Need to chew the fat about a loophole option?
This is place the do it every week.

Let’s chew some round 14 SuperCoach FAT:

Dan · 24/06/2017 at 12:27

Who to C, Pendles, Danger or Bont?

    Winter · 24/06/2017 at 12:38

I'm going Pendles into Danger but if I had to choose between the 2 I'd go Danger

    MickyB · 24/06/2017 at 12:41

Krups · 24/06/2017 at 12:36

Loop Kennedy score last night of 127 for go with Danger for captain?

    Ja191 · 24/06/2017 at 12:38

I'd be sticking with the 127 especially with danger playing injured. Don't see him going big

    Winter · 24/06/2017 at 12:39

Hard one can't go wrong doing either, I'd personally go Danger

    MickyB · 24/06/2017 at 12:41

Im in the same situation and going danger. The rumours he is injured are laughable. Will go big vs freo

    Swans2012 · 24/06/2017 at 13:16

Take it, more to lose than gain

    manolaki · 24/06/2017 at 20:37

I am in the same predicament. My rival this week has Danger as C. I bet if i take JPKs 127 Danger will end up with 150+

Nate · 24/06/2017 at 12:37

Hey guys, should I swing berry to defence via Hibberd, and trade him out for Ryan? Or trade out fisher for mountford? And keep berry in mids. Cheers guys!

    MickyB · 24/06/2017 at 12:39

    Winter · 24/06/2017 at 12:40

Trade out Fisher to Ryan if you have Hibberd in defence

Winter · 24/06/2017 at 12:37

I love Zach Merrett

    manolaki · 24/06/2017 at 20:38

He was my first trade in this week but after the carnage I needed to make some changes elsewhere. Hope he doesn't go up too much. He was my final mid to bring in. Either him or Mitchell.

Jim_bob321 · 24/06/2017 at 12:38

What do u fellas think of Bont VC… or even C if Zorko VC doesn't satisfy

    MickyB · 24/06/2017 at 12:40

    Zorko vc bont c

      Jim_bob321 · 24/06/2017 at 12:48

Yeah that's what I was thinking, seeing Danger is 'injured'
Surely Bont tonnes up immensely tonight against North as Bulldogs are under pressure for top 8 contention

TRIGGER HAPPY · 24/06/2017 at 12:40

Who scores more?
Barrett or Ryan.
Can flick Adams into the mods for Fyfe or leave him in Def.
I think know much of a muchness lean get towards Barrett

    The Golden Ticket · 24/06/2017 at 12:53

I think the ball will be in freos defence, therefore allowing and giving Ryan a lot of opportunity to find the ball.

INPieman · 24/06/2017 at 12:48

Several lolly shops trashed in Sydney last night. Floggard in custody

    TRIGGER HAPPY · 24/06/2017 at 12:55

    Wtf man?
Surely with 20 secs to go you kick it out as long as u can?
    Gr8 smother by paps though.
Newman match winning tackle and clean possession last week and paps gr8 smother this week.
The cygnets r standing up.when the game is in the balance.

      INPieman · 24/06/2017 at 13:04

Was an awesome smother from papsmear but it should never have happened! Massive brain fade

The Golden Ticket · 24/06/2017 at 12:52

Do people think Lachie Neale is still worth bringing in even tho he has Fyfe out and sandi out this week, meaning he might cop a harder opponent and more attention than with Fyfe in the team. Also won't get first use of the ball as Sandi out. He scored poorly 2 rounds ago when they got smashed and Sandi was out.

If I didn't get Neale who else should I get?
Mids Currently, Danger, Merrett, Titch, Treloar, Murphy, Bont, Fyfe

    Defying_Madness · 24/06/2017 at 13:09

Look at Neales scores last year. That should answer the question

James · 24/06/2017 at 12:59

Do I take JPK's 127 or C on Selwood, Danger or Doch?

    Swans2012 · 24/06/2017 at 13:13

    Take it

      Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 11:32

    manolaki · 25/06/2017 at 12:33

I'm on the same boat but worried Danger will go large and come out with 150+

      Defying_Madness · 25/06/2017 at 13:01

Take it you will lose 20 points max and could lose up to 50

    pod · 25/06/2017 at 12:53

127 x 2 = f#*k all. All three of them will beat that. Jelwood at the Cattery best.

      Randomcliche · 26/06/2017 at 21:12

      Jelwood uh?

Borko · 24/06/2017 at 13:00

Shame Gawn comes up against WCE this week … that 200+ BE may be in reach!

    INPieman · 24/06/2017 at 13:11

His interstate scoring last year was insane

Patch · 24/06/2017 at 13:02

Let us never have a friday quite that crazy ever again. I'm going to need a week to recover

    TRIGGER HAPPY · 24/06/2017 at 13:10

The patch up should have started with so let's name who is playing.
Would have been a shorter list. 🙂

    INPieman · 24/06/2017 at 13:10

The gods were very very grumpy

    jockreynolds · 24/06/2017 at 13:30

    Unbelievable Patch – commiserations mate

      TRIGGER HAPPY · 24/06/2017 at 13:59

Jock missed you in the comments mate.
This SC, coach kings and Draft stars business all business eh?

CRIPPStoniteSC · 24/06/2017 at 13:08

Thoughts on Scharanberg to Howe or hold trade and field Ryan???

Mike · 24/06/2017 at 13:13

Have a bad feeling about Doch and Nank late outs Tomorrow

INPieman · 24/06/2017 at 13:27

Doch passed his fitness test this morning & will play

    TRIGGER HAPPY · 24/06/2017 at 14:01

    FINALLY some good news

    The Ranger · 24/06/2017 at 14:55

Unless Derek brings him in for Fyfe.
In which case, he misses three.

      Defying_Madness · 24/06/2017 at 15:01

Please no, I am about to bring him in lmao

bUCKET__ · 24/06/2017 at 13:34

Wouldn't mind seeing Nank given some further rest whilst he's on my bench in place of Greenwood's score…

Now that I've said as much, the gods will curse me in ways unimaginable

    bUCKET__ · 24/06/2017 at 16:46

Hmm first injury mid-game for the year for my team, with Beams down :/

Geelong 2017 · 24/06/2017 at 13:34

How many trades do people have left? I have 9 and am playing for league finals rather than overall

undypuncher · 24/06/2017 at 13:49

Anyone know what the issue is with danger?

    LetsGo · 24/06/2017 at 13:59

And is it serious enough to warrant taking the C off him?

      Holty · 24/06/2017 at 14:21

You would hope if he is selected he would be 100% right to go. It would be very negligent for Geelong to risk their best player.

    Holty · 24/06/2017 at 14:22

    Hamstring tightness i heard

    Bells · 24/06/2017 at 16:28

    Leather poisoning.

LetsGo · 24/06/2017 at 13:53

Do you fellas think R.Gray will be a fwd next year? Or will he stay as a mid

    Hawkas2017 · 24/06/2017 at 16:21

    FWD or MID/FOR

      Holmes_Heroes · 24/06/2017 at 22:43

Absolutely, altho the really interesting one would be considering the time he's spent forward this year, any chance of Bont being fwd elligible. Reckon if so my fwd line next year would be Gray Bont, 4 rookies.

    Top Gun · 25/06/2017 at 00:29

Let's worry about this season first 😛

      Daniel Z · 25/06/2017 at 13:13

I think a fair few of us may have written this one off…

TOPHAWK1 · 24/06/2017 at 14:00

Treloar's disposals in that first quarter were retarded. Seriously mate, start using the pill properly!!! FFS

    Defying_Madness · 24/06/2017 at 14:00

    Adams also

    INPieman · 24/06/2017 at 14:23

It is extremely difficult it kick the pill running flat out. Let alone hit a target. Treloar needs to slow down before he kicks it. If Buckley had half a clue he'd tell him

      Holty · 24/06/2017 at 14:58

True pieman. Only a select few can do it. Ablett is one of them but even if he has time to settle, he will.

hedski · 24/06/2017 at 14:41

SPP to 50 Shades looks tempting next week, he's killing it (and cheap).

Holty · 24/06/2017 at 14:55

Wow those who were brave enough to select Gray this week, well done. Looking good.

    hedski · 24/06/2017 at 15:33

    Take a bow Rick Grimes.

Swans2012 · 24/06/2017 at 15:03

So in hindsight 420k for Robbie gray as a potential m9/loophole might have been a good idea……

Top Gun · 24/06/2017 at 15:07

R Gray killing it. Congrats to those people who backed their judgement and brought him in.

    Mavs17 · 24/06/2017 at 15:23

He is playing Collingwood though.. no one is even on him

      The Ranger · 24/06/2017 at 16:45

I still think he'll throw in the odd stinker whilst he's playing purely forward.
Bloody good to watch when he's up and about tho.

Richo · 24/06/2017 at 15:17

Community, trying to work a captain loophole and messing with my emergencies. If you have two emergencies selected in a position and one of them doesn't play, will you get the score of the one that did or the 'lowest score' as stated in the rules?

    hedski · 24/06/2017 at 15:34

They don't score if they don't play Richo.

      Richo · 24/06/2017 at 15:35

That's what I thought but wanted to be sure. Thanks hedski

        Richo · 24/06/2017 at 15:36

Buckley stuffing around with pendles so may not need it now 🙁

Mavs17 · 24/06/2017 at 15:25

Collingwood are Sh#t. And buckley is an idiot, why would you put pendles in the backline!

    INPieman · 24/06/2017 at 16:33

Another brilliant move by Buckley. Took him 3/4 to work out he had no forward line. Any other coach would have had ben Reid there half way through the first quarter. Complete spud

Defying_Madness · 24/06/2017 at 15:26

Traded out Barret and kept Berry. Just thought I would let the community know that they should do the opposite to benefit from Barret's inevitable tonne.

    hedski · 24/06/2017 at 15:35

Culled them both DM, probs both ton up.

      Keenbutclueless · 24/06/2017 at 17:19

      Barrett on minus 8!

        Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 17:24

        Good golf score 🙂

    Dutch · 24/06/2017 at 17:42

I traded out spp and kept Barrett, proving a masterstroke so far – Barrett will struggle to get anywhere near his breakeven at this stage

    Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 18:01

Seems like it was the right week to trade out Barrett..maybe he needs a rest.

Finnius123 · 24/06/2017 at 16:08

Jezza Howe is an absolute gun POD

    hedski · 24/06/2017 at 16:20

Been killing it Fin, glad I started with him.

    musicissport · 24/06/2017 at 16:24

Yep got him in 4 weeks ago and hasn't looked back!

hedski · 24/06/2017 at 16:21

Every time I tip the pies……

musicissport · 24/06/2017 at 16:23

Matty White could be a nice F7 for the rest of the year – $198K on the bubble next week, just scored a lazy 99.

LetsGo · 24/06/2017 at 16:25

There goes the tiny 3% chance that we'd slip into the finals this year

TOPHAWK1 · 24/06/2017 at 16:38

Beams has broken down. Arm injury. His day is done. 6 SC

    Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 16:39

    He got smashed by Mummy

      hedski · 24/06/2017 at 17:45

At least Mummy has done something for me today, 39 at half time lift!!
      Stef going hard.

      JohndJames · 24/06/2017 at 19:59

Mummy should pick on someone his own size for a change, had Lloyd when he went down, now Beams.

        Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 20:04

To be fair John, there was no malice in it, it was just an unstoppable force against an immovable object..the Mummy!

    DeeSupreme · 24/06/2017 at 22:50

On behalf of all those who traded him out after his first injury and then were subjected to ridicule by the numptys who didn't trade him out after his first injury I we say "I TOLD YOU SO".

      Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 22:57

I traded him out round 7 for Pendles so happy with that call, it was just a matter of time with Beams to go down again..unfortunately for his owners.

        Daniel Z · 25/06/2017 at 13:16

I'm pretty sure half the guys in the league would have gone down if they got hit by Mummy in that situation.

Ben · 24/06/2017 at 16:45

Who owns beams?

finnigin · 24/06/2017 at 17:17

hey all , take peppers 82 or role the dice with an iffy hammy of scot selwood ?

    byy · 24/06/2017 at 17:27

    take the 82 I reckon.

      Dutch · 24/06/2017 at 17:43

Agree play it safe and bank the 82

    hedski · 24/06/2017 at 17:51

I won't mind too much if Scooter's a late out to bank that 82.

The BONT · 24/06/2017 at 17:39

Did Brad Ebert play bad or did he get an injury

    Derek · 24/06/2017 at 17:46

He was on about 45 at half time and then he went missing. Que in rack

Jim_bob321 · 24/06/2017 at 17:41

What do u guys think of Bont C?

    SF4 · 24/06/2017 at 18:41

If he was to ever bounce back into form than tonight would be the night.

    Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 18:44

Risky Jim_bob, he seems to like scores in the 80's and low 90's lately.

    Billioux · 24/06/2017 at 18:47

Just swtched C from Danger to The Bont Jim bob. I need to make ground in 2 cash Leagues. its a risk tho

    Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 20:30

I'm thinking it was a pretty good idea at the moment guys LOL !

