What does everyone guess they will get this week?

    Don't Blush Baby' · 04/06/2016 at 21:12

    2300 minimum IMO

      Bombers56 · 05/06/2016 at 04:46

      The same 🙂

    Thomas · 04/06/2016 at 21:20

I'll be lucky to hit 2200

    DankMemes · 04/06/2016 at 21:27

at least 2100 im going well 9 played 1133

      Thomas · 04/06/2016 at 21:34

I have 8 played and 730 but that will turn from ok to bad after Hall, Parker, Buddy, Hanners

    NutSack · 08/06/2016 at 00:36

2350-2450 will be par from now on. My projected total is 2350+ last 3 weeks

Northernsoul74 · 04/06/2016 at 21:18

In case anyone missed it on the other thread, I've got it on good authority that Bailey Williams is a late in for the Doggies tomorrow.

    Hazey · 04/06/2016 at 21:22

Wonder if people will get sucked in to getting him in on the bubble only for him to vanish until Rd 23?…

    Don't Blush Baby' · 04/06/2016 at 21:49

Who for ? I hope Dunks is still in ?

      Northernsoul74 · 04/06/2016 at 21:54

      Believe it's Easton Wood.

    johnno2908 · 05/06/2016 at 13:57

    Good call!

Jay · 04/06/2016 at 21:18

Forecast to get 2400. So will probably end up with 2250

Johnny · 04/06/2016 at 21:45

Should have went Tippet over Franklin last week…

Wizz · 04/06/2016 at 22:01

Should I take Davis score of 85 or risk it and take J Smiths score tomorrow.

    Tim · 04/06/2016 at 22:15

    Take Davis fo sure

    Clem · 04/06/2016 at 22:47

definitely Davis, 85 for a rookie is pretty good

      Derek · 04/06/2016 at 23:12

I ended up with Davis, Petracca and Collins all on bench. My loopholes have all played. See how JSmith and McGovern and BSmith do.

winters · 04/06/2016 at 22:20

community to we need to consider trading hall scored 50 tonight and attend 0 centre bounces again his pric will drop to about 440k what are peoples opinions on this

    Nicholas · 04/06/2016 at 22:23

    Hall/wines to Rocky is tempting

    Bolton's Blues · 04/06/2016 at 22:23

interesting one, crapy conditions for tonights game and he can score, if youre in the position to trade you could possibly trade him, but im holding for now

    Jeremy18 · 04/06/2016 at 22:25

    hold

    One Touch Wonder · 04/06/2016 at 22:31

Finally someone has seen the light. To late my friend. Should have jumped from Hall to Zorko weeks ago when I first mentioned my SHRK MOVE.

    Mal · 05/06/2016 at 06:43

Seriously considering hall to dahlhaus next week. Also helps my bye structure

    Leeds17 · 05/06/2016 at 11:15

If you want to trade and don't have any other issues go for it but for me he's proven he can score big, I think the role last night was more to do with soreness and the conditions, I personally think he'll come good after the byes and average 100.

    Blueth · 05/06/2016 at 21:20

He was outstandingly soft against the swans. BUT, he is carrying an injury and i'd hold until after the bye when he gets a rest. Unless you have 0 problems right now.

Jeremy18 · 04/06/2016 at 22:27

went against the captaincy of Danger when his pre-scaled score was 113, so went for ablett, only to see danger was 124 after scaling. If only the score could have come up quicker. ABlett got 117 pre scale so i'm hoping he gets over that. Lukcy i didnt go hannebery at least

    Billo · 05/06/2016 at 04:39

Same here mate. Need Pendles to go large tomorrow.

    Bombers56 · 05/06/2016 at 04:50

I went Hannebery. As you said if I had seen the upscale I would have stayed with Dangerfield

      marcus · 05/06/2016 at 10:24

hanners got 113 so I only missed out on 10 points from loopholing danger

Vinny · 04/06/2016 at 22:29

1503 for 15 played (C) with a few spuddish scores and a donut from Goldy. How is everyone else tracking?
Very impressed with Collins !

    DankMemes · 04/06/2016 at 22:57

1519 off 14 not bad, but most of my good scorers have played hoping for 2100-2200

    Bob · 05/06/2016 at 16:28

Who knows. heraldsun crap website down again.

Alphie · 04/06/2016 at 22:33

Horrible score coming up for Alphie. Currently ranked in the 700's and am currently on 1550 with 5 to play including AMT and Pendles as captain. A donught from goldy, a 30 from Ruggles and a shit all 3 quarters from greene has made this week the toughest week in supercoach for my team

Rocksta · 04/06/2016 at 22:42

1590 from 14, with a lot of good players still to come tmr.
Thus, should get between 2350 and 2400.
Will be my best score of the season.

Nicholas · 04/06/2016 at 23:00

1698 with Wines, Gray, Nic Nat, Libba, Priddis, Laird and Smith. Do you think I can push over 2400 this week and is my score pretty good or not?

    Derek · 04/06/2016 at 23:06

If everything goes well, you are looking at close to 2500

Who did you put C on?

      Nicholas · 04/06/2016 at 23:35

I had captain on Danger. Had a few supbar scores from Franklin, Hall, Martin and Rich but Kerridge, Wells and Selwood were standouts for me leaving my score in a good state

        Derek · 05/06/2016 at 00:00

im on 1330 but only had 12 play. Have Pendles C, Priddis, NicNat, RGray, Wingard, Laird, BSmith, McGovern & JSmith to play.

Had a few duds like Dusty, Rich, Blitz & McVeigh but they all scored 75-80. Happy I kept Rocky.

Have Collins, Petracca & Davis on bench, but great for cash generation.

If all goes well should get around 2400.

          Derek · 05/06/2016 at 00:02

I left out Montagna to play

    Bolton's Blues · 04/06/2016 at 23:23

    nice
im 1738 with Cox (cover for goldy), Sloane, Libba, Dahlhaus, Priddas and Laird left, had the C on danger

@malteasers · 04/06/2016 at 23:04

1727 7 to play. emergency for mills in that 7 also. Team over the past 2-3 weeks is starting to warm up, pity it has taken so long, just need to hold of the trades

Johnny · 05/06/2016 at 00:00

1575 atm with 7 to play. Took the hit with a zero from goldy.
Have laird, dbj, pendles, gray, Montagna, Dahlhaus, Libba to play
Very happy

    Johnny · 05/06/2016 at 00:15

I feel like I am an idiot for holding goldy hes trash

      Derek · 05/06/2016 at 00:21

what is Goldys injury? Will he miss next week?

        Tommo · 05/06/2016 at 18:23

North have said both of Goldy's knees are sore, so sadly, i reckon he may get rested next week.

    Johnny · 05/06/2016 at 00:29

Lol that first "Johnny" comment wasn't me. Feel the Goldy hold was the right move puts me an upgrade ahead.

Think it's just a knock to the knee, plus he's played through soreness last week and hasn't trained for two weeks. Suspect he'll be back next week!

      Johnny · 05/06/2016 at 00:32

Get off my account idiot goldy is trash told ya hed be dropped

      Derek · 05/06/2016 at 00:35

norf have got Cats then Hawks, he will need to be 100% or will struggle against those two.

        Johnny · 05/06/2016 at 00:45

True did average 145 against cats last year and 92 against Hawks. Maybe that's why they rested him

Vinny · 05/06/2016 at 00:17

Worried about Barlow. Scored 104, but all of the fremantle team played well. Ross has chucked him in the middle, but his changed his role again, and that is tagging. He kept Zaharakis to 20 odd points. I'm very worried about this and how it will affect his output.

    Johnny · 05/06/2016 at 00:33

So am I. He played forward, then tagged in the middle and up forward. Definitely isn't in Ross' mid plans

But he's playing for his career every week so may be a keeper

    Johnny · 05/06/2016 at 00:33

He needs to do Ross' wife again so he can get dropped and I have a reason to trade him

      Steve · 05/06/2016 at 00:36

Stop commenting for other people mate, grow up^^

Struggling · 05/06/2016 at 00:32

Did anyone else place Hewett on field?

