSA · 01/06/2018 at 09:54

    Depends on your bye structure

      Steeeve · 01/06/2018 at 12:13

I'd say for every person alive Ridley is better for bye structure. Rice supposedly has better JS (and a better second-week score to stay in his rolling average).

    Sc_Wow · 01/06/2018 at 09:59

Ridley will be in the back line bagley will switch to the fwd line

      Steeeve · 01/06/2018 at 12:14

That might be a good thing for him to be in defence this week. Will be a lot more of the ball there than up forward.

FearTheBeard · 01/06/2018 at 10:00

Yeo or Webster?

It's really doing my head in.

I have Laird, Simpson, Sicily, Savage so either way with byes they will see me have 3 out when it comes.

Who is best bet for this week (playing my father so a win is a MUST)

    Jack · 01/06/2018 at 10:47

    Yeo is safer

    FearTheBeard · 01/06/2018 at 11:05

Whom do we think will go larger this week.

    Webster or Yeo.

    Playing each other lol.

      FearTheBeard · 01/06/2018 at 11:13

Sorry again, playing my father so must beat him. lol.

      Yeo/Webster for higher this week?

        Pod · 01/06/2018 at 11:47

Yeo will go large playing at optus stadium infront of a home crowed and the points will be skewed in favour of all eagles players so load up on them. Since saints arnt going to win this (U would hope not)

r_calve · 01/06/2018 at 10:14

both similar price but webster better average, more consistent and lower breakeven so go with him

MEK · 01/06/2018 at 10:42

Which two are better package Westoff Boak or Westhoff Gray or Boak Gray

Jack · 01/06/2018 at 10:44

Brayshaw +100k or Hurley?
The plan was to bring in Hurley after his bye but I'm getting cold feet on Brayshaw.

Johnny · 01/06/2018 at 11:28

I’m passin on smith. Double up grades to the hoff & gray/boak. I hope I don’t regret this! :/

    Steeeve · 01/06/2018 at 12:12

Bold move! Smith will net you 100k within two weeks.

      Johnny · 01/06/2018 at 12:39

Don’t say that your makin me doubt myself now. Definitely the toughest week of the year!

BadgerHoney7 · 01/06/2018 at 11:31

guys need help, was sold on andrew gaff early in the week, but now seriously considering rocky, who do I go with????

    FearTheBeard · 01/06/2018 at 11:36

    I'd take Gaff personally!

      BadgerHoney7 · 01/06/2018 at 11:46

don't want to miss out on rocky tho, he could go huge

        FearTheBeard · 01/06/2018 at 11:47

He could. He could also get nothing special or worse….

          Maverick_ · 01/06/2018 at 11:51

He could explode Badge, yet quiet possible he could flop.
Im in the same boat tossing up between E,Curnow, Cripps, Treloar & even Beams.
But got a little voice in my head calling out rocky. Just don't know i can trust him it's only his bye i like
If you want to bank points where you know what you will get week in week out go gaff, he will score his 100.

        Derek · 01/06/2018 at 13:58

Hawks have recalled Howe this week. He will keep Rocky Quiet.

          BadgerHoney7 · 01/06/2018 at 17:28

gotta feeling hawks won't tag a bloke that hasn't played well all season when their is blokes like robbie gray, ollie wines, boak etc

FearTheBeard · 01/06/2018 at 11:35

Community if I can get two questions answered. If any of you have ever enjoyed a rivalry with your Dad give me two seconds please!

I play my Dad this week and he talks mass trash!

So Yeo or Webster to go larger this week?

Second who to field out of Phillips, Holman or Spargo for my M8 this week?

Thanks guys!

    Pod · 01/06/2018 at 11:46

Can u loophole holman with spargo since spargo plays at 2pm and Holman at 4:30.

      FearTheBeard · 01/06/2018 at 11:46

Only mid I got not playing is Barry.

        FearTheBeard · 01/06/2018 at 13:24

        Gee thanks guys!

    Derek · 01/06/2018 at 13:56

all the WCE should go 100+

Webster will see plenty of the ball, but WCE height will cause saints problems. Won’t suit Webster’s style of play

    The Ranger · 01/06/2018 at 14:21

    Yeo for mine.

MEK · 01/06/2018 at 11:38

    FearTheBeard · 01/06/2018 at 11:39

    Personally Westoff & Gray

Maverick_ · 01/06/2018 at 11:49

I know this is a gamble but i really love the look of dayne beams. has already pumped out a couple 130+ and only 492k.
should i be considering now his handed over the C? we know from previous seasons he's a jet with an extremely friendly run home…

    FFC · 01/06/2018 at 11:56

i'm tempted too…but trying to sort out bye structures and premiums but there might be a m8 position for him once Brisbane bye is done

      Maverick_ · 01/06/2018 at 11:58

won't be the value there unfortunately. once he hits 550k+ there is probably value elsewhere. it nearly has to be this week BE 46. tough decision. with zorko unable to handle a tag you can nearly guarantee he will get the attention over beams to which i like!