The BONT · 24/06/2017 at 17:42

Heath Shaw had got 3 disposals and 1 tackle and he is on 30 SC

Mike · 24/06/2017 at 17:46

D .BEAMS done grrrrr

    INPieman · 24/06/2017 at 17:49

The gods are having fun with us this weekend

The BONT · 24/06/2017 at 17:56

Do i put the C on play Danger even if he is carrying an injury or go with Docerty

    Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 18:06

Danger's hardly missed a game since 2009, I'm betting he'll play the full game and play well.

Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 18:15

Jake Barrett and Archie Smith are fighting it out to see who ends up with the lowest score..whoever scores under 10 wins lol

    Billioux · 24/06/2017 at 18:52

Least Barrett found his way into the positive . Was poised to flick him however i thought surely he could get his 50 odd BE then bang bang to full premo ish next week. Good Thanks.

KrazeeEyezK1lla · 24/06/2017 at 18:16

New Zorko owners currently pulling their hair out

    Jim_bob321 · 24/06/2017 at 18:18

    Yay to VC Zorko…….

    Cogla13 · 25/06/2017 at 07:58

Would have paid top dollar as well.

Mavs17 · 24/06/2017 at 18:19

Zorko has flopped today!

    Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 18:47

    Bigtime!…and still flopping.

      Mavs17 · 24/06/2017 at 18:51

Im sure its just a one off. He will bounce back next week.

        Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 18:53

Yeah mate, he will, at least you didn't get Beams in!

          Mavs17 · 24/06/2017 at 18:58

Yeah very happy i didnt jump on him at the start of the year. At least Martin and Greene played well for me today.

Jim_bob321 · 24/06/2017 at 18:26

VC Zorko! Yay..
Let's hope Bont does good as C

Joshua · 24/06/2017 at 18:34

Would look at Scooter to Beams when he falls in price but how serious is the injury?

    BrownlowBoy · 24/06/2017 at 18:43

    Broken Collarbone.

    Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 18:45

Won't know until Monday but knowing his shoulders, could be serious.

    Joshua · 24/06/2017 at 20:16

Dw heard it was season ending

Jim_bob321 · 24/06/2017 at 18:50

What is wrong with Zorko?

    Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 19:03

He forgot to take his magnificence supplements this morning.

    Derek · 24/06/2017 at 19:32

    Ward was too good

Daniel · 24/06/2017 at 19:14

Assuming Docherty plays tomorrow, which 2 defenders should I have on field out of Rance, Simpson and Harbrow?

    Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 19:29

Someone said earlier, he passed his fitness test so he will play…I'd leave Harbrow out, cause he's not really a premo imo.

    joe · 25/06/2017 at 04:36

That's a lot of money on your bench there!

Derek · 24/06/2017 at 19:36

Berry got 76. I can take it or play Bolton, Parsons or Pickett……. oh dear what a choice.

Take Witherden's 76 or give Stewart a run?

    Ja191 · 24/06/2017 at 19:40

    take both

      Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 19:47

    Don't Blush Baby · 24/06/2017 at 19:53

    Banking both mate,good work

      Derek · 24/06/2017 at 21:45

Took a punt on Witherden ahead of Ryan and mountford. Love those DPP's

TOPHAWK1 · 24/06/2017 at 19:42

Stefan Martin you are a hero! Adam Treloar you are a villain. Heath Shaw you are damned. Not bloody good enough mate. Milestone game or no milestone game.

    Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 19:46

Shaw was insipid today, 9 disposals, no longer a premo.

    Dan · 24/06/2017 at 19:52

Yep. Shaw is gone from my team this week.

    hedski · 24/06/2017 at 20:10

90 odd from Shit cut Treloar is passable TH.
    Go STEF..

      TOPHAWK1 · 24/06/2017 at 20:23

Treloar ended up with just 91 SC points from 35 disposals. If the prick could just get his efficiency up to premo standard, coaches would be looking at 131's or better.

        hedski · 24/06/2017 at 20:53

Too true. Better than Rocky, Sloane, Buddy, Ebert etc so far.

Joshua · 24/06/2017 at 20:18

Shaw to who? Can go to a 460kish defender with one trade.

Defying_Madness · 24/06/2017 at 20:23

Hibberd has been pretty disappointing as of late. Also welcome to my team next week Bont

TOPHAWK1 · 24/06/2017 at 20:32

Bontempelli is going BIG. The Bont is back with a bang.

Coaches who have him (me not) look like they will be handsomely rewarded for their patience tonite.

    Mavs17 · 24/06/2017 at 20:37

I traded him in for Fyfe this week and god im so happy i did!

    manolaki · 24/06/2017 at 20:39

Wish I had VC him. Didn't trust his recent form. It was only a matter of time.

    Ja191 · 24/06/2017 at 20:39

put the cheeky C on him, hope he keeps going

    DeeSupreme · 24/06/2017 at 22:51

Yep that should push his 5 game ave into the 90's

      hedski · 24/06/2017 at 23:30

Only matters what he scores now if you just got him in Dee.

    joe · 25/06/2017 at 04:31

Meh. He played against the worst midfield in the competition, notorious for giving up big score to opposing midfielders. I'm yet to be convinced,

      Surferboi69 · 25/06/2017 at 09:04

Average of 112 not enough to convince you?

    Neverweaken · 25/06/2017 at 12:44

Yay finally. Brought him in at 600k and promptly gave me 90s

Joshua · 24/06/2017 at 20:35

Really want to go Shaw to newman next week. Would finally put me at rest for not owning him.

    Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 20:40

Maybe also consider Joey Montagna or McGovern

    ben · 24/06/2017 at 21:10

Do you really want to pay 430k for a rookie that most people payed 123k for?

Mavs17 · 24/06/2017 at 20:42

So glad i traded in Bont for Fyfe! Welcome back The Bont!

Will · 24/06/2017 at 20:44

Docherty or Dusty C?

    TOPHAWK1 · 24/06/2017 at 21:05

I am going Dusty as captain. He will probably cop the Curnow tag at some point, but he will smash that like any other tag. His record against the Blues is not special, but tomorrow Dusty will right a few wrongs and hopefully make a big statement.

      Will · 24/06/2017 at 21:16

I like you thinking TOPHAWK, think i'm gonna back Dusty!

    hedski · 24/06/2017 at 21:55

      Will · 24/06/2017 at 22:32

      high risk high reward!

        hedski · 24/06/2017 at 23:31

        True, I'll stick with Danger.

          Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 23:37

Doch is playing…not sure about Danger yet, but the gun has only missed 5 games or so in 8 years.

            Will · 25/06/2017 at 08:01

Yeah I've got the VC on Danger

    pod · 25/06/2017 at 08:54

    Doch keeps on giving.

Finnius123 · 24/06/2017 at 20:49

Gawn is so good. 20 HO in the first half – 11 to advantage. Straight swap for sandi after next round. Tempted to even cop the extra 30-40k and get him after this weekend.

    INPieman · 24/06/2017 at 20:58

Very tempting. But not rucking against any opposition

      Finnius123 · 24/06/2017 at 21:23

He is only going to get better though – this is just his first match back after injury. Best ruckman in the comp, I will back him to carve up Kreuzer. Kreuzer is similar to Nank as well and picks up quite a few of his points through possessions/tackles not necessarily hit-outs to advantage.

    INPieman · 24/06/2017 at 20:59

    In form Kreuzer next week

    Surferboi69 · 25/06/2017 at 09:05

Considering going early and getting him next week

Ja191 · 24/06/2017 at 20:50

Gawns back

    Northernsoul74 · 24/06/2017 at 20:59

Maybe not be as cheaper as we hoped. Hell of a cold mevack so far.

    TOPHAWK1 · 24/06/2017 at 21:06

Big time. Beard or no beard. 77SC at the half after 10 odd weeks out. Licking my chops.

    DeeSupreme · 24/06/2017 at 22:48

Max is 4 feet taller than any ruck he played against tonight. I hope he can keep it up when he plays against an actual ruck his stats were poor tonight considering the opposition that he had.
He didn't need to make any runs into backline chasing an athletic opponent tonight and he will probably spend half of next week up fwd or on bench, there's no sense in busting him against a team we wont meet in finals.

Northernsoul74 · 24/06/2017 at 20:51

Embarrassing from Clayton Oliver. Pathetic.

    INPieman · 24/06/2017 at 20:56

Was contact even made? Looked like a princess

    TOPHAWK1 · 24/06/2017 at 21:16

Looks like he is running out of juice mate. Always on the cards.

      Mavs17 · 24/06/2017 at 21:42

Oliver is actually going well in the second half. Hibberd is sh#t though

      Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 22:41

I think he was getting tagged by Hutchings, ended up having a good game regardless. He's a gun.

      Tibor · 25/06/2017 at 20:52

Has outperformed a more expensive JOM by just a bit, also 100+, yet again… are you watching the same player as the rest of us? He copped the tag all night and still got the job done not bad for a 26 game player I'd have thought

    DeeSupreme · 24/06/2017 at 22:42

You know that 'pitiful' and 'embarrassing' don't mean 'good' don't you?

    Tibor · 25/06/2017 at 20:48

    You nuff nuff

Finnius123 · 24/06/2017 at 21:24

Hibberd is having a seriously poor outing

    Mavs17 · 24/06/2017 at 21:33

    Another flop just like zorko

    Defying_Madness · 24/06/2017 at 21:36

Looks like Hibberd was just an illusion just as Higgo said. I sadly got drawn into that illusion.

      Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 21:39

Bloody Goldstein's also done nothing since he hit 60

        hedski · 24/06/2017 at 21:56

        Did he get reported??

          Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 22:04

I didn't see anything Hedski..have been flicking between games.

            hedski · 24/06/2017 at 22:32

Same, heard something on the radio wasn't sure.

    manolaki · 24/06/2017 at 22:09

He is on 73 so not doing that badly. Still 5 mins to go he might creep up to 80+

      Defying_Madness · 24/06/2017 at 22:22

Ended on 90+ huge last quarter

    Finnius123 · 24/06/2017 at 22:22

Ended up with a decent score. Maybe I jumped the gun a bit – but he was floundering down the bottom for a bit too long for my liking.

      Defying_Madness · 24/06/2017 at 22:25

Yeah got around 50 points that quarter

      manolaki · 24/06/2017 at 22:29

happens. players can be 45 and end up 90 in the last quarter.
still don't know how these stats work sometimes

Ben · 24/06/2017 at 21:47

Bloody hibbered

    Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 22:03

Could still redeem himself…on 67 now.

    manolaki · 24/06/2017 at 22:09

    He has turned it around

Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 22:13

Go Peddo!…having a great last quarter!

JJF · 24/06/2017 at 22:16

Shaw to Newman or McGovern?

    JJF · 24/06/2017 at 22:31

    Or T McDonald?

Ja191 · 24/06/2017 at 22:20

two great games tonight, amazing to watch!

Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 22:20

T-MAC wow what a game!!

    Northernsoul74 · 24/06/2017 at 22:26

Had him all season. He's been frustrating but reckon with Gawn back he can do what he does best.

Northernsoul74 · 24/06/2017 at 22:21

Why do people continue to think the free kick count should be equal? No team sport in the world works that way. I bet the Dogs 'lost' the free kick count the last few weeks due to them playing rubbish. The free kick count is nearly always in favour of the better team and for the team with the majority of momentum.

    Tossesall · 26/06/2017 at 09:41

We are now all a little bit closer to stupid for having read this conversation

Finnius123 · 24/06/2017 at 22:22

How good is footy? I swear almost every game this season has been absolutely incredible.

    Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 22:24

Hell yeah!…these 2 night games made up for the 2 boring day games today for sure.

      Finnius123 · 24/06/2017 at 22:26

Thursday and Friday night were also great games of Footy. There can be no arguments against the current system of leveling it out. It makes for great, unpredictable footy games.

    LetsGo · 24/06/2017 at 22:25

This year has probably been the most competitive and uncertain in recent memory, anybody can win in any game and it makes for very entertaining viewing

    TRIGGER HAPPY · 24/06/2017 at 22:51

Awesome to watch but completely shags footy tipping but who cares?
    Best game on the planet.

B T · 24/06/2017 at 22:31

First of all what a weekend of footy, there has been two 1 pointers and a cracker from the Dees.

Also the doggies boys were back with a bang, Macrae, Bont and Dahl all having good nights after some poor performances over the last few weeks. Actually looking at a good score this week as i've managed to avoid the carnage.

DeeSupreme · 24/06/2017 at 22:38

C'mon genius why don't you explain to us all how the umpires decide who wins the game the day before its played and then award the required free kicks to ensure that outcome. idiot 🙂

    Mavs17 · 24/06/2017 at 22:45

Haha mate dont need to. If you dont know it already or cant figure it out by looking at what everyone says on fb then you obviously have never played football in your life…. and not once did i say that they decide it before the game you stupid idiot! Back in your hole where you belong mate.

      Northernsoul74 · 24/06/2017 at 23:01

You're suggesting looking at Facebook is a qualitative measure of people who have played the game?