    Smote · 05/06/2016 at 10:58

    Yep
    I missed the game.
He played the whole game out right?
Maybe he only tries on a dry deck?
Will have a high BE now so he is goneski.

      Rogan · 05/06/2016 at 11:22

Injured early, concussion i think, never got back on the field from what i gather. He'll be right to his bye.

    Steeeve · 05/06/2016 at 18:12

Yep I had him, wish I'd gone Davis. Real shame, his BE was only about 20 so was going to build nice cash until the byes. Now he will carry that low score until the byes, he has to go.

Sarah · 05/06/2016 at 00:36

2300 par this week?

    Ketut · 05/06/2016 at 09:40

Seems to be, although it looks like one of those weeks where there will many big and small scores

    Leeds17 · 05/06/2016 at 11:26

Touch more i think with so many common players doing well, (Wells, Kerridge, Shaw ect)

Northerner · 05/06/2016 at 08:10

Having problems with getting the full team list scores from the Herald Sun website. Keeps showing scores from random points part way through the game even now, well after games are over.

Anyone else having this problem?

Anywhere else you can suggest I can get the results? Footy wire only has Friday night's game.

Thanks

    john · 05/06/2016 at 08:24

Apparently this was a problem yesterday and supercoach paige who post the sc scores at the end of each quarter were unable to do so. Fan Footy site has a match day scoring sheet which covers SC, Dream team and one of the other betting ones. Jock / Higgo you might want to get them a feed for Coach Kings as its not in their table. A bit of cross promotion never hurts :-).

Points were pretty accurate. e.g Tippa said 77 by end of game and now he finished with 80 so seems to be a few points out but enough to give you a good indication for captains loophole etc and you dont have to pay for Gold to get it. 🙂

    Kev · 05/06/2016 at 08:25

    Fanfooty

    Ahfeel Sikdahl · 05/06/2016 at 12:07

    fan footy mate

    Beezneez · 05/06/2016 at 16:26

Been a problem all weekend – very frustrating – now looks like Supercoach site has decided to shit itself as well.

john · 05/06/2016 at 08:25

Sitting at 1964 with 4 good players left to play so hopeful of 2400+ this week.

Tommo09 · 05/06/2016 at 08:26

1373 with Pendles C, Priddis, Laird, DBJ, Libba, Adams, Naitanui left
Was projected to get 2383 but with Goldys donut and some poor scores I will be lucky to hit 2200 now

Neverweaken · 05/06/2016 at 08:30

Was Zaharakis injured or just tagged. 1403 with 9 to play. Zaharakis, Hall, Martin and Docherty spudded for me. Danger as captain. Doc Martin I can handle. Rage trading the others all week I think. Or my Rookies Hewett and Brown

    Kev · 05/06/2016 at 09:18

    Tagged.

    Don't trade Doch!

      Neverweaken · 05/06/2016 at 09:28

That's Doc and Martin 🙂 Very happy with doc this year. Had him since the start. And have Simpson too. If one fails the other steps up.
Is Ross Lyon just coaching to screw supercoach players. Drops Barlow then when he plays uses him as a tagger. Poor for Barlow and whoever is tagged.
Does Ross have a team in supercoach 🙂

    Moustachio · 05/06/2016 at 11:51

Doc will not keep up recent scoring, expect 95 av from defenders so there will be games like this

    CoachDamo · 05/06/2016 at 12:57

Tagged by Barlow – he was really poor though. Doesn't handle a tag well. He was looking for a quick handball out the back rather than going in hard and winning the ball.

Jay · 05/06/2016 at 08:40

Tom Rockliff
Burn me once, shame on him.
Burn me twice, shame on me.
Rocky will never burn me again.

Anyone considering picking him up cheaply soon?

    Tommo09 · 05/06/2016 at 08:41

    Definitely

    Kev · 05/06/2016 at 09:16

Nah. Love him but needs to play out the season

    I N Pieman · 05/06/2016 at 11:13

I have BenKen just sitting there patiently awaiting execution. Rocky will be pulling the lever

    The Ranger · 05/06/2016 at 11:32

He's burnt me so many times Jay but you just can't ignore a bloke who can knock out scores like that.
When he's up and about you've gotta have him.

    Moustachio · 05/06/2016 at 11:52

Yep, but I will likely pay the extra 40k or so to wait one more round, consider it insurance that he doesn't bust a knee or something going out for a smoke

    randomcliche · 05/06/2016 at 12:19

I held….nearly put the VC on him this week…. #ifonly

    uDonkey · 05/06/2016 at 12:39

Seems to me a lot of people will be chasing score this week on Rocky. Good luck to all who will trade him in this week.

    Steeeve · 05/06/2016 at 18:14

Nope. Because I held him. Gun.

    NutSack · 08/06/2016 at 00:40

only an idiot would take IN rocky… he is fantasy irrelevant… the glass cannon is as durable as a lightbulb in a cement mixer.

PS LOL to those fools who trade him when he injures himself in the next month….LOL

hedski · 05/06/2016 at 08:41

1720 with danger cap. Got Libba Adams Priddis Smith Chad and Gray to come.
Zaha and Hall were scheizenhousin

Neverweaken · 05/06/2016 at 08:44

Collins definitely on the bubble. Soon to be owned by 100% of teams

    Steeeve · 05/06/2016 at 18:15

Looking at Mitch Brown to Collins and Hewett to ??? next week

Bolton's Blues · 05/06/2016 at 08:55

I pumped up Collins so much last week after watching his first game, absolute beauty last night… to bad i picked Byrne over him

    Neverweaken · 05/06/2016 at 09:32

Next week Collins and following week Jansen

      Beezneez · 05/06/2016 at 16:18

      Ditto

      Steeeve · 05/06/2016 at 18:15

      Jansen mid only?
      I'll probably prefer Trengove.

MooseLove · 05/06/2016 at 09:47

Just booked an appointment with my tailor. Busted the front seam on my trackies after seeing Rocky's score last night.

Ethan · 05/06/2016 at 09:50

Sitting on 1526 with 9 to play how's that looking this round, am I on track for a 2300 score?

    Tophawk · 05/06/2016 at 09:57

Not too shabby. You should crack 2300 comfortably from there. Cheers

Tophawk · 05/06/2016 at 09:51

Got rid of Aaron Hall two weeks ago. I had a feeling his output was on the wane then. Patchy against West Coast with a shoulder niggle and then very ordinary last night vs the Swannies. Switched him for Montagna. Hopefully will continue to bear fruit. I am on 1573 with DBJ, Robbie Gray, Laird, Adams, Priddis, Libba, Nic Nat, Montagna and Wingard to play. 7/9 are premos so with a bit of luck I could nudge 2500.

Sam Collins is a bloody ripper! I will find a little spot for him in my backline this week.

Welcome

    One Touch Wonder · 05/06/2016 at 12:20

You must have listened to me.

    Beezneez · 05/06/2016 at 16:25

Aaron Hall DE 63%. Toby Green 8 frees against – one is going next week or two to get D Wells back in my team (originally traded for Pendles so not a great loss in the meantime – still have twenty trades and sitting inside top 800. Thinking Collins next week and replace a rookie (Hewett) for Rocky back in. Would have had Jansen in my original team but have been waiting for him to be named. – bubble trade in.

Don't Blush Baby' · 05/06/2016 at 09:56

Brown out for Collins will be a popular trade next week

Cliffy · 05/06/2016 at 10:04

Take Danger's 124 as VC guys? Had Pendles with the C as the risk option, and whilst you'd think Pendles would go alright given his current form tomorrow I feel like there is more to lose than gain from risking Danger's score

What do you reckon community?

