SuperCoach RD10: LekDog’s Cheat Sheet
G’day Community, it’s time to face the coming byes.
I think we finally have some decent rookies emerging in Greenwood, Stewart, Lloyd, Bolton, McInnes etc. so rejoice while you can.
I haven’t included any of the obvious buy-in options who have featured in the Cheat Sheet previously (Selwood, Dangerfield, Rance, Hibberd etc.) but I have included some delicious P.O.D’s.
Hit up my Twitter to see how last week’s Cheat Sheet did and make sure to chat with me in the comments with questions.

Option 1: Trade in Soldo for Preuss and keen Nank in the Fwd (Sandi Bench)
Option 2: Trade in Strnadica for Preuss, swing Nank in the Rucks, Taranto fwd (Sandi Bench).
Option 3: Donut in the rucks and get Mccinnes for stewart instead.
Cheers
Option 2 Stinga
Sandi out, replacement???
Stef if money is no issue
WHE to Goldy, Ryder or Grundy?
Goldy, he in some great form
Ryder DPP then Goldy, forget Grundy.
The week to get Walters was last week Lek. This is Ross your dealing with here. He could so easily get thrown back to a small forward role & turn into Matera 2.0
Yep, sat him on the bench for the first 8 minutes last week. Ross playing mind games, again! He is in a rich vein of form though.
Oh yeah, last week was ideal but no way I was putting him in the sheet. Admittedly I haven't thought about how Sandilands will affect him
Jelwood mid or Macrae fwd? (Covered for byes)
Selwood for mine. Depends who you are upgrading tho. If its someone like parsons to macrae id do that. Beed to look what trade will get you more points. If its similar, definately selwood
Balic to Macrae and Fisher to Selwood
Fisher has a low b/e. Has money to make. Not sure if balic ever coming back.
yeah , true wedge
Agree with wedge. Fisher has cash to make. Balic isnt playing. Look at selwood next week tho
Wouldn't be trading in Macrae the week before his bye.
Jelwood will score more but you need to look at where you are leaking the most points before you decide. Also need to look at which fattened lamb you are slautering for the trade
Anyone have any info on Houston? Played the first 7 games of the season. Sat out the Shanghai game, bye last week, named as an emergency this week. If he was only being rested I would imagine 2 weeks would be enough. Does the fact he isn't playing this week mean he is going to be an inconsistent inclusion for the rest of the season, making it time to sell?
Port has stuff all injuries. Just a victim of circumstances. Get rid of him
Not sure whats going on with Houston as well, I have him and I would it is time to wield the axe
Ah the magic of removing lowest scores
Did you know that if you exclude every game from Zac Dawson's career except for Round 13 2009 he averaged 105 supercoach points over 11 years
Maybe that was pre drug testing days and he accidentally snorted some angel dust or something?…hahah
Rance, Howe, Adams, Hurley or Harbrow? All of the aforementioned players fit bye structure.
Or Hibberd who doesn't suit bye structure but is the cheapest
Howe is looking good and bottomed out. Im jumping on him this week
Sorry didnt see adams haha he is a must have down back this year it seems
Adams & if your not sure think about it & pick Adams
Haha alright. Looks like I'll have the 3 great powers Laird, Doc and Adams!
Adams, Hurley, Howe, Rance, Harbrow. In that order.
no.
Rance
Hurley will struggle for top 10 imo
Who scores more from here….Rance or Lloyd?
Lloyd is more consistent so I would say he would score more than rance from here on
Lloyd, he's a midfielder which increases his chances of getting a good score
Rance is proven over the journey.
Trade Sandi or just cop the donut? I have marchbank and prior to sandi going down he was my priority to trade. Stumped now.
Marchbank probably won't get his be, but if he scores his average you're looking at only an $8k price drop, it thereabouts. He needs to go but can wait a week.
I have cover for Sandi Eric but am still trading.
Like yourself Marchbank was my priority trade this week but he can stay now. Depending on team sheets it may be a blessing in disguise. Not sold on the JS of McInnes and we may get a look at some new def rookies this week.