Northernsoul74 · 24/06/2017 at 22:49

This is the argument of a moron. If you're suggesting the umpires should go out with a preconceived notion that the free kick count has to be equal you may as well not bother playing. The better team that shows more intent and endeavor will and should gets its fair share of the kicks.
I genuinely question if there is any other sport where the rules are so misunderstood by the majority of fans.

    Mavs17 · 24/06/2017 at 22:50

13 more free kicks mate! That is beyond ridiculous in a 1 point game!
Go focus on your SC team because i bet its as crap as your footy knowledge!

      B-rian · 25/06/2017 at 09:33

Hey Mavs, if that's even your name. I'm pretty sure you've got 5 trades left and 3 upgrades to make. So how is your team looking…….
Plenty of rookies in the field come finals I reckon.

Northernsoul74 · 24/06/2017 at 22:50

You are or you're by the way "idiot".

Winter · 24/06/2017 at 22:53

Who wins?
Opponent: Murphy, Riewoldt, 35 points
Me: Jelwood, Simpson

Bloody Mountford and Barrett cost me

    pod · 25/06/2017 at 08:49

Not looking good but you have a chance. If you expected more from Mountford then you are dreaming.

Tommo · 24/06/2017 at 22:54

If I have the E on Parsons and Greenwood and both Nank and JJK don't play will i get both emergencies scores or the lowest score and a donut?

    Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 23:04

I tried to look that up in the Rules Tommo, but it's not really clear. ..meaning , it doesn't actually say that.

    It does say this though….
Points scored by your team each round are based on the performance of the starting line-up of your 22 players for each round, including up to 4 selected emergencies to replace up to 4 players in your starting 22 in matching positions who don't play that round.
Selected emergencies will replace any non-starting player in matching positions only.
Where there's more than one emergency available in a certain position and only one is required, the lowest scoring emergency will be used.

I would say from that…that 2 players out on one line should be covered by the two playing emergencies, but I'm not totally sure.

      BomberNoremac · 24/06/2017 at 23:23

You will get both emergency scores

        Tommo · 24/06/2017 at 23:35

        Cheers Bomber

      Tommo · 24/06/2017 at 23:34

      Thanks for that Russty

    joe · 25/06/2017 at 04:25

But if one of them plays, you won't get Greenwood's score. Right now, all you have is JJK being replaced by Parsons.

Northernsoul74 · 24/06/2017 at 22:55

Yep because there's so much in it for the umpires if the Dogs are successful. The Dogs are such a powerhouse club with so much influence. Fu**wit.

    GloryDays90 · 24/06/2017 at 23:01

    You're kidding right??

      Northernsoul74 · 24/06/2017 at 23:14

I was being sarcastic. What is in for the umpires to favour the Dogs? Absolutely nothing.
I'd be more concerned if the free kick was equal for every game of every round. Then you'd really have to question the umpiring as they'd have to purposely be trying to even it up whether there is a free or not. As I said it's the argument of a moron.

JJF · 24/06/2017 at 22:57

Newman, McGovern, Tom McDonald or hold Shaw after his 60?

    B T · 24/06/2017 at 23:08

Shaw probably has to go, if he was to have a big one this year it would have been today.

      Derek · 25/06/2017 at 11:33

I'll get rid of Shaw as well.

He has been a victim of GWS success

    Swans2012 · 25/06/2017 at 12:24

Aim Make him your d7, I have and it feels good. Too late in the year to sideways unless you e got butloads of trades

GloryDays90 · 24/06/2017 at 23:07

What a night!
Bont: 139
MacRae: 122
Dalhaus: 103
Yeo: 94

    Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 23:28

Happy days mate…I've got all those blokes too, bout time the doggies boys pulled their fingers out 🙂

      GloryDays90 · 24/06/2017 at 23:31

What are you projected for this week? Im up against the top guy in one of my leagues and he is 11-0 so far. Hoping to knock him off

        Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 23:34

2427 but I have S.Selwood and Danger with no cover so I'm hoping they both play 🙂 Good luck mate, I hope you knock that tall poppy down!

          GloryDays90 · 24/06/2017 at 23:38

Yeah i have them to. With Doch, Martin, Nank, Roberton, Tuohy also to play
Hoping to get around 2400 tp 2450

            Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 23:41

You should do well, just gotta hope Nank doesn't get replaced by Maric at the last minute…unless you have cover.

              GloryDays90 · 24/06/2017 at 23:57

Nah no cover yet. Will be getting another ruck in a few weeks if all goes well. But greenwood may be a keeper yet haha

Eagle · 24/06/2017 at 23:10

Umpires win the games
Bookies must be winning big time
By law they should have to declare their positions

    Eagle · 24/06/2017 at 23:13

Eagles game was umpired reasonably well
The Swans have been persecuted tbis year
I can only think it was because of the umps being called out after the rigged 2016 grand final

      Russty_ · 25/06/2017 at 00:49

You must be a big X-Files fan?…Conspiracy theories abound all around us?

        Bells E Bubb · 25/06/2017 at 01:10

Yeah, bookies corrupting sport. Who ever heard of that, right?

        Tibor · 25/06/2017 at 20:54

        Like it

BomberNoremac · 24/06/2017 at 23:27

Looking some big scores this round? What's everyone projected at? I think mines 2580 but hard to calculate as have strands a as c to get Merrett score and not sure if greenwoods score has already been added in

    GloryDays90 · 24/06/2017 at 23:31

    Around 2450 to 2500

Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 23:47

Bells · 24/06/2017 at 23:54

Anyone else locked out of supercoach? Can't check my score.

    Russty_ · 24/06/2017 at 23:56

Nah mine's ok, check your internet connection maybe?

      Bells · 25/06/2017 at 01:12

Thanks Rusty. Weird. Everything else up, just SC site says cannot open.
      Maybe android specific problem…

      Bells · 25/06/2017 at 01:18

Bah , it was browser specific. Murdoch doesn't like Ghostery anymore I guess. Kills their trackers and that's what pays for it.

neil Demons Delight · 25/06/2017 at 00:31

Gawn a must have after that effort and the dees looking good too. Weideman and JKH both played blinders at casey

    Russty_ · 25/06/2017 at 00:46

Hey Neil, I'd say he's a must have after he overcomes his massive a couple of weeks, bloody great game from Big Maxy tonight though, and a great win for the D's…genuine threat this year!

      Derek · 25/06/2017 at 11:31

Have a look at who he is up against after next week.

Kruzer, Jacobs, Ryder, Goldy & Mummy.

      Welcome back Max!

Tommo09 · 25/06/2017 at 07:43

Field Stewart or Ryan?

    TOPHAWK1 · 25/06/2017 at 08:50

Stewart for mine. Playing on his home deck whilst Ryan is only playing his third game away in a hostile environment.

    INPieman · 25/06/2017 at 08:53

Tough call. Safety is Stewart. But Ryan has the better SC game long term

Jarryd · 25/06/2017 at 08:32

Who to put the C on ? Danger, Jelwood, or Doc

    pod · 25/06/2017 at 08:51

Jelwood loves the Cattery but so does Danger. I'd go Jelwood out of the two, he's due.

    TOPHAWK1 · 25/06/2017 at 08:54

Danger and the Doc will probably play, but the Doc had to pass a fitness test yesterday and Danger apparently is struggling with some hamstring tightness. The least risky one without an injury ? mark is Jelwood. I would go with him.

INPieman · 25/06/2017 at 08:52

You need some luck in this caper bench. If you were lucky enough to dodge the carnage then you should go very large. It happens every year

TOPHAWK1 · 25/06/2017 at 09:13

Top of the morning all! Its Sunday………………….Let the supercoach gods be nice to us for a change. Wouldn't that be nice?

Anyway, I am battling a very tough opponent in Trigg's Happy Place league this week and need to make up some ground. I am currently trailing by 274 points, however I still have 3 unique players to play vs his 1 unigue player. My unique players are Rance, Stewart, and Dustin Martin whilst his unique player is Jelwood. We both underachieved in our VC choices. I had Heeney at 104, and my opponent had Rocky at 83. As such, today we both have to give our captains a run.

I am thinking as I have ground to make up, the only feasible way to do it is my captaining one of my unique players. Enter Dustin Martin. Is he the man for C? He probably will cop the Curnow tag at some point and history suggests Dusty does not play his A game against the blues. Then there is Alex Rance. He had a massive second half last week and is running into form. I just think Dusty's game has gone to another level this year and he is most capable of producing a big one today. My opponent has the C on Jelwood today.

If my strategy is flawed, or I have missed something let me know. Cheers

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 09:35

You are up against it TH1. Dusty is ur only option for C. I think his projected score (118) is pretty accurate, but he is the only one of your remaining 3 that can hit 140+. Good luck mate

      TOPHAWK1 · 25/06/2017 at 09:44

I just noticed something else. We both have Nankervis, but he has used the Nank to loophole Stefan Martin's score. (Strnadica) I started Stefan Martin on the field. After having checked his bench, it appears he can not use the Nank to score points. That means another unique player as I have Nank on the field in my forward line. I have whacked the E on Bolton should the Nank be a late out. It seems I actually have 4 unique players to his 1. That should tighten things up a bit further.

        hedski · 25/06/2017 at 09:52

Have Stefs points been added on to his score yet Toppa?
Wouldn't have if he's looping with Strnadica cos freo haven't played yet.

          Don't Blush Baby · 25/06/2017 at 09:54

I think he did this so that Greenwoods score would be subbed in for Eddy's donut

          TOPHAWK1 · 25/06/2017 at 10:03

Damnit. Good point. Didn't think of that now did I?

Means I am chasing down 402 points with 4 unique players (one being captain-Dusty) vs his 1 unique player being his captain-Jelwood. Dusty will have to go BIG and Jelwood stay down to have any hope. Think I might be cooked. Where there is life there is hope I suppose.

            hedski · 25/06/2017 at 10:24

So Stef on the bench with a E and Nank in Ruck?
If Nank plays he'll miss Stefs points?

              TOPHAWK1 · 25/06/2017 at 10:40

No, Stef on the ruc bench with the E and Stradnica ruc on the field. Nank on his forward bench without the E on him.

                gator59 · 25/06/2017 at 10:52

OK I'm with ya now, just checked both teams (both in my "first to go woo" league).
                Yeah your up against it.

Winter · 25/06/2017 at 10:00

My opponent is 26 points up with Murphy and Riewoldt to play. I've got Selwood and Simpson. We both have Danger captain.

Is it worth changing my caption to Selwood or Doch as a point of difference?

    Ja191 · 25/06/2017 at 10:24

ye mate, i personally went bont C as danger isnt playing at full fitness (could be moved forward a lot eg). Plonk the C on jelwood

Notorious mac · 25/06/2017 at 11:01

Are these rumours of danger under an injury cloud even true. If he was geelomg wouldnt play him at home against freo

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 11:31

Yes, he is. But it's danger! Plus he is genuine about wanting to play in front of his home crowd… understands the importance. From a club perspective, it's the perfect week to rest him though. But considering what he has played through in the past, I'm saying he is 95% chance of playing

    Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 11:33

you're bloody scaring me mate…. he has to play.

I'm locked in a ripping battle with Jock this week. He is 47 ahead and we both have 3 unique to play.

I have Simpson, Jelwood & Stewart.
Jock has Docherty, Scooter & Lynch.

We both have Danger C, Rance and Nank. (I have Bolton as cover for Nank, Jock has none).

Same questions as TH. should I put C on Jelwood? I have Ablett on bench, I can trade him to Dusty (will only replace Berry's 76).

If Scooter is a late Jock has Brown's 43 as cover.

Not sure how many trades Jock has made, he might have a trick or two up his sleave

    TBone · 25/06/2017 at 12:05

Nah, don't sacrifice your structure or trades to maybe help you over the line. Jelwood as captain I would do though! Good luck Derek!!

    TOPHAWK1 · 25/06/2017 at 12:35

Probably not worth trading in Dusty just for the sake of getting the win. Unless your strategy has been all along to get Dusty in this week and held back on pulling the trade till the last minute. Assuming, you are not bringing in Martin today, then it might be worth putting the C on Jelwood. Its hard for me to say that because Moustachio has Jelwood as captain and I have Dusty. Obviously for my sake I want Jelwood to stay down. But from a strategy perspective and Danger's iffy hammy, Jelwood looks like the best way to go.

      Derek · 25/06/2017 at 12:44

I'm seeing a big win for the cats. I've seen Danger take the foot off the accelerator in games like this, where Jeleood doesn't. Saints game in round 5 I went Jelwood as C and it got me home in a few games that week

        TOPHAWK1 · 25/06/2017 at 13:01

I agree. I have seen Danger do that. He just goes missing for long patches during matches and its frustrating. Could have one of those kinda days.

Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 11:33

C on the Doc or Danger? Thoughts appreciated….

    Ja191 · 25/06/2017 at 11:39

Doch is the safer go with danger playing injured. that being said, danger could go massive. I'd lock the doch

      Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 11:41

      TY Ja

Jambak · 25/06/2017 at 11:41

C on doch, danger, kreuzer or dusty?