    Cliffy · 05/06/2016 at 10:05

    *current form today

      marcus · 05/06/2016 at 10:32

I'm in the same boat mate think I might just take dangers score

    MaccasMarvels · 05/06/2016 at 10:43

I was in the same boat last night and had Grimley as my loophole. Saw Danger had scored 116 which was a No, and I knew there would be scaling but didn't think he'd go up to 124. I missed the boat there. Last week I loopholed Hanners 126 so if I had have seen the 124 I think I would have locked that in.

Pendles should score well, should get close to 124, so I didn't lose any sleep over missing Dangers score. Pendles could go big and get 140. He could also cop a run-with role from Ebert today.

Risk v reward Cliffy…….. go with your gut feeling. And don't worry whatever the outcome is. Tis a marathon this game.

    Ketut · 05/06/2016 at 10:45

I'd take it at the best of the times but wet weather football no way I'd risk it. 130 has been considered a par score for a VC in the last few years but now that Gaz is back to being a mortal I feel that's dropped to 120.

Tommo09 · 05/06/2016 at 10:22

Def: Shaw, Adams, Docherty, Laird, Tippa, DBJ, (Brown, Byrne)
Mid: Danger, GAJ, Parker, Pendles, Hannebery, Libba, Priddis, Hopper (Keays, Smith, McPherson)
Ruc: Goldy, NicNat (Grimley)
Fwd: Martin, Franklin, Barlow, Hall, Wells, Kerridge (Kennedy, Petracca)

How do I get Rocky next week?
Planned to get this before this week and everyone laughed at me
Do I get rid of Libba or go early on Keays?
Thanks

    Nigel · 05/06/2016 at 10:41

Rocky and Collins this week are proof that you have to back your gut and not listen to what others are saying. I got laughed at for picking Collins b4 his first game (even though there were zero bubble boys that week) but very happy with his 100 last night that I wouldn't have got if i played it by the rulebook.
That's why you do a pre season; To identify the key rookies before they have played. He ticked every box. Welcome!

      Kev · 05/06/2016 at 11:50

For every Collins you get a Williams, who was dropped after 2 games, or Mathieson, or Lee, or Tucker. Congrats that your risk paid off, but the community wasn't "laughing" at you, having a rookie stuck on your pine not generating cash is a wasted trade

        Nigel · 05/06/2016 at 13:32

Again, that's why you do a pre season to identify the key rookies, like a matured aged Collins (drafted to replace McPharlin) from the Williams, Tuckers & Mathiesons (all 18) and the Lees (a spud who hasn't made it yet and won't)
        Welcome.

    Tommo09 · 05/06/2016 at 11:51

    How do I get rocky

      Nigel · 05/06/2016 at 13:34

See how Smith goes today, if he scores 65 or less trade him to Rocky.
Cash generation is easy, trade Kennedy or Brown to Collins

min0008 · 05/06/2016 at 10:41

I am on 1712/16 with Ablett C. Got Pendlebury, Smith, Gray, Libba, Nic Nat and Laird left. How am I looking?

    Tim · 05/06/2016 at 11:07

I think this is par for the week

    I N Pieman · 05/06/2016 at 11:15

Very nicely placed for a 2300+ score

oldmate65 · 05/06/2016 at 11:18

David Zaharakis fml

tuxCS · 05/06/2016 at 11:28

Finally I'm nor upset with my team when I wake up on a Sunday. 1850 from 16 played with Neale as captain, R. Gray, Pendles, Naitanui, Libba, Laird and Adams yet to play. Looking at a score of (hopefully) 2350+ might even break the 2400 barrier for the first time this season if I'm lucky.

I N Pieman · 05/06/2016 at 11:37

At 9 tonight rocky will be involved in a trade I'm my team for probably the 10th time in the last 2 seasons. It's not what if You trade in Rocky. It's what if you don't!

    Kev · 05/06/2016 at 11:45

I just can't convince myself to do it, INP. The arousing memories of his 2014 season have been replaced by using multiple trades on him. Will be around 490k after yesterdays effort, if he can back it up next week against Freo (and he should be able to!) I'll have another look

      I N Pieman · 05/06/2016 at 12:00

Not sure how many trades I spent on Slaone & rocky last season Kev. Tonight I'll have them both back. They owe me! Cmon Kev come back for some more

        Kev · 05/06/2016 at 13:12

        Haha. Don't tempt me pieman!

          I N Pieman · 05/06/2016 at 13:29

Come on Kev. We've been in the trenches before mate

Jordan · 05/06/2016 at 11:58

Hi could someone please tell me pendles and sidebottoms averages against port Adelaide…… Also sloanes average against saints???? I need to put the C on one of these guys

    Bolton's Blues · 05/06/2016 at 13:07

Pendles 111 avg, high score of 134, lowest score was 80 (played 10 times)
sidebotoom 88 avg, high score of 130, lowest score was 56 (played 8 times)
Sloane avg 92, high score of 141, lowest score was 29 (played 7 times)

but yes, Supercoach gold is good

Tommo09 · 05/06/2016 at 12:00

Other than Collins is there anyone else to downgrade to next week?

    Neverweaken · 05/06/2016 at 12:12

Maybe Jansen but has only played one week. Scored 100

      I N Pieman · 05/06/2016 at 12:34

Might go early on Jansen if hewett plays. His 11 spells the end for him. Need the cash for rocky

        Neverweaken · 05/06/2016 at 12:53

Hewett BE was only 22 so won't lose much. I have Oliver so he might go. Or rage trade Zaha!
Brown goes, Tippa to the forward line and in comes Collins.
Of course Ross may rest Collins next week and play Barlow in defence

          I N Pieman · 05/06/2016 at 14:49

Barlow was best on ground yesterday. Will be dropped this week. Colins back to WAFL probably as well

        Steeeve · 05/06/2016 at 18:18

Yep only reason to hold Hewett will be if he doesn't play.

    Derek · 05/06/2016 at 15:13

im thinking Maitherson will get a game next week. Was the lions best in the seconds this week.

Keep eye on Phillips for pies. Should get game soon Mid/Fwd

dustbn feltchers · 05/06/2016 at 12:10

worth getting supercoach gold buddy, for $20 its a must…u can see their last 3 games against opposition

    Kev · 05/06/2016 at 13:10

Plenty of sites out there you can use without coughing up a $20. I use fanfooty. Search for a player and go to supercoach scores by opponents

uDonkey · 05/06/2016 at 12:23

Almost every week i have decent score on sunday morning , come end of the day only scores 2000-2100. This week it's looking real healthy, 1493 from 13 still have these guys to play; Wingard, Gray, Priddis, Dalhaus, Libba, Adams, Nic-Nat, Laird and Cox.

Wonder if i am gonna get a real decent score of 2300+ for the first time this season. Team is almost fully lock with Adams, Petracca and Kerridge are the only playing Rookies in my line-up. Still have 16 trades in hand.

    Tophawk · 05/06/2016 at 13:08

You will get to 2300 this week mate! I would classify Cox as a playing rookie on top of those other 3 you mentioned. Cheers

      Bolton's Blues · 05/06/2016 at 13:23

Im pretty sure most Coaches starting cox this week is to cover Goldy

      uDonkey · 05/06/2016 at 13:31

Cheers mate. Cox is a bench cover for Goldy not a playing Rookie.

CoachDamo · 05/06/2016 at 12:46

Have seriously been considering going Ollie Wines to Robbie Gray today. However, Zaharakis' terrible performance might have saved Ollie – may need to get rid of Zaka next week instead!

    Don't Blush Baby' · 05/06/2016 at 14:24

Ollies back Damo – 58 pts to 1/2 time

      CoachDamo · 05/06/2016 at 14:32

I decided to hold – figured the wet weather would suit him.