Is Pedderson a no go zone ?
Seems to be cheap for his average ????
no go
As soon as gawn comes back his scoring and job security will drop significantly
Hearing rumors big Maxy could be back around the byes so yes he is a no go zone
Round 12 Spenser could be back and Max round 13
If you'd picked him up 71 K ago, yes, not now for reasons mentioned, I brought him in to make some quick cash and then move on, that's worked out well so far luckily for me.
Thanks All
Playing career best form but when the big fellas return who knows? Could be a good fwd pod.
Bugger you Sandi. We only needed a few more weeks out of you before your bye.
If it was any other top-tier ruck I would hold. As it is Sandi I think I will put all other plans on the back burner and trade him.
I just can't put myself through Ross announcing next week that "he just hasn't come up" or "we may rest him until after the bye".
Already holding Rocky. Refuse to deal with any more injury prone guys sitting on the bench.
Good luck to all that hold him as now I have said that he will probably be back next week and score 200.
Understandable Juzzy, I traded him, for Goldy, who will rise in price more next week and probably keep rising.
Was gonna go Marchbank to Rance but that can wait for me. There won't be a better time to pick up Goldy than now…except for last week I guess haha
Yeah Russty.
The Marchbank timing is unfortunate but I hope he doesn't bleed too much cash this week.
Still tossing up between Goldy and Ryder. I don't have to explain the relative upside of either to you.
Good luck Mate.
You too bud, I'd actually love to have a swinging ruck situation, and Ryder has the no byes upside, but I'm thinking about a ruck I want to keep, and Ryder ain't that for me.
Same thoughts Russty, have Rocky on bench don't want three weeks with both of them on bench.
Unfortunately Juzzy it's pushing a lot of coaches towards Goldy and Ryder this week, who may not really want them, but don't want their ranking to suffer by holding on to Sandi this week … with no guarantee he will re-emerge next week either.
Team as of now is
Laird, Lloyd, Rance, Shaw, Marchbank, Newman (Stewart, Hibberd)
Danger, Pendles, JPK, Fyfe, Treloar, Wines, SPP, Barrett (Berry, Fisher, Myers)
Grundy, Sandi (Strnadica)
Dahl, Macrae, Nank, Petracca, Butler, Bowes (Parsons, Eddy)
Going to hold SPP and Bowes through the byes for warm bodies.
20 trades left and 260k in the kitty. Any ideas as to what trades i should do? Thinking Butler to Greenwood, or could wait and do that next week seeing as Parsons was named to play. Cheers guys!
Out: Butler & Bowes In: Ryder & Greenwood
Thanks Pieman. Good shout. If Butler is named for this week I might hold Butler till his bye and upgrade him straight to JJK. But Bowes to Greenwood for sure and maybe Marchbank up to Doc?
Hey Tbone an obvious one for me…Barrett to Dusty.
Greenwood for sure if you want to cash up again as well..perhaps even dump Eddy for him
Ryder or Goldy in for Sandilands? I like the fact Ryder will play all the way through the byes, but Goldy is also bye-friendly and is probably more likely to end up as a top 3 or 4 ruck over Ryder. Thoughts?
Hi Jez.
I'm liking Ryder at the moment for two reasons. In form lone wolf, and if his form continues you can swing him into the fwd line. Potentially gives you the option, later in the year, to choose from guys like Riewoldt Wingard or Goldstien Martin.
Ryder is also appealing. I am thinking that Gawn comes back round 12 and will need two games, and his price will be around 500k. Which means moving Ryder into the forward line. Already have Nank, so it will really be whether I straight swap one of them to Gawn, or back both Ryder and Nank to be worth keeping on the forward line. I don't think I will ever have the luxury of a premium forward line and run one of these guys as F7/R3/M9.