TheGreatBozza · 25/06/2017 at 11:52

Scooter is in! Do I play scooter or take SPP's 80

    INPieman · 25/06/2017 at 12:05

Can't recall a bloke with a hamstring tear playing the following week

      Free Kick · 25/06/2017 at 12:20

      I'd bank 80

      Swans2012 · 25/06/2017 at 12:21

I'm amazed they are risking him, with his glass history and all

    Joshua · 25/06/2017 at 12:20

Will be managed heavily I reckon, take SPP score

AuroraBorealis?! · 25/06/2017 at 12:02

I really want to put the C on Jelwood today but i have this gut feeling that Danger will push through his injury and go massive, not really sure what to do here community any other Captain suggestions?

    Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 12:44

go with your gut feelings mate….

    pod · 25/06/2017 at 12:48

Jelwood Is due to go big, Danger will still ton up.

      Free Kick · 25/06/2017 at 12:51

Dangerous not to go Danger !!!

    BlueBoy · 25/06/2017 at 13:04

I feel like if there was any risk, he wouldn't be playing against a weaker team. If he isn't 100% and they play him, they'd probably rest him up forward for periods. Having said that, he will probably go massive.

I've gone Jelwood but I'm really not sure either.

    BlueBoy · 25/06/2017 at 13:49

    This is why I don't comment often…

      Russty_ · 25/06/2017 at 13:55

It's nothing but terribly bad luck…not much anyone can do about that.

Joshua · 25/06/2017 at 12:04

Doc Dusty or Danger C?

    Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 12:45

    C on D

    Pman · 25/06/2017 at 13:01

Danger all the way….averaging 150 in hos last 3 and always plays well at Kardinia Park.

Shake n bake · 25/06/2017 at 12:06

Have Bont as Vc came into my side for Fyfe in the bye rds. Am l the only one who hopes Danger has an off day??!!

    hedski · 25/06/2017 at 12:57

    Yes, yes you are!!

Treloarnation · 25/06/2017 at 12:12

What will be gawns break even and price?

    Derek · 25/06/2017 at 12:53

it will still be close to 200. Maybe 185ish. Price will be $545kish. Just an estimate without my calculator.

Swans2012 · 25/06/2017 at 12:32

I'm seeing a lot of people chopping danger as captain….I was thinking of doing it myself, then I looked at his scores this year, here's a reminder

Now I'm not saying he will go big but it is REALLYhard to go against that set of numbers

    Richard · 25/06/2017 at 12:43

Agree as i see Geelong smashing Freo today

      Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 12:45

    Derek · 25/06/2017 at 12:47

Nah. Danger will have an easy run around today. Not expecting Freo to cause too many problems. Danger can rest in the forward line and let the Selwood boys do there thing. The Selwood don't know what taking it easy means.

      Swans2012 · 25/06/2017 at 13:08

Rest in the forward line and kick 4-6 goals you mean, Robbie gray style

        Derek · 25/06/2017 at 13:12

    Defying_Madness · 25/06/2017 at 12:48

I don't think it is worth risking 20-30 points when he could pull out one of those low scores

      Swans2012 · 25/06/2017 at 13:07

Agree if you've got a 120+ I'd lock it as vc, just saying seems foolish to look elsewhere for a captain when you look at his years numbers

Defying_Madness · 25/06/2017 at 12:33

Any news on the Nank and Witts?

manolaki · 25/06/2017 at 12:36

Very nervous about Danger. I have VC on JPK. My whole league has C on Danger except for one poor bloke who went Zorko. If I take JPK and Danger gets 140+ I'll lose

Jeff · 25/06/2017 at 12:47

Danger to smash it up!!!

Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 12:49

What score is everyone sitting on today before the sunday games? I'm on 1571 with 6 players to go including Danger as Captain, par score for this week anyone?

    AuroraBorealis?! · 25/06/2017 at 12:53

Im on 1627 with 6 players to play including the C, and if sunday goes as planned and our premiums perform id say par will probably be around 2250 – 2350

      Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 12:57

who are your players still to play Aurora?

        AuroraBorealis?! · 25/06/2017 at 13:19

I've got Danger, Jelwood (c), Simmo, Docherty, Nank and Bolton

          Mick · 25/06/2017 at 13:28

          Selwood Captain? Oh dear…

            AuroraBorealis?! · 25/06/2017 at 16:18

            yeah, it hurts Mick

    Tommo09 · 25/06/2017 at 16:27

Was looking at around 2400 but now looking at 2200

      Tommo09 · 25/06/2017 at 17:48

Make that 2050-2100 after Nank Simpson Lynch

Holty · 25/06/2017 at 12:52

Wow cant believe they are risking Scooter. Makes this trade even harder to trade him for Neale now. As it is a must win league game, cant risk scooter breaking down again so Neale is in.

Finnius123 · 25/06/2017 at 13:01

Danger or Selwood Captain?

        Jelwood was a Dangerous choice!!!

          Finnius123 · 25/06/2017 at 13:23

          shut up

    Russty_ · 25/06/2017 at 13:23

I hope for your sake he passes the concussion test.

      Derek · 25/06/2017 at 13:27

he is done for the day

Pman · 25/06/2017 at 13:12

Selwood knocked out! Pity those that made him Captain over Danger!!

BrownlowBoy · 25/06/2017 at 13:12

Selwood is done.

    Mick · 25/06/2017 at 13:28

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 13:35

Will drop 50k this week and will be low 500k after two more games. For those lucky enough not to have him, he will be a handy swap for his brother!

      BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 13:37

I should note I'm a Blues man but Selwood is one of my favorites – on and off the field he is a great man. So I'm certainly not rejoicing in what I seen happen to him

        BrownlowBoy · 25/06/2017 at 13:39

I don't think many could fault the way he goes about it. Tough as nails.

AuroraBorealis?! · 25/06/2017 at 13:14

Jelwood will be fine, he's tough as nails, just jogged off the field

Derek · 25/06/2017 at 13:15

Wow. The gods are angry

BrownlowBoy · 25/06/2017 at 13:15

How did he jog off from that?

hedski · 25/06/2017 at 13:15

Goddam Joel is one tough mo fo.
Wouldn't surprise me if he's back on second qtr.

    INPieman · 25/06/2017 at 13:33

SEN saying because he didn't go though the interchange gates he out of the game regardless

      hedski · 25/06/2017 at 13:49

Yeah bit of wishful thinking there Pie.
Sassy has me covered now fug it.
Nearly swapped my C to Joel too.

noirlust · 25/06/2017 at 13:16

RIP my captain.

He will be back on after 1/4 time

    INPieman · 25/06/2017 at 13:40

    Unlucky mate

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 13:43

    Yeah, that's tough mate

Jim_bob321 · 25/06/2017 at 13:23

Nah fellas I think he's gone… his put the jacket on

Top hawk · 25/06/2017 at 13:23

Holy crap! Is Joel Selwood done? I am sitting in the train. Gobsmacked

AuroraBorealis?! · 25/06/2017 at 13:24

Selwood with the jacket on, if you need me ill be in the corner in the fetal position

Don't Blush Baby · 25/06/2017 at 13:24

Suban was tagging Jelwood, now tagging Danger ,p–ss off Suban

Derek · 25/06/2017 at 13:29

There is someone out there I reckon, who has Beams VC and Jelwood C

    AuroraBorealis?! · 25/06/2017 at 13:32

Did you have the C on Jelwood as well Derek?

      Derek · 25/06/2017 at 14:07

Yes. Put the C on Jelwood. That puts a line through my season

    Swans2012 · 25/06/2017 at 13:39

i reckon your right Derek, that'd be a tough break

      Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 13:46

      Can't imagine….

    Russty_ · 25/06/2017 at 13:57

A bloke I'm playing against has Beams and Joel..was a really tight game before that happened, just random bad luck.

DavidSA · 25/06/2017 at 13:29

Haha enjoying SC 2017 guys ??

    INPieman · 25/06/2017 at 13:35

The gods have crushed me this week. Oh well. It's part of the game we love

      Swans2012 · 25/06/2017 at 13:37

Yep ive been hit with a Selwood beam…ffs

    Top hawk · 25/06/2017 at 13:40

Never know what crap the gods dish up.One thing I do know is that the SC gods are angry mother effers this year.

Ja191 · 25/06/2017 at 13:37

guess who brought in jelwood this week

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 13:47

I brought in Zorko and thought I got the rough end of the stick. But we have to take inspiration from Joel to be as tough as him and look forward to next week

Alby · 25/06/2017 at 13:38

what score did J Selwood get before his KO

    BrownlowBoy · 25/06/2017 at 13:39

    1-2 sc points.

    AuroraBorealis?! · 25/06/2017 at 13:39

    Alby · 25/06/2017 at 13:42

    hedski · 25/06/2017 at 14:33

He's at 4 half time. Woo hoo.

Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 13:41

Scooter 1 disposal…. 25 SC points!

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 13:43

Has anyone ever had a 4 possession, 100 SC points game?

    Russty_ · 25/06/2017 at 13:43

    It's the tackles mate..he's had about 5

    AuroraBorealis?! · 25/06/2017 at 13:44

    6 tackles and 1 FF

      Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 14:05

      Tackling machine!

BrownlowBoy · 25/06/2017 at 13:45

Love him or hate him. But you have to respect Joel Selwood.

    Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 13:47

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 13:49

Would be hard to hate Jelwood. Total respect for what he does on and off the footy field

    Pman · 25/06/2017 at 14:12

As a Pies fan I love Sewood, he is as tough as they come and a wonderful leader and clearly Geelong are missing him in this match as they are getting belted and no one is standing up.

gator59 · 25/06/2017 at 13:49

If Selwood scores a zero do we get the emergency score..

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 13:50

No, he took the field. His score will count

    BrownlowBoy · 25/06/2017 at 13:50

Ben · 25/06/2017 at 13:52

There should be a rule that if the player has less then a certain amount of TOG 10 percent for example you should get your emergency score.

    Free kick · 25/06/2017 at 13:57

That would make it too easy Ben.. Just got to roll with the punches.

      DavidSA · 25/06/2017 at 14:06

Gotta wonder what the E is for then cause you hardly ever have used unless looping a deliberate VC score or donut

    Derek · 25/06/2017 at 14:11

The bye rounds are good when it is best 18. That could be ok for all rounds

    Russty_ · 25/06/2017 at 14:15

I agree Ben, maybe if a player is out of the game in the first 5 minutes of play, the E takes over, and if the C was on them, that'd revert to the VC would save a lot of Coaches from having a disastrous week!

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 14:19

I disagree, just like Geelong are without Joel and a rotation for the rest of the day, so should one's SC team. It's just the (bad) luck of the draw.

      Derek · 25/06/2017 at 14:22

      Bring back the VEST

        Bells · 25/06/2017 at 14:29

Maybe only for first quarter injuries as assessed by independent doc. Or the other team's doc has to agree.

Ben · 25/06/2017 at 13:53

Shark move of selwood captain over an injured danger has not gone to plan

    frogger · 25/06/2017 at 22:40

Went down that route, too. The via dolorosa.
Seemed like a good idea at the time.

Stan01 · 25/06/2017 at 14:05

So if Selwoods score is 1, does that mean I get the double which is 2? OMG

    Russty_ · 25/06/2017 at 14:07

I am very sad to say for you…yes

      Stan01 · 25/06/2017 at 14:08

    LetsGo · 25/06/2017 at 14:08

Hes been scaled to 4, so like me you'll get a juicy captains score of 8

      Alayah87 · 25/06/2017 at 14:16

      Goodness me….

      hedski · 25/06/2017 at 14:35

Could get scaled back to 2

    Bells E Bubb · 25/06/2017 at 14:36

Even better, if he had a minus 2, would he get a minus 4 captain s score??
That would be freaken hilarious even if you did have him.

      The BONT · 25/06/2017 at 15:13

if he got 0 would you get you VC score

        Russty_ · 25/06/2017 at 15:35

          Tibor · 25/06/2017 at 21:02

If he has a clanger and a negative score then gets knocked out do you have the negative score doubled?

Fearthebeard · 25/06/2017 at 14:17

Was it bad? Will he be sweet next week?

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 14:20

It's always hard to say. Every individual is different. But this is Joel, I'd back him in to be back next week

    Derek · 25/06/2017 at 14:22

He will be cheap next week

    hedski · 25/06/2017 at 15:12

    He'll be back

Ja191 · 25/06/2017 at 14:21

Traded in selwood this week and put stewart on field over JJ. shaping up to be a ripper day

Derek · 25/06/2017 at 14:21

Stewart 51 at half time. Glad I kept him and played him on field this week.

    Defying_Madness · 25/06/2017 at 14:22

    Apparently he was knocked out

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 14:26

That may be all he scores though Derek. May not be back after that head knock

    Top hawk · 25/06/2017 at 14:39

Kept Stewart as well and got him on field over Ryan.(E) Stewart proving to be a very handy D6 for the time being.