        HOLLA · 05/06/2016 at 14:33

Was gonna go wines to gray aswell. I hope he is back. Been poor yet 11 rounds in and he is still in my team

Mick · 05/06/2016 at 13:06

Triple m reporting a big name bulldog will be a late out… Very early and haven't stated a name as of yet
Just a heads up community

    Mac · 05/06/2016 at 13:25

    Easton Wood I believe

Josh · 05/06/2016 at 13:33

Hi all, not sure of the ruling on this one, but if I swap M.Adams (currently on field) with B.Williams (currently sub), will i get the score of S.Collins who I had the emergency on?
Thanks
Josh

    Abel · 05/06/2016 at 13:50

You will unless Williams gets a game

    Mac · 05/06/2016 at 14:09

No, WIlliams is a late inclusion. Don't play him leave Adams on

Don't Blush Baby' · 05/06/2016 at 14:17

Nothernsoul17s mail last night was correct about Easton Wood being a late out

    Derek · 05/06/2016 at 14:30

mcGover WCE late out. Was hoping it was the Adelaide brother so I got petraccas score

HOLLA · 05/06/2016 at 14:35

Anyone watching the pies v port game? Sandy has called port adaelaide instead of collingwood 3 times to half time. Could go big here.

Tophawk · 05/06/2016 at 14:45

That spastic Cloke is stuffing up the Pie's structures/ chances again. Its time to put him in the paddock permanently Bucks. Absolutely farking useless.

    HOLLA · 05/06/2016 at 15:06

    Put cox in the paddock

      I N Pieman · 05/06/2016 at 16:43

Pies were way to top heavy for those conditions. Cox was good. Cloke has no confidence. He's done

        Moustachio · 06/06/2016 at 08:49

Been saying this for years. Pies plan with Cloke defaults to… kick it to double or triple teamed Cloke and ignore better options

Johnny · 05/06/2016 at 15:06

Do we have to consider Hall to Wingard this week gosh he looks good

    Don't Blush Baby' · 05/06/2016 at 15:13

I got him this week for Kennedy ,84 pts at 3/4 time

      Tophawk · 05/06/2016 at 15:20

So did I…..absolute bloody bargain at 415k. Should tonne up again. Very pleased.

Cameron · 05/06/2016 at 15:28

anyone else having issues with fan footy now?

    I N Pieman · 05/06/2016 at 15:33

    Everything has crashed

Neverweaken · 05/06/2016 at 15:32

Supercoach points vanished from fan footy

    Yeah
That has happened to me too

    Ghost Busters · 05/06/2016 at 15:57

    who you going to call?

Westy · 05/06/2016 at 15:37

So did anyone have the guts to give rocky the big C?

Neverweaken · 05/06/2016 at 15:44

Not just live scores but the supercoach site won't load for me now.

    Redgumwon · 05/06/2016 at 15:50

Same here. Herald Sun has been more than average all weekend

poloko48 · 05/06/2016 at 15:54

FFS I actually pay for live scores from HS and they can't provide me with the service, and they prevent others from showing them as well! Lift your game HS or lose me as a customer!

    HS Spokesperson · 05/06/2016 at 16:57

We are currently doing our upmost to fix the issue right now. I'm sure that you can understand that due to the current situation on the entire East Coast it is with difficulties. If you want to be with us for the good times then I'm afraid you must persist with us through the difficult ones.

    Yours sincerely,
    HS Spokesperson

      wombatsfc · 05/06/2016 at 17:53

What's this good times bad times rubbish? Even HS aren't so arrogant as to unload 20cent marketing degree rubbish like that. The money we paid is 100% functional 100% of the time. HS have an obligation to provide the services that they sold, if they can't they are legally required to provide refunds.
HS problems with the third world communications infrastructure provided by telstra are not the problems of the HS customer, a good ebusiness includes contingency strategies for server outages not dopey excuses.

        Hymie · 05/06/2016 at 18:48

        Brillant retort.

        HS Spokesperson · 05/06/2016 at 19:56

We understand and share your frustration but unfortunately the matter was out of our hands. We've been working tirelessly (on a Sunday) to get this matter resolved. Once resolved we trust that you will enjoy using our services once again

        Yours sincerely,
        HS Spokesperson

          50_Shades · 05/06/2016 at 20:02

While you're at it, fix Laird's score!
          30 possessions and 8 marks – 1 clanger – surely that can't be a 74?

Neverweaken · 05/06/2016 at 15:56

Is Kennedy playing?

    Neverweaken · 05/06/2016 at 16:01

Apparently yes. Damn. Would take petraccas score. If I could check he was emergency. If I could get on the site.
Pendles DT 133 Treloar 100. How would that translate to SC

Richard · 05/06/2016 at 15:59

afl site crashed now ?

    Millenium Bug · 05/06/2016 at 16:03

sorry i took a while but im here now

Pman35 · 05/06/2016 at 16:04

Is anyone having troubles accessing SC site? I can't access it via my laptop or phone app? Live scoring hasn't worked all weekend but now I have zero access altogether. Anyone else? Crap service to say the least considering I have a HS subscription!

    Redgumwon · 05/06/2016 at 16:07

Same here I still can't access it and I have a subscription as well

Tophawk · 05/06/2016 at 16:07

Herald Sun about as good as Telstra when it get's to outages. Scheizenhausen.

Redgumwon · 05/06/2016 at 16:10

It'd be nice if the HS could at least put up a statement to explain the outage of score all weekend and why now the whole site has crashed for this long

Nicholas · 05/06/2016 at 16:19

Might be time to go Libba to Rocky this week. Also dunkley is really leaving a bad taste in my mouth after I got rid of him a while back

    hedski · 05/06/2016 at 20:57

    Libba bloody gun

    NutSack · 08/06/2016 at 00:42

hahahaha libba to rocky!!! Rocky? you taking the p155?? how many games has he played in the last 3 years??? LOL

Billioux · 05/06/2016 at 16:46

Tough question i know with everything crashed, however par score. 2200?

    Bolton's Blues · 05/06/2016 at 16:54

i was 1800 with Libba, Priddas, Sloane, Dahl and Laird left, hopefully i can beat 2200

dognino · 05/06/2016 at 16:57

Was projected for over 2300, but I did C loophole to take dangers score using B. Williams as the non player. Haven't been able to log in since the late change, so now stuck with a spud C score. The new layout of the site , and the app in general this year have been enough to turn me off super coach, this is pretty much the final nail. Not lookin at it for the rest of the year .

    PDAP · 05/06/2016 at 17:02

Don't be such a sook. Most of us have bad luck stories over the years. Take a deep breath and prepare for another SC week. Finally, it is only a game, if that is not the case you are taking it far too seriously.

      Dognino · 05/06/2016 at 17:10

It's the service they fail to provide. The app is clunky, takes 10mins to do a trade, thats when it's not signing me out and making me sign back in ang go through the tutorial again. And the website has been shit all year. Don't have any issues with any other websites, and when I pay for a subscription , I don't expect shit service.

        Neverweaken · 05/06/2016 at 17:19

Don't like their site this year. Why change it from last years. Much slower and harder to use

        Northernsoul74 · 05/06/2016 at 22:07

Mines fine. Clearly your wifi or mobile plan is the issue.

        Leeds17 · 06/06/2016 at 06:02

Look you were unlucky but have to remember that this is a genuine risk when you do the captain loophole especially when the player is an emergency.

Telstra Rep · 05/06/2016 at 17:08

Data Centre in Sydney down effecting almost 60% of Australian websites.

Those angry at SC or Herald Sun pull your head in. Completely outside of their control, these things just happen.

    Redgumwon · 05/06/2016 at 17:12

I have no problem if there are technical issues. But may the HS could possible let their loyal paying customers in the loop about their technical problems. That might be nice of them? They can still update other things on their site

      Telstra Rep · 05/06/2016 at 17:25

I agree, although my guess is as it's a Sunday afternoon they are running a skeleton staff and it takes time to pull a statement together from the right people.