I feel like a lot of cognitive bias at play here. A lot of negative sentiment about Ryder because despite having all the tools and showing us periods of excellence, he rarely puts it together over the longer term. Nank is unproven, yet that is a virtue because he hasn't burned us, so we assume he will keep it going.
It's a ponderous one. Need to decide if the ultimate goal is to get Gawn in round 14, whether getting Ryder now helps or hinders that goal. Leaning towards "help", but not firmly by any stretch
Is Ryder competing with Lobbe for the #1 ruck spot at Port? Should we be worried?
I think he put paid to that discussion rnd 3 jlt…so no, he ain't competing, for me.
Doubt it mate, he hasn't even played a game this year, Trengove can always back him up in the ruck.
Thanks, I was thinking Lobbe might force his way back in and then push towards being a top 2 ruck for the rest of the year. I'm glad we agree that won't happen
Hi jez, Ryder's only tonned up 2 out of 7 games, I was gonna go him but then remembered what he's been like in the past ,unreliable and sometimes lazy.
Decided on the Ruck beast, Goldmember instead, he's already proven he can go huge on a regular basis.
I'm more sold on Goldy than Ryder as well Rusty. North play Carlton, Richmond, St Kilda, Gold Coast in their next four games, so he could really get on a roll.
My season's over but want to remain somewhat competitive in my leagues
Laird, Simmo, Shaw, Marchbank, Newman, Hampton (Stewart, Williamson)
Danger, Dusty, Titch, Fyfe, Hanners, Treloar, Bont, Barrett (SPP, Balic, Hibberd)
Grundy, Sandilands (Strnadica)
Dahlhaus, Macrae, Lynch, Higgins, Nank, Hardwick (Eddy, Parsons)
$7,500 in the bank, 20 trades
I'd be looking for a new job, surely your sick of pulling teeth..
Sry , maybe double down Hampton and Balic to Lloyd/Greenwood and McInnes/Ryan?? Or some such.
C'mon Magpie Dentist start sniffing the good stuff
1. Hampton and Balic out, Greenwood and Scooter in.
Hibberd back. or trade him over Balic.
or
2. Hampton and Powell-Pepper out, Greenwood and Harbrow / Hibberd / Tuohy / Williams / Montagna / JJ in
Whichever suits your byes really.
Dont forget that Nank / Strna shuffle thing too
Who to pick up, Grundy, Goldy or Stef?
One of Goldy or Stef should score the most out of the rucks from this this point, i'd back in Goldy if not for injuries. Grundy seems like the cheap, value for money option. Slightly worried that Fagan will give Archie Smith a run towards the end of the year, whereas Preuss seems likely to play only when North get injuries. Bucks would be crazy to play Mason Cox from a pure football perspective.
Goldy.
I'd probably have Goldy in front at this stage. I reckon he can come home with a wet sail.
Current defenders: Laird, Adams, Simpson, Shaw, Marchbank, Newman (Berry, Stewart)
After downgrading WHE to McInnes I've got enough to go Marchbank to Docherty who I feel is a must have.
Or should I save 100k and go with Rance?
Definitely the Doch
Doch, don't even think about it,just do it.
Docherty
Wait for bye
Agreed
harbrow or howe?
Harbrow, coz he already had his bye.
Howe, proven premo
Howe
Howe
I have otten and McGrath in defence who look like they've fattened up enough also have Stewart who looks ready to go what should I do? Is McGrath to McInnes and otten to laird a good move?
Cheers in advance
Otten to Laird is a great choice as he's very consistent, however McInnes job security is questionable imo? If you are after cash generation maybe pick up a non playing cheap option like McNiece or O'çonner as they can be used as loopholes.
Plenty of loopholes during the byes. Wait for teams to be announced. Maybe a Sharenberg or a Ryan might be ins.
Is parsons to greenwood this week or next a waste of a trade
Parsons will make cash this week, Greenwood won't . So wait
I agree with Danners
There is genuinely no point in this
Parsons has some good games in him, have faith. Greenwood next week.