      Top hawk · 25/06/2017 at 14:57

Now I hear Stewart has been KO'd and done for the day. The gods have struck AGAIN. Unbelievable.

        Derek · 25/06/2017 at 16:13

        That figures

The BONT · 25/06/2017 at 14:29

I'm feeling good boys. My trade choices were Fyfe to Zerrett, Jelwood, Rockey, Sloane, Pendulbury, Neale or Oliver and I chose Zerrett

Skinny McThin · 25/06/2017 at 14:29

Damn that last minute panic to switch the C from Danger to Jelwood has finished me for the year, unless the 2000+ in front of me did the same thing. Oh well the shops are still open

hedski · 25/06/2017 at 14:37

Need the CATTAS to bring it on second half.

Bells · 25/06/2017 at 14:45

I wish Jock had jelwood. He's beating me like a hillbilly stepchild in our match up this round.
My spec picks under par: Wallis, Papley. Ablett a no show. Crouch, Howe and Bont killing me.

    frogger · 25/06/2017 at 22:41

That's a top line, never heard that one before.

Kyle · 25/06/2017 at 14:56

Does anyone's midfield have Ablett, Zorko, J.Selwood, Kelly, Beams, Fyfe, Sloane or heppell. Wowee

    Gawnski · 26/06/2017 at 11:06

I have Selwood, Beams, Fyfe, Heppell & Murphy (77).
In the Back line: T Stewart & Heath Shaw.
Also brought in J Lloyd a week before his concussion too. that cost me ~70k.
In the Forward / Ruck line : Sandi & Nank.
Couple of weeks of SC hell.

Kyle · 25/06/2017 at 14:59

Was projected over 2600 till jelwood wend down on 1 point

    hedski · 25/06/2017 at 15:13

    2500 still good Kyle.

      HarryO · 25/06/2017 at 15:28

No doubt he'll get scaled up to 90ish.

    Kyle · 25/06/2017 at 21:12

Final score didnt even reach 2300 lol

Bells · 25/06/2017 at 15:29

Bollocks! Josh DC was heading for a good score until injured. Hope he plays next week. Anyone see what's happened?

Defying_Madness · 25/06/2017 at 15:30

Should have went with my gut and put the captain on Kreuzer.

    Russty_ · 25/06/2017 at 15:34

Sheesh…8 minutes in and he's on 55…wish I'd gotten him when he was affordable.

      Defying_Madness · 25/06/2017 at 15:36

Had it on him and ended up just taking JPK's score

    Swans2012 · 25/06/2017 at 15:39

On target for a first quarter ton

    Finnius123 · 25/06/2017 at 15:48

      Russty_ · 25/06/2017 at 15:53

Just terrible luck mate…he'll be back next week knocking out big tonnes.

Russty_ · 25/06/2017 at 15:45

Oh Jeez!!! Walters had it on a platter and sprayed it! could've been the hero.

Steeeve · 25/06/2017 at 15:46

Danger going off his chops to finish the game! Go you good thing! Gun!!

    Russty_ · 25/06/2017 at 15:48

Hell yeah..glad I didn't buy into that injury rumor rubbish..Danger would play with a broken leg and still smash it.

Russty_ · 25/06/2017 at 15:49

Hedski, you must be bloody rapt!…great win from behind from the Catters.

Jim · 25/06/2017 at 15:50

Neale dissapeared in that last quarter.. went down 10 points. Needed him to go big after Selwood. Need Simpson and Doch to go massive now to win my game..

Holty · 25/06/2017 at 15:51

Kreuzer is a pig. Been waiting as a Carlton supporter to reach his potential. Wow

manolaki · 25/06/2017 at 15:55

Lucky I kept the C on Danger. What a last quarter!

AuroraBorealis?! · 25/06/2017 at 15:57

From now on im not going to think, im just going to put the C on dangerfield. No more putting the C on selwood 30 seconds before the game and no more tricky stuff, just set and forget.

GloryDays90 · 25/06/2017 at 15:57

And 149 is why you never doubt Danger for captain!
Well done son!! Dominant!

    Round 14 – Geelong v's Fremantle – P.Dangerfield – 3 Votes

    Relton · 25/06/2017 at 16:51

VCd merrett and took it over danger. i am happy enough with that only lost a couple points

INPieman · 25/06/2017 at 15:59

No excuse Walters

Alayah87 · 25/06/2017 at 16:17

Joshua · 25/06/2017 at 16:17

Selwood to Selwood sounds good, licking my chops.

    Tommo09 · 25/06/2017 at 16:28

    Selwood to Rocky for me
    Already have Joel

Rocksta · 25/06/2017 at 16:22

Those of us whom started without Doc and are waiting for him to go down in price may be able to trade him in around 2020!
6 mins left on the clock in the 2nd qtr and he's had it 20 times.
Also, Kruezer is turning into a must have. Absolutely montering the Nank.

AuroraBorealis?! · 25/06/2017 at 16:23

Derek did you end up trading the Doch in or did you decide to wait for another week?

    Defying_Madness · 25/06/2017 at 16:32

I ended up trading him in and can sleep well tonight.

    hedski · 25/06/2017 at 16:38

Just quietly Doch is 80 half time…
    Sry Derek.

    Derek · 25/06/2017 at 17:49

Lloyd was just too much value to miss out on.

      hedski · 25/06/2017 at 18:24

      Always next week mate.

leedy · 25/06/2017 at 16:29

97 points at half time with 57% disposal efficiency and few other stats = JOKE or conversely I am an idiot for trading Kreuzer out earlier this season. Yep I am an idiot.

    Stirlsy · 25/06/2017 at 16:44

It's gotta be hit outs to adv… only way he could be that score.

Ahkmed · 25/06/2017 at 16:30

If I hear another "The gods have killed me this week, was on track for 2600 but only looking like 2400 now" I'm going to shoot up a primary school

    hedski · 25/06/2017 at 16:45

I'm reporting you to the terror squad…
    "Alluh Allah" or some such.
Guess you don't have Doch either?
    Just kiddin mate go cats.

    Finnius123 · 25/06/2017 at 17:13

Was on track for 2500 now looking at 2100 lol

    INPieman · 25/06/2017 at 17:18

Love the old was looking at 3000 & now looking at 2818 & im devestated. Happens every year

      The BONT · 25/06/2017 at 17:58

Was on track for 6000 and now only gunna get 5999. I might as well give up supercoach

B-rian · 25/06/2017 at 17:00

Do the doubters believe it yet you do you need another week of spudity and bleeding cash to realise.

Nank the tankless is stuffed

    Defying_Madness · 25/06/2017 at 17:04

Even if they believe it most cant afford the trades

    hedski · 25/06/2017 at 17:26

Pure ruck back up now, f7 material.
(Looped Greenwood with him this week bang)

      TOPHAWK1 · 25/06/2017 at 17:56

That late goal got him to 62. Will bleed a bit less cash now.

      B-rian · 25/06/2017 at 18:58

I'm not sure if he should be held for this purpose. He just won't score enough. While he was scoring well he was a perfect fit, but keeping him on you bench just so you can score 60 odd IF one of your rucks misses a games is a mistake I think. Greenwood looks a far better f7 option for mine.

        hedski · 25/06/2017 at 19:29

Don't have enough trades to flick him B-rain.

          B-rian · 25/06/2017 at 19:34

That's fair enough. I hear ya there.

    GloryDays90 · 25/06/2017 at 18:16

Greenwood is probably a better player to hold over him now.

    Derek · 25/06/2017 at 19:40

I didn't start the year with Nank and had plenty of abuse thrown at me for saying he is a trap.

Next thing I know he is in my team before round 3.

When he got suspended I traded him out…. only to trade him back in over the byes. I need help!!!

      B-rian · 25/06/2017 at 19:58

For your sanity, you should probably keep him

        hedski · 25/06/2017 at 20:25

Or trade him to the Doch??

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 20:05

He is my F7 and was cover for Sandiballs (soon to be Gawn) this week so still offers me much value. No doubt I'll need him a few times more before the season is out. So I don't care about him bleeding cash. He is staying put in my team

hedski · 25/06/2017 at 17:29

Top 10 3/4 time in draft stars, woo.
Gonna struggle to cook the kids dinner tonight, I'm munted after cats slog-a-thon.

    Defying_Madness · 25/06/2017 at 17:35

I forgot to take Fisher out of my team and am sitting in the top 50 somehow

BrownlowBoy · 25/06/2017 at 17:39

Lynch having another stinker.

    CoachDamo · 25/06/2017 at 17:52

Brought him in last week for Steele. I'm usually patient but not putting up with that. He's playing with no confidence so he's out next week.

    INPieman · 25/06/2017 at 17:55

That 37 last week now looks good. If I can help it that's the last key forward I ever bring in

    TOPHAWK1 · 25/06/2017 at 17:58

14 SC at half time. And I thought got him cheap two weeks ago. What a joke. Lynch needs to be lynched at half time.

    B-rian · 25/06/2017 at 18:24

One of my bigger regrets is trading him in. Never again

AuroraBorealis?! · 25/06/2017 at 17:56

2075 for me , Selwood captain really hurt. That's just the way the game goes sometimes and im looking forward to bouncing back next week, how did everyone else do?

    GloryDays90 · 25/06/2017 at 18:12

2,341 with Roberton still in play. Thank god for dusty he will get me over the line in my league games!

    Hoot · 25/06/2017 at 18:36

2442.. Good rd for me ☺

    Defying_Madness · 25/06/2017 at 18:37

2364 with Witts left for me

    JohndJames · 25/06/2017 at 18:54

2227 with Beams and Stewart and no C on Danger.

    Top Gun · 25/06/2017 at 21:12

2502. This week just clicked for me. Hoping to move into the top 100. Fingers crossed.

      Russty_ · 25/06/2017 at 21:15

      Nice score mate.

        Top Gun · 25/06/2017 at 21:21

Cheers. Saints match was pretty poor.

          Russty_ · 25/06/2017 at 21:26

Yeah a win's a win I guess, not holding out much hope for the Saints this year, just don't look like a finals winning team at the moment.

            Top Gun · 25/06/2017 at 22:05

Agree. Be token gesture if we do get there.

    Russty_ · 25/06/2017 at 21:33

2396 for me this week, pretty happy with that, up the rankings 2300 places.

Finnius123 · 25/06/2017 at 17:59

I know that no-one likes a whiner, but I just thought that I would leave my scores from Sunday here:

Selwood: 6 (doubled score as captain)

Danger: 149 (just rubs it in my face that I captained Joel over him 5 seconds before kick off)

Nankdaddy: 62 (Tankless and looks slow)

Bolton: 35 (needed to start him because Fyfe was a late out)

Docherty: 121 (good as always)

Tom Lynch: on 14 at HT (looks like a giraffe on ice skates out there. Traded him in two weeks ago and have got a couple of sub 40 scores on my hands.

I am probably going to fall about 1500 ranks to be at about 3k, undoing all of the good work that happened over the bye period.

I don't believe in God of any kind but if the ones of supercoach do exist they definitely have it out for me. Stupid game anyway.

    redherringfc · 25/06/2017 at 18:04

Do you believe in his son? I lost faith last year and his injury this week repaid that faith.

    frogger · 25/06/2017 at 22:46

Similar for me, had worked my way back up to 2.5k over the byes, now blown out to nearly 6k in one fell swoop.
This week you were the nail, hopefully next week you'll be the hammer.

TOPHAWK1 · 25/06/2017 at 18:02

DUSTY!!! Onya boy! Came home like a steam train in the second half. Ended up with 122 SC as my captain this week. (244). Will take that after all the Dangerfield injury shenanigans this week.

    Top Gun · 25/06/2017 at 22:06

He's the one I really need. But gone up a fair bit in price.

      Defying_Madness · 25/06/2017 at 22:07

Chose Hanners over dusty when they had both hit rock bottom. I need Dusty also

Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 18:06

sitting on 2,161 with Witts and Roberton to come. #PAR

Joshua · 25/06/2017 at 18:08

So many things I can call Lynch right now

    Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 18:58

    give us one…

      Joshua · 25/06/2017 at 19:36

Giraffe lookin, goal missin, mark droppin, gangly son of a prick

hedski · 25/06/2017 at 18:20

WTF is going on with Lynch and Rooey?
Useless pricks.

    TOPHAWK1 · 25/06/2017 at 18:40

Lynch is playing like a dear in the farking headlights. Did you see that marked he dropped late in the third quarter? I threw my stubby at the TV when he dropped that. Seriously, the bloke should gobble those.

    neilDemons Delight · 25/06/2017 at 19:21

I thought after his 2016 finish he could be anything not now burnman no. 1

    Top Gun · 25/06/2017 at 21:15

I went to see the Saints. Roo is injured. He normally makes about three or four leads to each contest; that now is one. He still gave his all and kicked 3 but is not 100%

Holty · 25/06/2017 at 18:24

I need 205 from ainsworth witts and lynch to win my league game. Not looking that good at present

Eskimo · 25/06/2017 at 18:26

Just not allowed to have a good week 🙁 . Was projected to get 2450 now only 2200. WHY!! WHY!! WHY!! not trading anymore till finals stuff it.