    Sodapop · 05/06/2016 at 17:13

True. And AFL fantasy is also out. Patience is a virtue

    poloko48 · 05/06/2016 at 17:14

So there's no backup in place? You're either talking crap or you're just another Telstra puppet talking crap. Don't tell me to pull my head in, I along with many others pay for this "service" and as such are entitled to be st least slightly annoyed when this service isn't provided, regardless of cause. And they say cloud is the future, what a joke.

      Telstra Rep · 05/06/2016 at 17:24

If the roads flooded and were unusable would you blame your car manufacturer just because you paid them for the car?

      I wouldn't have thought so.

        poloko48 · 05/06/2016 at 17:40

        Ridiculous analogy, typical Telstra speak.

        Dogs · 05/06/2016 at 17:42

Probly shouldn't talk to customers like that as a Telstra rep. Now I want to cancel my Telstra accounts too

        Daz · 05/06/2016 at 18:10

that depends, have you entered the flood or are you still thinking about it

    JB_Tank · 05/06/2016 at 18:04

It's Amazon Web Services that is down. Holds all the data in the cloud for the majority of websites. Sites can't function when they can't access the data. No real way to have a backup.

    hedski · 05/06/2016 at 20:48

    Bring on the zombies.
Where's ol mate Rick he'll clean em up.

Rubyrose · 05/06/2016 at 17:15

Fan footy has SC scores back up
Pendles 125 Treloar 89.

Pman35 · 05/06/2016 at 17:29

Barring injury, Wells is a keeper and sucked in if you didn't keep him as he got 100 and 130 odd in his first games back from injury. Trading him early was a foolish move.

Bolton's Blues · 05/06/2016 at 17:34

You traded Wells and Kerridge didnt you? its okay, we dont judge here

    Harry · 05/06/2016 at 18:07

Don't respond to him. Clearly another troll just trying to rile people

Bolton's Blues · 05/06/2016 at 17:34

Rory Laird must be butchering the ball, 11 touches for 18 point? i dont expect 50 but atleast 30odd by now

Davonaise · 05/06/2016 at 17:49

Haha nope Laird 16 touches now at 81% for a stinky 23 pts
Vs B.Smith 13 touches at 53% for 41 pts

I have no clue what is going today but this is a farce and then the sc scores constantly crashing today on all sites.
I have nearly had enough of it for the last couple of years.
I am calling it now, sc data is rigged

My way of thinking is that who is to question B.Smish hitting rock bottom price only 2 weeks ago and then he gets pts like this

    Bolton's Blues · 05/06/2016 at 17:57

Champion Data doesnt want me to get 2300

Maxy's Marvels · 05/06/2016 at 17:58

2334 for me. How are others travelling?

Redgumwon · 05/06/2016 at 18:00

2281 so far for me

    Neverweaken · 05/06/2016 at 18:21

    Have you manually calculated it.
    SC still down for me

      Redgumwon · 05/06/2016 at 19:35

It came back up before I posted the score here

Connor · 05/06/2016 at 18:05

Can someone explain how 17 disposals at 83% nets 35 odd SC points?

    Harry · 05/06/2016 at 18:11

The champion data guy scoring the game doesn't have the player in his SC team. Or he's given away 8 free kicks

      Davonaise · 05/06/2016 at 18:19

Don't know mate but I know I won't be back again to play when shit like this is happening and forgotten a week later.

        Yoyo · 05/06/2016 at 19:15

        Another sook. Get a life.

          Davonaise · 05/06/2016 at 19:26

I thumbs up your comment mate, well done
I guess that for me to have a life I just pretend to enjoy dodgy sc scores and pretend that sc is something I have to do every year you fkn nob head

Harry · 05/06/2016 at 18:09

On another note, I came within a whisker of trading out Libba this week. Thank god I managed to keep my sanity and keep him. Have plenty of other problems, namely Zaha (who can't cop a tag) and Hall. Luckily Deledio and Dalhaus not amazing this week so both viable upgrade options in the next couple of weeks

Bolton's Blues · 05/06/2016 at 18:11

Sorry guys, Dahlhaus had a stinker because i traded him in this week, my bad

    Redgumwon · 05/06/2016 at 19:33

    me too

The Ranger · 05/06/2016 at 18:17

Just watched the Dogs game, jeez that's some midfield they're building down there.
Libba, Macrae, Wallis, Hunter, the Bont….pretty impressive unit.
Might just take all of them next year!

Davonaise · 05/06/2016 at 18:23

10 mins into the 3rd B.Smith 18 touches 50% 58 pts R.Laird 19 touches 89% 38 pts
Talking point of the round me thinks

Neverweaken · 05/06/2016 at 18:29

Looks like 2234 for me. Boyd Suckling Libba awesome. Even Adams ok.
NicNat average and Kennedy spudded big time.
Thinking that will still be an ok score. Not top 1 or 2 % but at least top 5%

    Tommo · 05/06/2016 at 21:22

I hope you are right, but i don't agree, plenty of big scores this week, can see that being top 10%

      Neverweaken · 05/06/2016 at 21:33

Fair enough. Wish Supercoach would tick over. Grrrr

Neverweaken · 05/06/2016 at 18:31

Will rage trade Zaha to Rocky and Hall to Wells all week before being sensible.

    breakevens · 05/06/2016 at 18:55

    Didn't start with Wells??

      Neverweaken · 05/06/2016 at 18:58

        Beagz · 05/06/2016 at 19:11

It was the right move. Just hold strong.

poloko48 · 05/06/2016 at 18:35

Anyone else still having issues with the SC mobile app?

Nicholas · 05/06/2016 at 18:39

2186 with Laird and Smith to go. Was looking at a score of 2450 until Nic Nat, Gray and now the 2 adelaide boys starting scoring poorly

Johnny · 05/06/2016 at 18:43

Happy with the hold of Goldy now!!
Goldy and gray got me 95 points
Smith and nicnat would of got me 135

What did Libba score 😐

    breakevens · 05/06/2016 at 18:52

    Bolton's Blues · 05/06/2016 at 18:53

    120

Richard · 05/06/2016 at 18:47

What bright spark thought of changing superfooty live hq.Absolute joke if they leave it like this

Beagz · 05/06/2016 at 18:52

Would have to agree. Wells was a good choice due to price. The price was due to his injuries, injuries which have already flared up this season. He won't play more than 5 or 6 games for the rest of the season. Therefore not a keeper.

If you held him then you may as well keep holding,if you bring him in now however prepare to be burnt.

    Boltons blues · 05/06/2016 at 19:28

For real? He missed 2 games for an injury that was unrelated to his previous injury

      Beagz · 06/06/2016 at 11:00

Missed one with a corked thigh and the second with Achilles sorness which is what kept him out of playing last year. Very concerning for a 31 year old.

If he was a few years younger I wouldn't hesitate. But with a likely finals series for North, He'll be rested before the end of the season.

breakevens · 05/06/2016 at 18:54

We hold Rory Laird for 4 weeks and he rewards us with this rubbish
Disgraceful 61points

    Johnny · 05/06/2016 at 18:56

His got robbed 22/25 possessions effective, 7 score involvements 2 clangers

    tuxCS · 05/06/2016 at 19:09

He's played a fantastic game running off half back, it's just that champion data don't seem to want to reward him.

      Don't Blush Baby' · 05/06/2016 at 19:13

I have him also, but 11kicks & 19 handballs – handballs is the issue and thats why R.Gray doesn't go big because of his kicks to handball ratio

tuxCS · 05/06/2016 at 18:57

Im looking at my first score of 2400+ this week, hopefully Laird's scores are amended because there is absolutely no way his score is so low in comparison to his stats. Still, very happy coach over at Scorpions V.

    Johnny · 05/06/2016 at 19:07

    Yeah absolutely robbed!!