Yep, Parsons BE is 15, he should make it until hes bye atleast
Sandi out and donuts reappear. Houston emergency and fielding Parsons – certainly makes me nervous.
So, if I put Sandi to the bench and swing Nank to R2, Strnadica and Eddy sit on the Fwd bench.
To get the premo upgrade I'm looking at Marchbank & Houston to Adams & McInnes (who goes to F5).
Defence then becomes…
Doc, Laird, Adams, Simpson, Shaw, EVW (Stewart, Hampton).
Forwards looking shaky for this round:
Dahl, Buddy, Heeney, Parsons, McInnes, Greenwood (Strnadica, Eddy).
Worth the trades or something different??
I like the trades you proposed, the backline is always the hardest to get done. Proven premos like Riewoldt and possibly Yeo will drop in price soon for good forward upgrades
Thanks Dylan. The other option is to go premo up forward and go:
Marchbank & Houston to Macrae & McInnes (D6/7). Beefs up the forwards set up and seems more balanced. Macrae slightly lower avg but very relatable.
Hi Guys,
Stiil struggling to figure out what to do this week, any suggestions are welcome 🙂
Laird, Adams, Tuohy (VW)
Roberton, Shaw, Hibberd,(Stewart)
Pendlebury, Oliver, Kennedy
Zorko, Yeo, Fyfe, Barrett
Greenwood
(PP, Fisher, Hibberd)
Martin, Nankervis (Strnadica)
Dalhaus, Franklin, Greene
Steele, Burton, Hayward
(Parsons, Eddy)
Thinking of getting Martin or Danger in??
But am not sure.
Danger
What rookie to bring in though and who to trade out?? I will ditch PP but who should I cull for money
You could ditch Eddy for Daniel lloyd via Greenwood dpp to the fwd line then put Parsons or Lloyd onfield…and Greenwood on for Hayward..bench.
Ditched parsons and subbed yeo back fwd. Brought in Lloyd and then traded PP for Dusty. Play barrett and greenwood on field in mid. Gives me VW, Stewart and Barrett to ditch for money and upgrades with 14 trades left
Martin or Goldy?
Martin
Goldy cheaper and improving rapidly.
Goldy has gersed teams with no rucks
Which two to play on field out of SPP, Barrett, Greenwood, Myers and Fisher?
SPP and Barrett
SPP and Barrett but can you loop SPP's score?
Nah, all of my midfield rookies playing.
SPP & Greenwood
Hi Community
Thoughts please.
Is it time to trade out Matt Crouch?
If trade who should I bring in Z. Merrett, Dusty or Joel Selwood.
All can work for bye rounds.
Thank you for your help.
Merrett, but if you don't have Mitch,Hanners,Pendles or Bont I would go with one of them first.
Crouch is you're only badly under-performing Mid I'd hold at least till his bye.
Close call between Jelwood and Zerrett
If you are going to trade do it at his bye round. Then you get one extra premium score for the bye rounds.
Goldy or Ryder?
I went Ryder due to DPP and that he already has had the bye
Goldy for me.
Goldy
Cheers Lek – I thought so as well. More proven and with Nank cover I am alright with him missing a game here or there.
Ryder DPP better option, also had his bye.
RD 12 bye doesn't matter, and as I have Nank DPP is irrelevant. I just want the person who is going to score more points for the rest of the year.
Tom Stewart or Tom Williamson one has to go unfortunately! Jane a lot of Rd 11 bye outages however I feel Stewart is more ripe?
That's 'I have a lot of Rd 11' by the way.
Williamson
I think Williamson's JS is better. Ruggles is waiting in the wings and I think will soon play.
Nick Riewoldt will be rested this week because of knee
Source:Barrett on the footy show
Rest into bye, prolly for the best….s.t. having rookie cover for him (and Sandi) this week….
NRoo after his bye will be very tempting.
Shit, reverse trades again.
Weighing up whether I can get away with saving trades this week. My only concern is lack of playing rookies on the bench (Eddy, Pickett, Balic, etc.) Urgent to fix them up? Or save trades for possible future injuries? What should my priority be?