LENNY CANADA · 25/06/2017 at 18:33

always captain danger like fyfe last year…also doch is good choice

    Holty · 25/06/2017 at 18:37

You mean fyfe 2 years ago? Danger was still number 1 last year.

manolaki · 25/06/2017 at 18:40

Disappointing 2275. With Beams Nank Shaw Laird SSelwood the notable low scores

B T · 25/06/2017 at 18:55

Last week I traded in Jelwood and GC Lynch, WTF!!!!

    TOPHAWK1 · 25/06/2017 at 19:28

Is that you Brian Taylor? The Supercoach gods have punished you for the verbal diatribe (garbage) we have had to put up with this year.

    Top Gun · 25/06/2017 at 21:15

Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 18:59

Jack Billings proven himself this year or what? I reckon the bloke has arrived….

    Defying_Madness · 25/06/2017 at 19:15

Nank to Billings for anyone with trades?

      Jim_bob321 · 25/06/2017 at 19:19

      Either that…
Or Hannan and T Stewart gone

    B-rian · 25/06/2017 at 19:41

Definitely on my radar for next year. Maybe too late this year.

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 20:11

Definitely starting to justify his trade selection. Big balls required to back him in. Plays in a difficult SC position to maintain consistency. But yet I still can't help but feel he won't go under 90 SC points in any game for the rest of the year

    B T · 25/06/2017 at 20:25

Just needs to work on his consistency and in a few years he will be a lock. Hopefully he keeps his FWD status for a while.

    Top Gun · 25/06/2017 at 22:07

    Looked bloody good today

neil Demons Delight · 25/06/2017 at 19:17

Lynch has taught me a lesson for 2018 Be wary of KPP s on the forward line Never again . If I could trade him I would but for now he becomes F7.what a dud even Parsons is better

    Derek · 25/06/2017 at 19:34

    That's my rule #5

    B T · 25/06/2017 at 20:24

Never picking a KPP again, Been an absolute rollercoaster with Buddy and than I decided to trade in Lynch, argh fark.

      INPieman · 25/06/2017 at 20:55

Agree BT. It's only taken Lynch 2 weeks to make the banner for life list. Never ever ever again

        Holty · 25/06/2017 at 20:59

Yep agree, never again for me as well……..until the 2018 season begins and he is priced at 450k. I wont be able to help myself and 2017 memories will come flooding back.

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 20:58

Yet he'll probably come out this week and get a 140! You have to take the good with the bad with KPPs. And this season everyone has needed at least one

    The_Bird · 25/06/2017 at 21:01

Ever since i traded in T Lynch my season has been improving…..of course i meant to get the GC one but ended up with the Adelaide one who has been OK.

But yes…next year no more KPP…

    Top Gun · 25/06/2017 at 21:17

Yep i usually prefer mids in forward positions where possible.

    The Ranger · 26/06/2017 at 10:10

The lack of mid/fwd players has been one of the big differences this year hasn't it Neil?
I've never had to pick a KPP in the fwd line before 'cos there was always enough mid/fwd players around.

    joe · 26/06/2017 at 11:21

Mixed feelings. Of the top ten forwards, six are genuine key forwards (including Lynch at 10).

But it has to be a golden rule, surely, to pick any mid/fwd who looking remotely competent.

Holty · 25/06/2017 at 19:18

Lynch you are a joke. Needed 42 from you. That setshot 25m out has cost me. Aaaarrrrrrggggggggghhhhhhhhhh

    INPieman · 25/06/2017 at 20:58

    China syndrome

TOPHAWK1 · 25/06/2017 at 19:23

Lynch killed us Doncs. 37 SC. Just looked like he was trying too hard and butchered it badly. In Supercoach that is death. He ended up with nearly double in AFL fantasy where clanger possessions still get you points. (66) Doubt he will get dropped, but he might become my F7 moving forward. Ended up with a modest 2147 this week. Glad I avoided the Jelwood captaincy fiasco.

Joshua · 25/06/2017 at 19:25

Looks like Greenwood will be a keeper and take the field instead of Lynch.

    B T · 25/06/2017 at 20:23

    Yep, Lynch is a spud!!

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 20:59

He genuinely looks like a seasoned player the way he reads the play. I hope he can keep it up!

poloko48 · 25/06/2017 at 19:27

Ended up with 2119 which from what I've seen will be well below par.
Stinkers: Jelwood, Nank, Heater, Simmo + Greenwood on the pine didn't help.
Luckily stuffed up a plan to have Pendles VC into Jelwood C (had it the other way around). Would've more than likely rolled the dice on Jelwood so dodged a C bullet there.
Luckily brought Lloyd in to mids this week to cover Scooter + nice & cheap and he ended up covering Fyfe instead.

    TOPHAWK1 · 25/06/2017 at 19:39

That is not too bad a score considering the carnage this week. There will be a massive standard deviation in coach scores as a result.

Many top coaches will get caught up in the carnage, and mediocre coaches might go big as a result as they own more spekky type players. (Many SC relevant players affected by carnage)

Not sure how high you are ranked Poloko, but I am sitting at around 4700 and ended up with 2147. Unless you are sitting in the top 1000, you might just hold or improve your ranking with that score.

Derek · 25/06/2017 at 19:33

Only 2 players cracked the SC tonne in the saints vs Suns game

    TOPHAWK1 · 25/06/2017 at 19:52

That is unusual. The 3300 points must have been spread across many players. I recall another another game earlier this year where the Saints lost badly against the bullies and the Saints as a team were awarded more SC points. That was also highly unusual.

    Randomcliche · 26/06/2017 at 10:59

And Harbrow needs a season of 120s to make up for the carnage he caused my bye rounds.

      Swans2012 · 26/06/2017 at 11:16

Chris · 25/06/2017 at 19:42

2496 for me this week. Avoided the carnage

    TOPHAWK1 · 25/06/2017 at 19:55

Awesome score mate! Best I have seen so far. What is the name of your team?

      Chris · 25/06/2017 at 20:20

Chips Champs. Ranked 2300ish so should go up

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 19:57

Really! Not even one 2400 in my leagues. Should see you jump up in the rankings

      Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 20:11

      Very Nice!

    Holty · 25/06/2017 at 20:17

    Cracking score mate. Well done

    Defying_Madness · 25/06/2017 at 20:18

I managed to dodge the carnage also and ended on 2463. Great job mate

    Top Gun · 25/06/2017 at 22:07

    frogger · 25/06/2017 at 22:48

    Excellent score!

Neverweaken · 25/06/2017 at 19:48

2058. Luckily kept danger as captain. So close to going Jelwood. Having Ablett, Fyfe, Kelly, Z jones in my team didn't help.
Lots of 80s and 90s this week.
11 trades left. Moment trading opens Nank and Swallow gone. Possibly bring Kennedy back in fwd line.
Looks like Newman is a keeper in Def and WHE stays as F6

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 20:07

Unlucky mate. But I'm sure lots of outs will hit us all before years end.

Tommo · 25/06/2017 at 19:51

2219 from 21, unfortunately had to cop the Fyfe donut. Nank and Lynch spudding it destroyed what should've been a 2300+ score

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 19:59

Lots of 2400+ projected scores in my league at the start of the round. In the end only 3 teams got over 2300 (2324 the highest). Suggests a few players had poor weekends

    B T · 25/06/2017 at 20:22

Yep, I was proected to get to 2427 on Sat night but Jelwood, Lynch and Nank cost me.

Shake n bake · 25/06/2017 at 20:09

Made 2 good decisions this week traded Stewart for Ryan even thou Stewart still out scored him. And l didnt start Lynch! He was my F7. But when Jelwood went down so did alot of my chances to win this week. Only played 2 teams out of my 10 leagues that had him and still lost one!

    neilDemons Delight · 25/06/2017 at 21:24

    sorry bout that Shake

    hedski · 25/06/2017 at 21:45

2/1 your way Shakes, finally got ya

Finnius123 · 25/06/2017 at 20:11

lol I got 2057

Iamme · 25/06/2017 at 20:11

Selwood would have cost a lot of teams this week, luckily I don't own him…. but I wonder how many teams do have him?

    Captain Risky · 25/06/2017 at 20:14

    12%, 24,000 ish

GloryDays90 · 25/06/2017 at 20:12

2,419 this week. Best score i have ever got in supercoach in the 3 years i have tried it 🙂

Still had some spuds though. Nank, Zorko and Laird.

How did everyone else go?

    Bells · 25/06/2017 at 20:39

2326 for me. Could've been a lot worse. Should rocket up from my spot at 6300ish hopefully. Two much needed league wins keep me in the finals hunt too.

      The_Bird · 25/06/2017 at 21:00

2484 here with Laird Nank and Murph below par… otherwise pretty happy

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 20:44

Well done mate! I got 2310, with the same three players you mentioned. But Zorko and Laird are not spuds, just didn't produce this weekend. They'll bounce back

      GloryDays90 · 25/06/2017 at 20:50

Just mean they were spuds this week haha

Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 20:13

2352, best score ever, in my second year supercoaching, thinking the par score will be very high though

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 20:18

Nice Joshua! I think you'll find par will be around 2200. So you've done well mate

    Whatyasmokin · 25/06/2017 at 20:34

Why would the par score be high on an absolutely carnage filled round lol

B T · 25/06/2017 at 20:21

Tom Lynch from Gold Coast has a total of 76 SC in his past 2 games. What a spud!!

    Joshua · 25/06/2017 at 20:31

surely can find some form against the roos

Dutchy · 25/06/2017 at 20:26

2490 , pretty happy with that, any other big scores??

    Imgonnalose · 25/06/2017 at 21:21

Who do you have? Great score

      Dutchy · 25/06/2017 at 21:34

47th for the round, Almost at full premo, 9 trades left, need a defender, a ruck (maxy!) and pron a fwd.
Lot of usual suspects, Doc Adams Laird Hibbard Lloyd and Newman, Mids are Danger, Merret (C), Dusty, Pendles, Cripps, Bont Murphy and Greenwood/Sselwood Rucks are Kruze and Nank.
Fwds are Heeny Yeo Macrae Dahl Franklin…. and wait for it, was a clanger on my behalf last week during split round where you can't reverse trades!! Liam Jones!!!!

BrownlowBoy · 25/06/2017 at 20:27

Beams, Selwood, Lynch, Shaw, Nank, Zorko with poor rookie scores from Bolton, Stewart etc will cost a lot of teams.

Swans2012 · 25/06/2017 at 20:29

2164 which includes the beams and Selwood 15 combined….happy considering

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 20:53

Yep, if you add on the 200+ points you've missed out on then that is actually a great score. You just got unlucky. It will happen to us all in the second 1/2 of the year I'm sure… late outs, restings etc.

Whatyasmokin · 25/06/2017 at 20:31

2329 with Barrett and Lynch.

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 20:51

Bells · 25/06/2017 at 20:32

Anyone got the details of Jelwood's 3 week price plummet yet? Appreciate it. Like everyone who can I'll be going Selwood to Selwood in 3 weeks. Scott needs a few good scores now though. His cash growth will shudder to a halt.
Concussion is the new 'rookie cash cow'.

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 21:06

Will drop 50k this week! Had a quiet week last week too. So will drop to low 500k I would have thought

    Thomas · 26/06/2017 at 11:27

Jelwood is down to 538k now, with a BE of 240, will be a tasty pickup in a couple of weeks

The BONT · 25/06/2017 at 20:33

I got 2389 this week that will probobley be about Par this week. Bringing in Zerrett over zorko. Rockey. Neale. Pendles. Oliver. Jelwood and Sloane.

    Whatyasmokin · 25/06/2017 at 20:39

Mate did you not see how many players are out this week, along with how many dud scores like beams and selwood due to injury. I don't understand why people think this round has a high par score. Par will be down at 2200 maximum surely.

      Randomcliche · 25/06/2017 at 20:49

      BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 20:49

        The BONT · 25/06/2017 at 20:53

In that case i have done well

      DavidSA · 25/06/2017 at 21:14

      Calm down

      Tibor · 25/06/2017 at 21:35

A real hit and miss week if you are lucky enough to be spared the carnage there is possibility to go really big, I only lost Fyfe and had greenwood as back up, throw in Toby green Bont dusty danger Oliver harbrow JPK Heath grundy ….. and it's not a bad week but if luck didn't go your way you got belted hard, plenty of top coaches would have had a stinker for the ages,

The more you think about this round you might realise it's not worth thinking about pick up the pieces and move on…

      JohndJames · 26/06/2017 at 00:12

Yep scored 2227 with Beams,Stewart and Fyfe and no C on Danger since I reversed my trades just before the Thursday night game and forgot that It would mean that I still had the C on Mitch from the loophole the week before.

Joshua · 25/06/2017 at 20:33

Who to trade Shaw to, can go anyone 463k and down. Thinking out of Newman, mcGovern, Montagna, Burgoyne and Tom Mcdonald, Thoughts?