    Tophawk · 05/06/2016 at 19:08

I agree. Laird has already racked up 30+ disposals at 80% odd efficiency. Should AT LEAST end up with 95-105

    Tophawk · 05/06/2016 at 19:22

I dont think I will quite get to 2400 like you tux. I am 2235 and waiting on the final scores for Laird and Montagna. Montagna was shocking today. My guess is around 2350. Do you know what their final scores were?

      tuxCS · 05/06/2016 at 19:25

Prior to potential scaling, Montagna has 43, and Laird has 71. I'm pretty sure par this week is about 2200, so thats a good score Tophawk 🙂

      Derek · 05/06/2016 at 19:31

      Looking good

    Blueth · 05/06/2016 at 20:22

isn't this an objective statistical process. Can some expert explain how a player with 30 touches (5 cont, 25 uncut) at 84%eff. No FA's. 2 Clangers for 74 points.

      Shake n bake · 05/06/2016 at 20:45

      explain his score.

I N Pieman · 05/06/2016 at 19:15

Leigh Montagna. You are a disgrace. You should have brought your camera & taken Tourist pics of Adelaide. Footballers don't get any softer

    Derek · 05/06/2016 at 19:23

i was going well until I finished with NicNat, McGovern and Montagna.

My three lowest scores of the round

      tuxCS · 05/06/2016 at 19:26

      final score Derek?

        Derek · 05/06/2016 at 19:55

2291. Disappointed with that, thought I'd go 2400+ until the last two games.

Had Collins, Davis and Petracca on bench.

Team starting to look good, lowest score for last 3 weeks

      Tophawk · 05/06/2016 at 19:27

I am filthy with Montagna. The pr!ck cost me a 2400 score this week. I bet he didnt even crack 50 tonight.

Derek · 05/06/2016 at 19:29

I have a very difficult decision to make. Choose between Selwood, Hanners or Sloane as my last midfield place.

    Redgumwon · 05/06/2016 at 19:32

Selwood could be back again. Hanners a gun and you have JPK already. Sloane doesn't look like he will punch out the big scores as often as Selwood or Hanners? I think you're selection is now down to two

    Boltons blues · 05/06/2016 at 19:40

I got Sloane in my team, only in 6% of teams.
Can belt out 140s like tonight, or can have a 50

Hanners is consistent and Selwood would've bottomed out now

    Harry · 05/06/2016 at 19:43

    Can't go past hanners

    Luviboy1 · 05/06/2016 at 19:52

Hanners looks to be the most consistent out of these three. Yet to go under 100 this season which is insane. Hard to believe he can score week in week out with such a stacked Sydney midfield as well.

      Derek · 05/06/2016 at 20:00

Leaning towards Hanners, most expensive though.

Sloane is POD and I love Crows draw for rest of year. Worse bye round for me.

Selwood is SC royalty and his history deserves him to be top 8 midfielder. Price very appealing

        Derek · 05/06/2016 at 20:09

I can get Selwood this week, Sloane and hammers next week, Sloane will be after his round 13 bye

          Luviboy1 · 05/06/2016 at 20:27

If Selwood really has returned from his 3 week hiatus, he seems like a no brainer at 500k or so.

            azza · 05/06/2016 at 21:06

selwood was quite average for the first 3 quarters, seems teams are opting to tag him instead of danger

    Dean · 05/06/2016 at 20:49

Hanners no brainer in my opinion.

    hedski · 05/06/2016 at 21:18

    Jelwood. Cheap.

    Danners · 05/06/2016 at 21:25

For you, you would need Hannebery to get up the rankings

      Derek · 05/06/2016 at 22:32

Never had Hanners in my team.

Choppy · 05/06/2016 at 19:30

Have got to the point where i had only 2 rookies on field this week, but will struggle to get even 2200. Nicnat, laird, montagna, docherty, dusty, hall….take a good hard look at yourselves

Boltons blues · 05/06/2016 at 19:37

2318 this weekend, should be above par and climb some ranks.
Highs –
Sloane
Kerridge
Libba
Shaw
Danger (C)

Lows –
Byrne
Docherty
Like Dahl – trust him to fluff it when I bring him in

    Derek · 05/06/2016 at 20:03

    That pretty good.

Saw plenty of scores around 2250

      I N Pieman · 05/06/2016 at 20:17

That is a good score. Had a 2270 with a donut. Rank has dropped from 800 to 1950 in last 2 weeks. Expecting that to worsen shortly. Montagna & Hall. Jesus

    Boltons blues · 05/06/2016 at 21:25

    Thanks guys
Only issue I can see with my team, is cash generation, I only had 3 rookies playing and can't fight cash to upgrade them
I've got Byrne (spud weekend) Kerridge and AMT/petracca, but only 14k in the bank
My bench players are Ruggles, Collins, Davis, Dunkley, cox, AMT/petracca and grimley
I can double down grade next week Davis and Dunkley to Trengove and Jansen, but that isn't great cash wise and will fetch me about 200k, not a great amount of cash

Moustachio · 05/06/2016 at 19:38

The salt is strong with this one. Will be keeping Wells all season bar injury.

Luviboy1 · 05/06/2016 at 19:47

My goodness. 2219 for me this week, with a big fat 0 on field. More villains then heroes on the park with Hall, Smith, DBJ, Laird (absolutely robbed) and Joey. Currently ranked 4223, what sort of drop am I looking at?

    I N Pieman · 05/06/2016 at 20:19

Not too much mate. Not many over 2400. You'll probably stay about the same

    yelad · 05/06/2016 at 20:46

you cant be ranked 4223 cos thats my rank (last week)

      Luviboy1 · 05/06/2016 at 21:28

Can assure you I am ranked 4223 hahah. Very coincidental but I have seen some other cases where people are ranked the same.

Here just in case you dont believe me 😉 http://tinypic.com/r/2e4eltz/9

Blueth · 05/06/2016 at 20:10

Is it just me or is the forward line a total nightmare?
Dusty, Hall, Dahlhaus, Greene, JJK, Montagna, Franklin….Zork and Lids not setting the world on fire.

I wanna sure up the FWD line but so much inconsistency out there….
Any suggestions?

    Dave · 05/06/2016 at 21:06

Wouldn't exactly be fussed with Zorko considering his 97 this week was his lowest score this season..

    Danners · 05/06/2016 at 21:25

Must have high expectations with Zorko. No one has gone 21/22 games in one season with 100s

    Moustachio · 06/06/2016 at 11:23

Zerrett and the Hoff are both in great form and reasonably underpriced. Zerrett will continue to average about 105 regardless of how crap Essendon play (unlike Zaharakis). Zerrett with the DPP also is very handy.

Franklin had one bad round playing Under the Sea and will be a great pickup after his R14 bye.

I am writing Hall off for the year, and retiring Montagna before he breaks a hip.

Rocksta · 05/06/2016 at 20:10

2332. Not a bad week.
Managed to avoid the pitfalls this week……….first time in a while.
I'm also bewildered by Laird's 74 from 30 touches, but he must have been a bit rusty after missing 4 weeks. Either that or he's really upset somebody at Champion Data. I must say that from what I saw of the game, his disposal looked okay to me.

    hedski · 05/06/2016 at 20:36

Hopefully scores a bit shit like that next couple. Bang

Tophawk · 05/06/2016 at 20:12

Score of 2354 after my first absolute howler this year. Got distracted on Friday night when choosing C and my VC. I meant to put the VC on Dusty and the C on Pendles……But yes I had them the wrong way around after squabbling with the missus. By the time I had realised, the little lock was on dusty….I was like ohh sheit, please Dusty get me a good score as captain!!! But he ended up with 74 and so a 148 captain's score was locked.

Thought my round was stuffed, but somehow still managed a decent total. Just goes to show, never let the wife get in the way of Supercoach!

She thinks I am in a good mood tonite…..But what she doesnt know is how lucky she is!!!

Cheers community.

    Tophawk · 05/06/2016 at 20:13

    * C on Danger

    hedski · 05/06/2016 at 20:31

    Lesson learnt thawk.
Never listen or argue with the handbrake.
    You will never win.
(Unless you have one of those blow up Jelwood dolls in the corner, if ya do make her look at it then sneak up behind and BANG)
    WELCOME.
Scored the old double Jordan (2323)
    Glug.