DEF: Docherty, Laird, Lloyd, Shaw, Marchbank, Newman (Stewart, McNeice)
MID: T Mitchell, Dangerfield, Pendlebury, JP Kennedy, Fyfe, Gaff, Treloar, Myers (Barrett, Fisher, Balic)
RUC: Sandilands, Grundy (Preuss)
FWD: Yeo, Macrae, Dahlhaus, Nankervis, Taranto, Parsons (Pickett, Eddy)
$102,200 in the bank and 18 trades left.
Depends on whether you want to avoid a big 0 this week, Sandi isn't playing, you could save a doughnut and make some money by trading out Preuss to Strndica or Cameron and Pickett or Balic or Eddy out to Greenwood to cover after you swing Nank into the Ruck.
Hey ScNoob
Perhaps look at Preuss to Strna for the shuffle
Then do Barrett to Dusty.
Next week do the Balic to Greenwood cash grab
Marchbank to J Lloyd and Sandi up to Goldy? $140k left over, but only 15 trades…
I think I can get away with that with only five more rookies to upgrade…
If so… I think I might have managed to actually get this team into order at last! 🙂
Sounds good to me Drop Bears, if you're happy with your team then, try not to trade for 2 or 3 weeks after that.
Yeah, the plan is to just pick one a week through the byes if and as I need them as a rookie or two look to fill their account. It's all a great plan until the unexpected happens, eh? 🙂
You could hold Sandi but he has a history of being 'managed'. Can't go wrong with those trades if you do it.
Goldy, Mummy or Martin?
Martin
Stef
Probably Martin, though I brought in Mummy and he has a knack of somehow pumping out good scores from doing sweet FA.
Hmm less ownership on Mummy too, very tempting
can anyone see Robbie Gray spending the rest of the year in the mids if he carves it up in Wingard's absence over the next 1-2 weeks? could be worth the punt at his current price, especially for coaches who've fallen behind the pack (like me) and need a real POD – whilst it's worked out pretty well for Port having him mostly up fwd this year, is it possible they were just nursing him through his injury which Hinkley says he's now clear of? thoughts anyone?
If you've fallen behind the pack, I think you need to make some reliable choices, there are plenty of them at the moment in the mids. pods aren't necessary if you're lagging behind.
Choosing him now could maybe make things worse for you if he doesn't miraculously come into a rich vein of form.
With all respect to Russty PODs are exactly what you need if you are falling behind.
Agree with Russ that he would want to turn his form around pretty quick but you won't catch up trading in the same players as everyone else.
Of course depends if you are going for overall or leagues.
Yeah Juzzy, I was just assuming he was playing for leagues as his season could already be a write off 🙂
Which midfield premium should i bring in this week neale (spending all cash), dusty or sloane or Pentlebury (Having grundy, adams, treloar)?
I think Pendles could be a good pickup this week josh, might only go up in price from here, Dusty also, if you want to save a bit more coin.
I own pendles and buying Dusty this week. Although, Neale has been the most reliable of all of them. If you're like me though, you'll be very short cash and fat rookies if you spend $650k on premos. Assume you have Danger and JPK (awkward bye) who are great value this week. In terms of v4m Danger, Pendles, JPK, Dusty, Neale, Sloane (BE too high, tag issue not fully resolved yet).
hey guys
this week im considering:
OUT: Pruess and Balic IN: Stef Martin and James Stewart
this is done with an eye on upgrading marchbank, stewart, TT, SPP or Balic next week to Doch/Adams & Greenwood
I dont think i have the luxury of just upgrading Sandi given my structure :/
my team before trades
DEF: Laird, Lloyd, Shaw, Hibberd, Marchbank, Newman (Stewart, Berry)
MID: Danger, Pendles, Bont, Titchell, JPK, Fyfe, Treloar, Barrett (SPP, Fisher, Myers)
RUC: Nank, Sandi (pruess)
FWD: Macrae, Dahl, JJK, Higgins, Taranto, Parsons. (Balic, Eddy)
20 trades left and 226k in the bank.
any suggestions appreciated
Cheers
So, you're saying you're gonna trade Preuss for Martin and leave Sandi on the bench?….then what do you do with Sandi next week if he's ok? Cause you won't have a ruck swing for Nank into the fwds..or are you planning on trading Sandi out even if he's ok next week?