    Whatyasmokin · 25/06/2017 at 20:36

    Montagna possibly

    Danners · 25/06/2017 at 20:45

Hold for a D7 if you can

      Joshua · 25/06/2017 at 20:53

Both my defenders on bench aint playin, Smith from melb and Schazza.

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 20:48

I'd hold. I assume you are low on trades? Sometimes the best thing to do in this game is to do nothing at all.

      Joshua · 25/06/2017 at 20:54

7 currently, 'full premo' (very dodgy players in that lot however)

    Tibor · 25/06/2017 at 21:18

Really unsure what t mac role will be with returns of Watts and Hogan near. He's a good player but might find himself in a role that is not sc friendly

Joshua · 25/06/2017 at 20:41

When will Fyfe be back?

    Ja191 · 25/06/2017 at 20:54

    judging by sandy, no idea

    Redgumwon · 25/06/2017 at 21:04

Freo said he should be back this coming round.

      BomberNoremac · 25/06/2017 at 21:05

And Sandi was only going to miss one week

    Tibor · 25/06/2017 at 21:15

Who would know, unfortunately there is a little extra risk factor to take into account anytime you pick a Ross Lyon coached player….For a bloke with a huge rep as a coach he has caused some career carnage for genuinely good players along the journey

Jaido · 25/06/2017 at 20:50

2249 with Jelwood, Lynch and Nank. Could have been so much better. At Saturday night I thought I had avoided the carnage as none of my players were withdrawn from their games.

It still found a way to get me though.

Defying_Madness · 25/06/2017 at 21:15

Then I could get away with keeping Greenwood and trading Parsons. That is the dream

Defying_Madness · 25/06/2017 at 21:19

Wow 2463 got me ranked at 127 for this round. I didn't expect this. Bumped my rankings up my 1.5k and am now sitting at 1005 overall

    INPieman · 25/06/2017 at 21:23

    Congrats. Great week

    BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 21:25

    Top Gun · 25/06/2017 at 22:09

Always great to make ground. Good job.

BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 21:23

I jumped up over 700 places to be 2580 overall now with a score of 2310. So par was definitely around 2200, maybe less!

    Randomcliche · 26/06/2017 at 10:52

2215 or so I think for top 10% which is par for community I think.

GloryDays90 · 25/06/2017 at 21:24

Jumped up 6135 spots this week
Beat the top seed in my hardest league
In top 0% for score this week also!
What a week 😀 so happy

TRIGGER HAPPY · 25/06/2017 at 21:24

Kruez and Doc – lock for AA.
Geez they r impressive.
Like most could have been a huge score but jelwood and fyfe put the brakes on.
Unfortunately had to hold fyfe as brought in lloyd.
Pretty happy with my swans as well.
JPK, Heeney, Lloyd and Newman.
May punt Fyfe this week for another Swan in Parker or cripps who looked bloody good last couple of week.
Big shout out to capt danger! If that is him carrying get an injury look out.

    hedski · 25/06/2017 at 21:52

Crap week Trig. Managed to get ya by half a dozen or so points. I'm cooked need sleep.

matt · 25/06/2017 at 21:25

Have results been finalised? My scores don't seem to take into account any of my emergencies, and I've never had that happen before…

    matt · 25/06/2017 at 21:29

just confirmed – I'm listed as having been defeated, and have 142 points sitting on the bench marked as E not being included. Should otherwise have won my match. I must have got someone really angry, as now even champion data are out to ruin my SC year lol

      joe · 26/06/2017 at 11:27

Emergencies don't score if you have a player on the field. e.g. Beams and Selwood's scores stand.

Top Gun · 25/06/2017 at 21:28

25th this week, now 146 overall. Still a long way behind unfortunately. Tough game Supercoach

    manolaki · 25/06/2017 at 21:31

Nice effort. What you get this week?

      Top Gun · 25/06/2017 at 21:44

2502…top score was 2565. Needed Gawn instead of Nank who Stank.

        manolaki · 25/06/2017 at 21:48

Crazy score! Who do you have?

          Top Gun · 25/06/2017 at 22:13

Def :Doc, Adams, Laird, Hurley, Lloyd, Rance
Mids: Danger, Neale, Pendles, Bont, Kennedy, Oliver, Treloar, SSelwood
          Ruck: Martin, Nank
Fwds: Yeo, Heeney; Dahl, Macrae, Franklin, Higgins

Need Nank to go to Gawn and Scooter to Martin

    Russty_ · 25/06/2017 at 21:32

Still pretty close mate, you only need a couple of good weeks to shoot right up there.

Russty_ · 25/06/2017 at 21:29

Sweet, I jumped up 2300 spots this week 🙂

    GloryDays90 · 25/06/2017 at 21:33

    Well Done!

    Russty_ · 25/06/2017 at 21:34

    Defying_Madness · 25/06/2017 at 21:37

    Great week

    Top Gun · 25/06/2017 at 21:44

    Tyruddanaut · 25/06/2017 at 21:53

I'm jumping spots lately with round positions of double my overall. The system is stuffed, the top players are burning out. I'm sure they all have Nank, Bont, Martin and those people

BlueNath · 25/06/2017 at 21:35

Wow! Jelwood owners look away!!! His price has dropped 54k this week. And even if he hits his projected 103 (players can have a quiet one coming back from concussion) he will still fall another 61k. That's means he'll be priced at around $477k in 2 weeks! I'll be grabbing him for his brother for sure and will ride the year out with a junker and premo M9

    B-rian · 25/06/2017 at 21:40

That 3 will be in his cycle the week after also. He will go below 450k for sure.

    I think I just jized a little.

    Defying_Madness · 25/06/2017 at 21:41

Was looking at Bont and Rocky but it might be tempting to wait for Jelwood to drop instead.

      Tyruddanaut · 25/06/2017 at 21:52

One week and I trade aelwood for selwood

Finnius123 · 25/06/2017 at 21:38

loopholing lynch and Nank next week. Greenwood can start onfield 🙂

    GloryDays90 · 25/06/2017 at 21:39

Greenwood could be a keeper this year yet haha better than nank

manolaki · 25/06/2017 at 21:42

Some crazy scores. How is everyone getting 2400-2500??? I have a good team (well I think anyway) and ended up with 2275. 9000 odd for the round. I did have Beams with 12 points Nank Shaw Laird and Selwood. If they all got their average It would have been around 2450. Does anyone else have players that have off days?

    GloryDays90 · 25/06/2017 at 21:44

Yep Laird, Nank, Roberton, Zorko, Scooter Luckily i still got to 2420

      manolaki · 25/06/2017 at 21:47

Wow!!! Still got that score? Who do you have if you don't mind me asking?

        GloryDays90 · 25/06/2017 at 21:53

        Laird, Adams, Docherty( Ryan)
        Roberton, Hibberd, Tuohy (Hibberd)

        Dangerfield, Martin, Pendlebury (Cousins)
        Oliver, Zorko, Kennedy( Mountford)
        Bont, Scooter( Brown)

        Martin, Nank (strnadica)

        Greene, MacRae, Dalhaus ( Parsons)
        Franklin, Yeo, Greenwood (Eddy)

Top Gun · 25/06/2017 at 21:49

I avoided carnage as I didn't have Jelwood. Greenwood's score helped and Hurley ensured my team is full. Now to hang on for the ride!

    Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 22:44

    how much trades left?

Tyruddanaut · 25/06/2017 at 21:50

Finished with a very nice 2279 accompanied by some crap scores from Lynch, Williams and Nank.
I just found out that Deluca Cardillo played a game and I'm lucky that I was too busy that I didn't loophole the Bont because I would've ended up with double 33 instead of 145

The BONT · 25/06/2017 at 22:16

Who has better JS Witherden. C.Brown and B. Cox
Which two will last longer playing footy

    Top Gun · 25/06/2017 at 22:25

Witherden looked the goods. Wait another week for him to be on the bubble.

    frogger · 26/06/2017 at 14:08

Would say Cox and Witherden better than Brown.
Varcoe / Mayne and Elliott probably next week chances to come in and Brown has had a taste.
Cox has going for him that Kersten, Sheridan probably real chances to be dropped.
Witherden would have been a higher pick without the injury in his draft year, has good disposal, saved a certain goal late with a desperate smother.
None rock solid, though. Would any one of them be handier than others in re-opening a DPP link or as an FD or are you light on for cover and need a warm body?

The Moocher · 25/06/2017 at 22:22

I grabbed Lloyd after he got hit and dropped dramatically in price and now I will grab Selwood and next week hopefully Docherty will get KO in the first minute and I will grab him and Gawn the week after. SC is all about luck and not having a trigger finger so I have 14 trades to get a ripper side together heading into the finals. Not going for rank but I will clean up my five leagues. You little ripper.

frogger · 25/06/2017 at 22:36

Late switch of C from Danger to J Selwood cost me 142 points, lost a cashie by 141.
No way to loop Greenwood score. Beams 12, Fyfe out.
Nankerella turned into a pumpkin rd 12, Turkey J Lynch hopeless, Laird ordinary.
No dramas copping bad luck, could have done without a second helping, though.

    Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 22:46

    Nank Stank

The Moocher · 25/06/2017 at 22:43

Might swap Heppell for Beams. Nice and cheap too.

Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 22:45

Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 23:04

Is Kreuzer a must have? He's so bloody expensive…. going Gawn and save $80K, would that be a better option community? Thoughts appreciated…. Kreuzer is a beast though.

    frogger · 26/06/2017 at 04:42

If you can, would hold more week and grab The People's Beard. Probably the only bloke who can match Kreuzer's output and then maybe 120k-odd cheaper.
Reckon the Kreuze Ship has sailed for now, personally.
This week an option if you have no other issues and think the point gain vs holding justifies the 35k-odd (?) price premium / outweighs gains of other possible trades you could do instead I guess.

I've got other issues, so it's Gawn next week for me. Good luck.

    Randomcliche · 26/06/2017 at 10:39

Kreuz tough match this week….maybe not ideal buy time this week.

    joe · 26/06/2017 at 11:11

Gawn will be bloody cheap after next week.

Steeeve · 25/06/2017 at 23:05

Which option is better?
A. Hannan to Gawn this week and $150,000 left for injury/luxury trades
B. Hannan to Gawn next week and a $200,000 left?

    Top Gun · 25/06/2017 at 23:06

Wait until his breakeven drops as much as possible.

      Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 23:18

      What's Gawns BE?

    Deeboss · 26/06/2017 at 02:21

      frogger · 26/06/2017 at 04:45

      184. If he goes 110, he'll drop 31k or so, e.g.

Jeffrey · 25/06/2017 at 23:14

I think Beams will be out for the season.

Anyone know how long Tom Stewart might be out?

    Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 23:18

    Trade button….

    INPieman · 25/06/2017 at 23:35

Stewart suspected fractured eye socket. If that's the case you want see him for a while

      Daniel Z · 26/06/2017 at 11:28

I was literally one second late from trading Stewart out for Luke Ryan… really wish I hadn't missed out on the cash gen.

        Swans2012 · 26/06/2017 at 12:57

Alex witherden, looked the goods and added dpp. Coach rates him, bubble next week but I'm going early as is a handy loophole at worst.

          murray · 26/06/2017 at 15:22

          agree swans

    manolaki · 26/06/2017 at 15:23

Apparently 4 weeks and may not need surgery. Is it worth hanging on and saving a trade?

      BlueNath · 26/06/2017 at 15:46

Yes, especially if low on trades. Becomes a handy loophole option in the meantime

Hothi_FC · 25/06/2017 at 23:15

          neilDemons Delight · 26/06/2017 at 07:50

            Daniel Z · 26/06/2017 at 11:29

Gawn should win the hit outs (probably not as many to advantage as he typically gets) whereas Kreuzer should take it to him around the ground.

Joshua · 25/06/2017 at 23:30

Shaw to montagna a good trade? 464k is my cap and im thinking Montagna over McGovern (Possible role change once JJK is back), Mcdonald (Role change once Hogan and watts are back) and Newman (Rookie at very inflated price)

    Joshua · 25/06/2017 at 23:43

Just looked at previous scores, out of Montagna and Mcdonald i reckon. Thoughts?

Top Gun · 25/06/2017 at 23:34

Feel like a new man! No Fyfe and no Shaw in my team after last week. Great feeling!

    Deeboss · 25/06/2017 at 23:46

who did you trade Shaw out for?

Defying_Madness · 25/06/2017 at 23:36

Tempted to do a downgrade this week and then go bang next week and bring in Rocky and Gawn. Could choose to get Jelwood or the Bont also. Thoughts?

    Top Gun · 25/06/2017 at 23:44

Gawn will still go down in price so no need to bring him in yet. Rocky is a risk. The Bont is back in form or bring Jelwood in when his price drops.

      Defying_Madness · 25/06/2017 at 23:48

Yeah the 2 upgrades would be next week when Gawn and Rocky have bottomed out. It really depends on how Rocky goes this week which will decide if I bring him in.

    manolaki · 26/06/2017 at 00:40

Gawn and Jelwood. I have Bont and Rocky already but if I had to choose Gawn and Bont.