      Tophawk · 05/06/2016 at 20:48

      Hahahaha.

I knew I should have put the C on Jelwood this week.

Then wife be very happyyyy WITH ME!!!

    I N Pieman · 05/06/2016 at 20:51

The heartbreak won't be anywhere near as bad, when you have the divorce papers finalised. Spoken from a man who's been through it. How many points did I lose from that woman. Geez

I N Pieman · 05/06/2016 at 20:13

Sledge deserved nugget. Incredibly soft. Embarrassed to have him. Named after that a female kangaroo puts in her pouch to keep safe & warm & out of harms way for a reason. Soft useless spud

Derek · 05/06/2016 at 20:15

That pretty good. What did you score

    Nicholas · 05/06/2016 at 21:11

    Ended with 2345

Blueth · 05/06/2016 at 20:23

classic squiggle

Dean · 05/06/2016 at 20:38

Firstly for some reason people have short memories Hall has scored thus far 129,124,134,114,90,76,95,84,68,52 with a average of 97 which is a strong HOLD. Bloody hell I feel like im writing a stock report.

Secondly they were playing in a bloody pool for God's sake, his 52 this week has to be forgiven.
I'm lucky I had Petracca on my bench as Emergency, so I took Hall off and put Wyatt on to get Petraccas score.
I only took Hall off because of the ground conditions because I really wanted to take Motlop off.

I started with Motlop from round 1 who was a great POD until 3 weeks ago, his last 3 games have been shockers and his price will drop from $505k to around $425k and his B/E will be 200+ again so unfortunately I will be forced to pi$$ him off and pay the price for Zorko or someone of that ilk.

Finally anyone with half a memory will hold on to Hall, he has been consistent apart from his last 2 games and his last game MUST be totally FORGIVEN, he is a AFL player not a water polo player.

    I N Pieman · 05/06/2016 at 20:46

Dean. Have you noticed he hasn't attended a centre bounce in the last 2 weeks & has a stuffed shoulder?

      The Ranger · 05/06/2016 at 21:05

Hoping he'll come good after the byes but if he isn't going in the middle then he might have to go.

    Tophawk · 05/06/2016 at 21:05

Have you noticed how his scoring since the start of the season has been slowly tapering off? He is sore,(shoulder) and appears tired. I jumped off him two weeks ago at his peak price and have no regrets.

    Cheers

      Leeds17 · 06/06/2016 at 06:08

I don't mind that move but I think if you've copped that last 2 scores might as well ride it out.

    hedski · 05/06/2016 at 21:08

    Just build around him. Patience.

    Moustachio · 06/06/2016 at 11:20

Hall is a GUN, but he is playing injured and the injury is serious.

GCS broke their club tackle record this weekend, with 100+ IIRC. Hall had 2.

Every week we make excuses for him, but ever since stuffing his shoulder he has only been scraping it in (eg plays 3 quarters of crap, then makes 40 points in one quarter after people stop playing so hard because the game is already over, so he can be less scared off getting his shoulder mangled when he goes for the ball).

Hall is a great player, but he may not be able to deliver on the total points score for us this year. If we jump off now, we didn't lose any money. That 50 is going to make him bleed cash the next 2 rounds.

oliver · 05/06/2016 at 20:41

2435 this week which I am fairly happy with. Could have been a lot higher with Greene, Hall, Yeo, Franklin, and Nic Nat spudding it up. Was one of the few crazy ones that held Rocky, though he will probably be injured again in a couple of weeks

    Dave · 05/06/2016 at 21:26

Did holding Rocky cost you significant points when he wasn't playing because a rookie filled his spot, or was there sufficient cover?

The Ranger · 05/06/2016 at 20:49

2307 for me this week.
Elliot bloody Yeo, can any Eagles fans tell me why he's having such a crap season SC wise?
If he hadn't lost so much cash I'd flick him but I guess I just have to hold and hope.

    Nuggety · 05/06/2016 at 21:30

Sat behind the dugout today and he was on and off all game. I love the way he plays but doesn't have a set role yet which is why I avoid him in SC unfortunately.

      The Ranger · 06/06/2016 at 09:43

Yeah he frustrates the beejesus out of me Nuggety!
He seems to have the skillset to be a really good player and I put him in hoping this would be a breakout year for him but it 'aint happening.
Going with Yeo instead of Docherty at the start of the season has cost me 500pts so far and I'd be inside the top 50 instead of in the 1200's.

hedski · 05/06/2016 at 20:53

Got Pridda in for him 3 weeks ago.
No lookin back at rooks with rose tinted glasses.
(Even if they have big baby seal eyes that drip a ton a week)

Shake n bake · 05/06/2016 at 20:59

Only 2259 this week ranked 1020 but
most important still have 19 trades left
with only Collins coming in this week
That will also leave me with 490k in kitty
for bye rds.

tuxCS · 05/06/2016 at 21:02

ended up with 2421, very happy.

john · 05/06/2016 at 21:04

2419 very happy with that this week given still had Hall / Dusty and DogDog with very low scores for them.

Boydo · 05/06/2016 at 21:06

Sheridan pumping out crap for me in defence. Now a few reasonable scores! Hold with the hope of NAB cup form or cut the losses and trade? I can't decide

    Boydo · 05/06/2016 at 21:08

In bringing this up I must mention a lot of my team are spuds or very inconsistent

    Rocksta · 05/06/2016 at 21:09

    Speaks for itself Boydo.
    Hold!

CDCorrupt · 05/06/2016 at 21:13

What the hell are CD doing with there scoring. It seems very bloody suss to say the least regarding Laird's score.
It comes across as being quite corrupt to be honest as a few decided to hold him however he wasn't rewarded with the correct score.

Laird scored 74 – He had 30 possessions, 11 kicks, 19 hand balls, 8 marks & 2 Clangers 83% efficiency.

Brodie Smith scored 85 – He had 24 possessions, 16 kicks, 8 Handballs, 7 marks & 3 Clangers and only 58% efficiency.

Total BS – Dream Team seems allot more accurate giving him 96 points. I trust the Cambodian government more then I do Champion Data.

    Don't Blush Baby' · 05/06/2016 at 21:16

Kick to Handball ratio is the difference

    hedski · 05/06/2016 at 22:08

    Gotta love Brodie

    Southern S · 05/06/2016 at 22:45

Supercoach scoring is completely different to dream team and just looking at the stats in such a basic way doesn't help your corruption argument.

      Moustachio · 06/06/2016 at 11:13

But then just this week there was a special article from CD looking at how effective handballs are leading to lots of points for some players. It's pretty confusing. They need to review their system to keep it in line with people's subjective opinion as to how a player influenced the game, which after all is what the system is supposed to represent (nb: I don't have Laird, won't be touching him, I think he has "fallen between the gaps" of CD's scoring methodology).

    Matt · 05/06/2016 at 23:30

That one's a real head scratcher. Been very confused with Ollie Wines' scoring this year as well – he's been playing well and racking up possessions, doesn't translate to solid scores apparently

    BillyB · 06/06/2016 at 08:52

The key to any good conspiracy theory is to make sure that the party accused of doing something dodgy has nothing to gain from doing so.

Sarah · 05/06/2016 at 21:15

Stressing ll be blown out of the top 300 this week. Took the Goldy zero and score 2168. Massive scores this week. Have 18 trades left but feel everyone else has caught me and I've played it too safe D:

    john · 05/06/2016 at 21:25

Its tough when you are sort of in it but not really, do you go for overall which you are probably not that likely to win or make sure you keep trades for your cash leagues?? I was 480 going into this round and went for it so now running low on trades but got a good score so might push up the ranking.

      Sarah · 05/06/2016 at 21:33

Mmm I think I still was 500 points off second and 700 off first still very possible. It is though though, may throw in the towel after this week

        john · 05/06/2016 at 21:36

i was 900 plus off first I think so a bit further back but he has Goldstein which may have brought him back to the pack a bit this week.