Maybe you could save the Stewart trade by just going Sandi to Martin and Balic to Greenwood and forget about Stewart..and use Preuss's money when you really need it.
Dunno, a bit confused here lol
When Sandi gets back I'd probably swing nank fwd for say TT Balic or Eddy and bring in the cheap fwd/ruck from freo (strndicker?)
Just not sure if trading out Sandi is the best idea as I plan on having nank in my fwd by years end
He'll have 3 different bye rucks so that will work. Have to swing Nank forward or trade Sandi after the last bye.
I'm running 3 rucks Nank, Sandi, Witts with no R/F FD this week as well. You can just bring in a say Sterndick next week for Eddy, or whenever Sandi gets up. Good moves. You have plenty of trades, use them Ant. You could also go Balic to McInnes, opening up one degree of freedom into defense if you need to cash out multiple def rookies and there aren't enough def rookies available. Alternatively consider Marchy to McInnes (one of my trades this week) to stop the cash bleed. Only Stewart with rnd 12 bye in Def. Just don't rely on McInnes to be there rnd 13, have some extra cover, a bit risky…. Cheers
Will Ivan Solvol get a game this week?
I'd assume not but it's dimma..selects like a nut
Hibberd or Harbrow
If Hibbo's round 11 bye doesn't bother you too much I'd go that way. Does look tremendous value although there is that spectre of soft tissues.
Harbrow looks good value too and has that bye bonus. He's batting at nearly 25ppg higher than last season so the only query is whether he can sustain that level of output for the rest of the season.
Yeah the bye is no problem my 11 bye is the same as round 12
I should declare some bias as I brought in Hibbo for Jones last week. I'm seriously considering Harbrow as well although waiting for team sheets first in case some other nasties get thrown at us to redirect my trade priorities.
There's a nice potential forward premium upgrade on the horizon in Rd 12 with Mitch Wallis on the bubble after his Rd 11 bye. His issue will be injury risk but if you include his games in the seconds he's had a very strong block of form. And we are down on genuine midfielders in our forwards this year. Watchlist this week and I'm guessing he'll be locked in my trade button calendar.
I like him but you're not concerned that on top of the injury risk he's never been a premium?
had him last year, goes big plenty of handballs but like Oliver Data love him Presents value I am taking him instead of pendles..
THOUGHTS COMMUNITY.
Looking to go parfitt > merrett (been hanging to upgrade parfitt) &
Pickett > McGinnes (that will mean i will have to hold both marchbank & otten this week to cover a donut in the fwd line)
Would moving Houston on for Greenwood be a bad idea I have to move The Nank into the ruck to avoid the Sandi donut I know Greenwood JS should be fine this week with a score 104 you would expect.
Alby, I went Greenwood last week, not likely to go as large this weekend, but he is a tackling machine should see reasonable scores. Wait to see if Houston is a late inclusion – he may still get a game. If not named, go
for it.
Does S.Bolton have job security?
Nope butler coming back this week may not even be named
Danger VC tonight everyone? Maybe Jelwood?
I am going Joel. Danger's average against Port is 96 with a high score of 140, whilst selwood's is 108 with a high score of 160. DOn't take my word for it though – I haven't got a VC right this year..
I've got a good feeling about Jelwood tonight. I think I needed someone else to give me the confidence. I will decide near game time. Cheers Finnius.
Selwood's last three vs Port: 144, 89, 82
Danger's last three vs Port: 137, 121, 119
I'm going Danger, seems as though he is back in form.