Joshua · 25/06/2017 at 23:53

Trade Shaw to Montagna or T-Mac? Only other 'holes' in my side I feel are Scooter (will be going to Joel), Lynch (F7 field Greenwood instead) Nank (to Gawn) and Witts + Fyfe (will be keeping)

    B-rian · 26/06/2017 at 06:51

Shaw will average the and as montagna and tmac. If you wanna upgrade Shaw then it should be to one of the top 3 or 4 defs. Otherwise its a waste

      B-rian · 26/06/2017 at 07:42

      Same as

Deeboss · 26/06/2017 at 00:21

Why is everyone trading Shaw?

    Joshua · 26/06/2017 at 00:25

Severely impacted output by younger, more prominent defenders at GWS. His role change has been devastatingly disappointing. Interested In why you think we should keep him excluding trade situation.

      Deeboss · 26/06/2017 at 00:29

well he is a proven premium… so you don't think he won't get back to his best in the back half of the season?

        Defying_Madness · 26/06/2017 at 00:35

Almost no chance he will. Went Shaw to Lloyd before his bye and havn't looked back

          Deeboss · 26/06/2017 at 00:38

thanks for the input lads, Shaw OUT Martin IN

            Rick Grimes · 26/06/2017 at 06:28

Before his score on the weekend Shaw had back to back 100s. If you have lots of trades and no other concerns, by all means get rid. But he's quite likely to put up a 90-100 this weekend which to me is fine as a D6. People who paid top dollar expecting 150 every week are disappointed, but those of us who snapped him up for $400k aren't so bothered.

              Daniel Z · 26/06/2017 at 11:31

Just to think that at the start of the season, Docherty was only 15k more than Shaw – what's the gap now, 200k?

    manolaki · 26/06/2017 at 00:42

I have Shaw but I have 7 premo def if you count Shaw and Newman as premos. Could keep them both as D6/D7.

Don't have a lot of trades so can't afford to upgrade him to someone who will only get an extra 10-15 points. Can't justify it

    Lazza · 26/06/2017 at 08:45

He is no longer a Premo … hasn't been since mid last year …

manolaki · 26/06/2017 at 00:46

I am carrying Beams, Scooter, Fyfe, Shaw, Sandi and Nank. I would love to replace them all but I conscious of trades for the run home.

Who would you keep and who are the priorities to replace?

    frogger · 26/06/2017 at 04:29

    Wait on injury updates, but:
Beams ( likelihood he'll bleed cash and could miss more) – would move on
Nank (he'll prevent donuts maybe but also well below premo output – cooked)
Sandi would hold if he plays, get last price rise and go to Gawn next week
Shaw – haven't followed that closely, but ok at D6/7, no? Would hold for now.
Scooter – might be able to sideways to Jelwood into rd 17 if you don't have
Fyfe – would hold Teen Wolf – you've held this long and he has upside if right
Don't know if that helps / makes sense in context of your squad.Good luck.

      manolaki · 26/06/2017 at 07:45

Thanks. Was thinking the same with Sandi and Scooter. Was hoping Sandi's output would make him a keeper and Scooter could become M9 but not the case. Nank has been useful while Sandi has been away swapping from fwd to ruc.

The rest have been let downs but will have to hold. Unless Beams is out for a while then will need to swap. Shame Mumford didn't hit him in last quarter on 100. His price would have been a nice straight swap. Now have to top up using valuable coin. Thanks again for input

      Derek · 26/06/2017 at 10:50

Beams could miss a number of week.

If Fyfe misses again he is gone, but he might come back and kill it.

Shaw is a victim of GWS success. Not like the old days when the ball was in defense all day

Rick Grimes · 26/06/2017 at 06:30

Lynch and Nank. What to do? I'm almost tempted to run Greenwood at F6 and ditch both.

    Mal · 26/06/2017 at 08:19

I'm ditching Lynch this week, need the cash to upgrade final midfield spot and greenwood can hold down F6 for a few more weeks until someone puts there hand up

      Rick Grimes · 26/06/2017 at 09:56

My only reprieve for Lynch is if Gaz is back. Otherwise i just can't justify keeping the spud.

    B-rian · 26/06/2017 at 10:05

If you have plenty of trades then you can move them on, but if you are like most of us and are running low then maybe you need to keep at least one. I'm hoping to keep lynch at f7 as he has a higher ceiling and could be loopholed because I still have Brett Spuddy on my bench and he may never play again for the rest of his career.

    Harry H · 26/06/2017 at 10:41

I don't have Nank but am now aiming for Lynch at F7 as he'll have the odd huge game as a KPP. Using the loophole if possible will be the way to go.

neilDemons Delight · 26/06/2017 at 08:00

Supercoach definitely has a big portion of luck in it .Sure it takes skill to pick the right team and to trade but what about late outs etc. Now what happened to Derek could and probably did hit a top end player.Rightfully or wrong he chose Jelwood as captain over Danger with good reasoning. Just tough luck and for some at the top game over then theres Lloyds 4 both have killed me why not happen to Pies Hedski or Shake WHY ME and alas poor DEREK

    INPieman · 26/06/2017 at 09:11

Don't worry Neil I copped Jelwood as well. Also Gary Fyfe & Sandi on the pine. A nasty visit from the gods

      The Ranger · 26/06/2017 at 09:55

It was an ugly round for some.
I copped Ablett and Fyfe along with Selwood and Lynch.
Scharenberg and Cuningham being dropped didn't help either.

        Derek · 26/06/2017 at 10:39

it is weeks like this that will make someone's year.

in 2015 there was a week like this, Ablett, Wines, mitchell, JPK, wingard and a few others were all out, it was carnage, and i didn't have any of them, there might actually have been two weeks in a row like this. I went from 2k into the top 100 and stayed there for the rest of the year.

i bet there are a few people who avoided the problems and they are sitting back pretty happy with themselves.

like Higgo says, when things go bad it is bad luck, when it goes well it is skill!

    Derek · 26/06/2017 at 10:30

Thanks Neil, licking my wounds this morning. i did the Selwood C looking to knock over Jock in a H2H. Jock didn't have Selwood so it was an easy win for him in the end. It did cost me a number of other H2H, in fact 8/10 of my opponents had dangerfield as their C and most had Selwood in their team. i lost all 8 of the matches and 7 of them by less than danger's score, meaning if i had gone C on danger i would have won them. oh well. i should have stayed with danger.

i had Beams as my C in my draft team.

      neil Demons Delight · 26/06/2017 at 13:35

I know you have copped a number of shall we say unfortunate C and VC calls Any way you know of listing them or a total of lost points this year I reckon you would be close to 500 Derek just like Macdonalds Rampe and Walters kicks could alter a game so your unfortunate calls could project your rank and league wins higher .I know I done you TWICE with bad calls Cheers mate

        Derek · 26/06/2017 at 14:01

one thing i know about this game is you need to start well.

Round 2 I had the C on Eddy after dangers 140, Eddy was a late in and i didn't know.

Round 3 i had Gawn as my C with VC on Danger in the same game! Danger scored 138 and Gawn did his hammy and scored 27.

Two weeks below 2,000 and i was 95,000th, long way back from there.

    hedski · 26/06/2017 at 10:34

Yeah I copped Jelwood to, luckily I kept Danger captain tho Neil, was tempted to stick it on Joel, had Lynch too.

      neil Demons Delight · 26/06/2017 at 15:27

There was banter between Derek and others minutes before but you have to blame JOCK really .Derek changed from Danger to Sellers to beat him as bloody Jock did to me in an early round We all love to beat the great one maybe too much

KrazeeEyezK1lla · 26/06/2017 at 08:21

2,312 with the Jelwood's 3. not terrible. managed to climb 325 spots to 1295 overall.

pretty keen to move on Nank, and not sure on what's happening with Jelwood. 8 trades and 261k in the bank. Still have Parsons and Greenwood on field, which this week was a good thing.

    ProTravo · 26/06/2017 at 10:24

    I scored a 2,311 and moved up 317 spots to 1,267 overall.

    We must have similar teams!

      KrazeeEyezK1lla · 26/06/2017 at 11:31

Did we just become best friends?

Tommy · 26/06/2017 at 09:18

Is Jack viney a good pickup this week?

    Tibor · 26/06/2017 at 09:53

Probably better supercoach options Jacks best work is nor really recognised by the good folk at champion data, there are no extra points for being absurdly hard at it

    B-rian · 26/06/2017 at 09:56

No mate. Get one of the top averaging blokes

    Derek · 26/06/2017 at 10:48

nice POD with gawn coming back.

he is over $500k….. there are better options. IE Bont for an extra $10k

Rick Grimes · 26/06/2017 at 09:26

Although I wasn't affected by Jelwood, I do feel there could be some sort of TOG rule, so if a player doesn't even get through1st quarter, your sub kicks in. Especially as we see more concussion checks resulting in guys not coming back on (which is absolutely a good thing). Alternatively, you could be allowed to sub out a player's score and take your chances with a sub who hasn't played yet. fantasy game needs to move with the real one.

    KrazeeEyezK1lla · 26/06/2017 at 10:16

    don't mind this

    ProTravo · 26/06/2017 at 10:26

I actually like it the way it is. Adds more dynamic to Supercoach and keeps it more interesting.

      Derek · 26/06/2017 at 10:32

it could be like the bye rounds, and take best 18 (or 20)

    Randomcliche · 26/06/2017 at 10:31

Sucks for people asleep eg Canada (not me) if they have to watch or track every game….but yeah I don't mind some auto change to sub based on tog.

Mitch · 26/06/2017 at 09:43

Witherden or Callum Brown in terms of JS?

    jez_m · 26/06/2017 at 10:22

I wouldn't trade either of them in until they are named for their third games. Can't trust any rookie's job security this year.

Big G · 26/06/2017 at 10:45

Look on the bright side of life – Selwood could be a below $600,000 pick up next year?

    manolaki · 26/06/2017 at 10:58

There could be a lot of cheap premiums next year. Fyfe could be under $500K!

Imagine O'Meera's price next year? I made the mistake of bringing him in this season. One of my many punts that failed. I am going to be a little more cautious with the mid-pricers and injured players making comebacks next season.

      Big G · 26/06/2017 at 11:54

When I look back at the start of the year, I think no-one could have predicted Fye's fall from super premium status.

        manolaki · 26/06/2017 at 15:29

Yeh no one did. I thought he was the bargain of the year and destined to average 120

Gawnski · 26/06/2017 at 11:08

Couple of weeks of SC hell.
I have Selwood, Beams, Fyfe, Heppell & Murphy.
In the Back line: T Stewart & Heath Shaw.
Also brought in J Lloyd a week before his concussion too. that cost me ~70k.
In the Forward / Ruck line : Sandi & Nank.

    BlueNath · 26/06/2017 at 15:55

And yet there is always next week. So we dust ourselves off and front up to do it all again

Nick · 26/06/2017 at 11:18

Scored the 8th highest score of the round this week- pretty pleased! Jumped about 4500 spots into 3029 overall. Should be higher but shot myself in the foot in round 13 as I was snowed under at work, completely forgot to move my team around and had Bont, Dahl etc on the bench… 10 trades left, virtually full premo, looking to attack the backend of the year now!

    KrazeeEyezK1lla · 26/06/2017 at 11:33

8th highest with Bont and Dahl on the bench? boy oh boy I'd be pulling my hair out

      Nick · 26/06/2017 at 13:48

Nah that was in round 13, had bont and Dahl on the bench… scored terribly and saw my overall score drop by 8000

Andrews1 · 26/06/2017 at 11:49

Nank sureley has oi go, he has being shocking and will get dominated by patty ryder. One high risk high reward bring in option could be young Kane Lambert. He started in the centre bounce against the blues and spent a hell of a lot of game time in the mid. 429k

Sam · 26/06/2017 at 12:19

Thoughts on my team and possible trades over the coming weeks? Got 7 trades and $900 in the bank
Def: Doch, Adams, Laird, Simmo, Rance, HIbberd
Mid: Danger, Bont, Pendles, Neale, Treloar, JPK, Fyfe, Greenwood (SPP, Cousins, JDC)
Ruc: Grundy, Ryder (Strnadica)
Fwd: Yeo, Dahl, Macrae, Heeney, Buddy, Lynch (Bolton, Eddy)

Definitely targeting Jelwood in a couple of weeks, will be too cheap to ignore. I would like to trade out Lynch for Gawn in a couple of weeks also, but can't see where the cash is going to come from to fund this.
Any other ideas also appreciated!

    manolaki · 26/06/2017 at 15:29

Get rid of Eddy he is not going to make any cash for you or score any points. There's a few options this week.

SPP to one of the rookies this week will get you a couple hundred at least.

Who do you have on the bench in D?

Then go Lynch to Gawn if you want or someone else to Gawn and keep Lynch for bench cover. Or move Greenwood to F for cover.

Use any other cash generation to get Selwood in a couple weeks or even Z Mettett or someone like that if you want another. Will have to pay for it obviously