    Moustachio · 06/06/2016 at 11:10

Still within striking distance of the top. A lot of people will drop off after the byes as they run out of trades. Just keep using your trades to get to full premo, and after that you should still have a surplus on most people.

@malteasers · 05/06/2016 at 21:15

yahoo at last some consistency with my team, 2406. but well aware it will go off the rails like my beloved pies. Probably on get 1800 next week

Danners · 05/06/2016 at 21:24

2245 for me this week with the Goldy donut. Suppose this would be the par score? Would have been nice to have had Goldy's score though…

hedski · 05/06/2016 at 21:24

Who can trade Brown the fastest??

    Redgumwon · 05/06/2016 at 21:45

Why not just save the trade and leave him as bench cover? That is unless you really need the cash for an upgrade? There's only really Collins on the bubble in defence and not much on offer as a down grade forward

      hedski · 05/06/2016 at 22:11

Wanna swing tippa fwd now with adams back.
      Got Collins in last week.

Alex · 05/06/2016 at 21:56

Nick Reiwoldt said to have 56 on Fanfooty but only 45 on SuperCoach…

Tom · 05/06/2016 at 21:58

gawn or goldy in for martin?

azza · 05/06/2016 at 22:02

anyone think suckling is a potential premo down back? at under 400k he is a bargain if he keeps this scoring up

    Tom · 05/06/2016 at 22:15

just gotta be cautious as JJ should be back in a few weeks but he is looking like a better option than most popular cheap defenders people are trading in (mcveigh ect.)

    Matt · 05/06/2016 at 23:37

He's a gun but he has been known to produce the odd 70 here and there

Carla · 05/06/2016 at 22:16

My under performing team, back to 900th. Thoughts on how to increase scoring cause I'm stumped

Shaw Bartel laird rich Byrne dbj- brand Collins
Danger Pendles Ablett ward Parker gray Selwood Libba- Davis Dunkley Jansen
Goldy Gawn – goetz
Dahl Martin Montagna well halls Barlow- petracca Menadue

    The Ranger · 05/06/2016 at 22:33

    Got any cash left Carla?
I'd be looking to get more point generation out of that backline asap.

Nicholas · 05/06/2016 at 22:18

If Wines to Rocky is my only way to get him in would I be mad doing it. Wines may have been alright this week but I see this trade as an upgrade and would rather hold Libba over Wines

    Tom · 05/06/2016 at 22:35

if you have a full premo midfield id consider it given rocky's super premo potential, but i am a brisbane supporter …

    Kev · 06/06/2016 at 07:50

I reckon you're chasing points a bit. One game doesn't make a season. Get another 1-2 looks at him.

      Nicholas · 06/06/2016 at 08:06

Chasing points.. Rocky is a proven ultra premo and we know he can back up this score well

        Andy · 06/06/2016 at 09:31

I agree he scores well but he's injury prone. I'd wait a few weeks to see if he can stay injury free.

winters · 05/06/2016 at 22:54

Shaw Docherty Laird Enright Byrne S.Collins (Ruggles Tucker)
Danger Hanners Ablett Ward Shiel Priddis Zieball Lewis (Hewett Davis Gresham)

Dahlhaus Martin Boomer Hall Kerridge Tipungwuti (Petracca Wyatt)

100k in the bank what should i do ranked 5k

Southern S · 05/06/2016 at 22:58

HITTING TARGETS

Effective kick: 4 points
Effective handball: 1.5 points
Ineffective disposal: 0 points
Clanger disposal: -4 points

UNCONTESTED

Mark on a lead: 5 points
Uncontested mark: 2 points
Handball received: 1.5 points
Gather: 1.5 points

ONE-PERCENTERS

Tackle: 4 points
Spoil: 2 points
Shepherd: 1.5 points

    Johnny · 06/06/2016 at 00:00

It's more than just 1.5 because it's either a loose ball get or handball receive. Laird got robbed just one of those things

Derek · 05/06/2016 at 23:00

How do they give half points

    Southern S · 05/06/2016 at 23:06

Not really sure, but that's the scoring system.
    http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/afl/supercoach-

I don't think there's any corruption in the scoring system Laird did a heap of uncontested handballs that just aren't worth anything, effective or not. People that cry corruption must not know how the scoring system works.

      Leeds17 · 06/06/2016 at 06:14

I personally think there's been some very odds scores this season & that's going to happen when Human opinion comes into the scoring which it does in SC, but if you're going to lose sleep over it might as well just play DT,
I think whats is an effective possession has changed this season but we've not been told, seen lots of contested clearances go 40-50m to a contest but the opposition pick up the loose ball and they be deemed not effective when it used to have to be a clear turnover.

hedski · 05/06/2016 at 23:36

TMac anyone?

Ben · 05/06/2016 at 23:48

Hi long time reader. Ranked 30th so would really appreciate advice.

Shaw, Docherty, Simpson, Bartel, McDTip, Adams (collins, Brand)

Dangerfield, Ablett, T Mitchell, Priddis, Selwood, Parker, Liberatore, Gray (Hewett, Davis, Gresham)

Gawn, Goldstein (Whyatt)

Zorko, Martin, Merrett, Wells, Hall, Petracca (Cox, Menadue)

15 trades, any good ideas?

    flex350 · 06/06/2016 at 05:57

    Listen to Wanyo's hot tip.

    Neverweaken · 06/06/2016 at 07:09

    Somehow get Pendles in?
Either suckling or Boyd down back?
    Kennedy forward?

But don't take my advice. I'm 12000 odd

    Steeeve · 06/06/2016 at 08:48

Only thing I could see may be going early on Hewett to Jack Trengove. If named Hewett will now lose cash until the byes. Bank some coin and you may be able to upgrade Tippa/Adams, or go Libba to Pendles, or go Petracca to Dahl. As you'd know it's better to wait for all of these trades, but you'll get maximum war chest from dropping Hewett now.

    Derek · 06/06/2016 at 09:31

you are having a great year. looks like you have 2 Defenders, 1 Midfielder, 2 forwards to upgrade. Who do you have on your watchlist for those places?

      Ben · 06/06/2016 at 10:51

Hmm thanks people. Thinking about holding off trading this week so I can use 5 or 6 trades during the byes.

      Derek, probobly looking at:
      Def: Laird, Rance
      Mid: Maybe Pendlebury
      Fwd: Delidio, Dahlhaus

Surely Sir Ablett is a solid trade in this week? BE of 70 and looks to be back.

I'm also looking at KK to Rance. I have not sideways traded all year but I think this is an exception. He's not performing and Rance is relatively cheap (482k).

And I'm also curious to know what people plan to do with Kerridge. Obviously keep him as he's scoring well and making money but for those with no FWD/MID swing (I have him as a FWD) what are your plans when the time comes. I have a full premo FWD so he's sitting on the bench. Are there any FWD rookies coming through? Even better with a MID/FWD position?

Cheers.

I will be holding Kerridge until every last dollar has been squeezed out of him. Then upgrade.

^^^ I also want to know if there are any rookie forwards in sight?!? Lost my swing set a long time ago.

Todd Phillips from the Pies any chance? Any others?

James rose if he keeps up form , but will probably miss games more often than he plays

Thoughts community
DEF: Shaw, Simpson, Bartel, Adams, Laird, Suckling (Tucker, Collins)
MID: Danger, Parker, Ward, Selwood, Ablett, Libba, Priddis, Gray (Davis, Keays, Gore)
RUCK: Gawn, Nic Nat (Cox)
Forward: Dalhaus, Merrett, Dustin, Hall, Wells, Wingard (Petracca, Grimley)
Trades this week
Smith out for Selwood
AMT out for Suckling
I've decided to pull the trigger on both Smith and AMT as I am competing to get my team to full premo as quickly as possible
Both underpriced