As soon as lockout ended Sunday night the VC was transferred back to Danger in a flash after taking the misguided punt on the Bont last Friday. At one stage I thought Danger was set for a double ton so was sweating bullets. Thankfully it was "only" 150 and Pendles came through as C, so no real damage was done ranking wise, but it's not a mistake I'm keen to repeat.
Need to start flicking some Rd 11 rookies to field a full 18. I feel Tom Williamson is the best fit out oh himself, Hannan, Newman, Berry, Barrett?
Williamson is maxed out. Lost cash last week and has a BE just above his 3 rd average
Choose between Williamson, Berry or Barrett. Keep Newman until you're full premo, then maybe upgrade him.
You'd be mad to get rid of Newman at this stage.
Agree with Jez, Say, hello Newman, not goodbye, he could end up a keeper.
Go early on Balic to Greenwood to avoid a donut this week?
I would.
I have Stefan Martin, Sandi, Nank and the Strad. As Nankervis has a bye in round 12, Goldy at this point is about as usefull as t-ts on a bull for me at the moment. (Also has a round 12 bye).
Enter PADDY RYDER….He has had his bye and is perfect for my ruck and forward line strategies over the next 4 weeks or so. Ross is going to rest Sandi till after the byes. I know that prick all to well. He has played 9 straight games and that herculian body of his needs a 4 week break to recover. Sandi OUT AND Ryder in. If butler is not named, I might have to go early on Greenwood to avoid a donut. If Butler is named then Marchbank turns into Rance. Pendles buddy, you are going to have to wait a bit longer before I can get you in. His BE of 105 means his price change should not be too dramatic in any case.
Welcome
if sandi misses this week, he will only play 2 out of the next 4.
Ryder will play 4 out of the next 4.
Trading out McGrath and Stewart for
A premo and McInnes but who should the premo be?
Tossing up between Roberton and Lloyd but any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Both good options. Lloyd for consistency, Roberton for a pod and chance to match it with the big 3. I prefer Roberton. I would wait till after bye if possible
Can M. Hurley maintain current output – or +105 average for the rest of the year?
Trade is C. Marchbank >> J. Lloyd but Hurley suits bye structure…
Thoughts
Want to get people thoughts on trading out Taranto and Mcgrath and bringing in Hibberd and Lloyd or Myers or the other option is bring in Pendles and either Lloyd or Myers. i have 20 trades left and 28k in the bank. Thoughts?
I'd go Pendles and Lloyd. Myers has already had a price rise so no point in paying overs to get him now.
A tad late on Myers ….has already accrued $38K … but probably has another $130k in him. His price is not much different to Stewart … so whilst its late, there is coin to make …However, Lloyd is a lot cheaper and likely to make more coin.
So given neither are keepers I'd go with Lloyd.
What are we doing with Balic?
Has he gotta go or do we think he might come back in soon?
If he's not back next week I'll be moving him on. Planning to go to Bolton if he's still playing
Same. next week he will be traded if there isn't any news of a return.
Can't decide whether to drop him down to McInnes this week or wait another week.
Got 340K in the bank already so don't desperately need to raise cash but McInnes helps my Rd.11 bye carnage.
I could of course trade him up but that would leave me short of cash going into the byes and that's never a good idea.
Like Pieman I'm holding this week and using him to loop either Parsons or SPP as I can switch him between my MID or FWD lines. I may even hold longer than that as he could be useful for flicking players around during the byes or to make DPP trades, although if a promising replacement presents in the next few weeks I'll likely move on that opportunity.
Keep an eye on cunico for the cats tonight SCA
Will do INP. I also see that Will Brodie will make his debut this weekend.
Yes Eric good to see we are getting a steady trickle of debutants. How reliable their JS will be remains to be seen so won't be moving on anyone until they are on the bubble including Greenwood.
Cunico is as big a risk as JOM..
Ballic to Greenwood and
Hampton to Myers with 140K in the bank or Hampton to Scott Selwood??
Myers, Scott isn't going to have 17 tackles every week.
Hampton to Lloyd?