        Rick Grimes · 01/06/2018 at 12:45

I hadn't considered him but looks another top option. As you say, Zorko getting the tag now each week and no captaincy pressure. It's just the body that worries me. But he's no worse bet than Walters or Rocky on that front.

    DavidC · 01/06/2018 at 12:59

Might start getting tagged now that Zorko is learning how to play through one.

Pod · 01/06/2018 at 11:56

The main stat about rocky the last to weeks is his had 9 and 7 tackles in those to games now looking at last years stats he had on got 9 tackles once after rnd 12 and during this time he layed a maximum of only 4 tackles per game up until rnd 8 this year so the shoulder is starting to not worry him.

    Jack · 01/06/2018 at 12:54

    That's significant, nice find pod

      Pod · 01/06/2018 at 13:04

Thnx only reason why im getting him in…

Scoops_McYoung · 01/06/2018 at 12:16

This Rocky business is driving me nuts. Which is the better option?

1.Higgins out for T Smith leaving $180k in the bank and 12 Trades.
2. Higgins for smith AND Guelfi for Rocky (via DPP), $50k and 11 trades.

With Rocky, team would be:

Def: Laird, Lloyd, Sicily, Hurn, Doedee, Cole (Ridley, Keefe)
Mid: Fyfe, Danger, Mitchell, Cripps, Parker, Coniglio, Dusty, Rockliff (Coffield, Barry, Spargo)
Ruck: Gawn, Nank (Olango)
Fwd: Heeney, McLean, Buddy, Menegola, Smith, Walters (TSmith, Fritsch)

I feel if rocky fails, it may cost me 2 trades but I'm only 2 (3 if you don't count Doedee as a D8) away from full premo.. Plus if he fires, he could make $200k, which is the same as a rookie downgrade.

Help, anyone? Anything? I'm tearing hair out!!

    Pod · 01/06/2018 at 13:15

I like option 2 as rocky provides u with bye cover and u are only 2 away from full premo

KSinny · 01/06/2018 at 12:17

Lloyd, Webster, Hurley, Ryan, Hurn, Jonas or Savage as D6? Already have Laird, Yeo, Sicily, Simmo and Howe.

    FearTheBeard · 01/06/2018 at 12:24

I have Laird, Sic, Simmo, Savage and just got Yeo.

I would be looking at Webster for D6 at present.

    Defying_Madness · 01/06/2018 at 12:37

    Hurley after his bye

      KSinny · 01/06/2018 at 12:40

Have to get one this week to cover Howe

TheGreatBozza · 01/06/2018 at 12:19

Passing on Rocky & a cheap Heeney this week thanks to some backline carnage.

Best DEF trade in this week? Current lineup below:

Laird, Savage, Howe, Sicily, Doedee, Finlayson (Richards, Murphy)

I'm leaning to Simpson to help my bye structure (overloaded in R14) however Brayshaw/Yeo/Hurley are tempting too.

    Beezneez · 01/06/2018 at 12:46

    Simpson in round 13.

      Daniel Z · 02/06/2018 at 04:07

The question was for this week. Based on what you said about your bye structure, go with Yeo or Simpson. With Simpson being 40k cheaper, I'd probably go him but you'd think you'll need both before the year is up.

Trades · 01/06/2018 at 12:40

Fritsch, Guelfi or Langdon for Smith?
I'm thinking Fritsch as BE 57 and won't have much more to make. Langdon named wing and Guelfi lower be.

    Keenbutclueless · 01/06/2018 at 13:02

I reckon Langdon. Fritsch is 47 break even and is projected to make 27k before the byes. Langdon is projected to make 6k. Fritsch is playing well and had upside.

    Daniel Z · 02/06/2018 at 04:04

Assuming whoever you don't trade will be on field, keep Fritsch. 3-round average is around 90, compared to 50s (Langdon) and Guelfi. (60s). Guelfi should still make $ and Langdon won't.

Baz · 01/06/2018 at 13:06

Who should I play out of Sam Murray, Tom Cole or Ed Richards?

    Keenbutclueless · 01/06/2018 at 13:17

Don’t think Murray has been picked, which gives you a chance to loop the other two.

Spudda · 01/06/2018 at 14:25
