Can't wait to listen to this one you ripper!

sc king · 12/04/2016 at 18:32

ok i have rich, rocky greene and barlow, what do i do

    Steve_Young · 12/04/2016 at 19:06

Wait & see on Rocky if fit his inclusion will affect where Rich plays, may as well hold Barlow now….really not much to go for unless you trade around to mids….I'm in the same boat with Greene……I reckon he'll be stuck forward, so he is the most likely to go i think. Keep Sheridan, Ross loves him….has security.

    wombatsfc · 12/04/2016 at 22:03

    Rabbits16 · 13/04/2016 at 22:04

trade down rocky for a cheapie.leave barlow. use the cash on a gun for second trade.

sc king · 12/04/2016 at 18:33

and sheridan

Deccas · 12/04/2016 at 18:46

Is a rockliff to Parker ok?

    Steve_Young · 12/04/2016 at 19:02

Don't even think about it…Just Do!!!!

      sam · 12/04/2016 at 19:30

don't even think about it don't imo

        annoying old lady · 12/04/2016 at 21:09

I think you should think about not thinking about it

    Holty · 12/04/2016 at 20:09

i think you are wanting this trade a week to late. Rocky only out for 1 week now so hold. I traded Rocky for Gray last week but if he was only to miss a week, i would have held.

      The Mountain · 12/04/2016 at 20:30

If you are going to trade him go to a player you know will be a top ten mid such as Gray, Pridda, Gablett, Danger or Fyfe if you dont have them and the extra 100K

    Shinboner · 12/04/2016 at 20:34

At this point, you've already held Rocky for one of two (presumed) weeks on the sideline and missed Parker's major price rise – it'll now cost you to bring him in. Last week, I'd have said it was a fine move (I went Rocky -> Hall myself), but now I say hold. There's no doubt Rocky will hit huge numbers this season.

    Southern S · 12/04/2016 at 21:18

    Bad, very baaaaaaaaaaaaaaad trade.

    Couchcoach · 13/04/2016 at 15:28

    I did that last week

    Csm · 15/04/2016 at 09:17

    Parker or robbie

ian · 12/04/2016 at 18:47

B: Houli, Laird, Sheridan, Weitering, Dea, Adams (AMT, Cutler)
M: Dangerfield, Ablett, Priddis, Gray, Shiel, Adams, BenKen, Parish (Davis, Hewett, Gresham)
R: Nic Nat, Gawn (lorensch)
F: Barlow, Hall, De goey, Wells, Kerridge, McCarthy (Menadue, Papley)

Score very well last week but still have a couple of concerns with Cutler, De Goey, Gresham, Barlow

Have $143,600 left in the kitty and not sure who i should offload first and who to

Thoughts would be very much appreciated

    Shinboner · 12/04/2016 at 20:36

Wait to see if Gresham is named. I'm considering a Gresham -> Hartley move via some DPP trickery with Menadue and Brown (or AMT/Adams in your case). As Jock and co. mentioned, be wary of Hartley's JS with Grima coming in. Reassess when teams are released.

Deccas · 12/04/2016 at 18:50

Ethan, Thats what I thought but is it better to go with a rookie like freeman or petracca who hasn't played? Thoughts Jock?

tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 18:51

Haven't even started the podcast and i already know it will be great.

tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 18:52

I like rockliff for Gray, excellent trade, however i personally wouldnt trade out crouch, sure he hasnt been scoring fantastically just yet, but from what ive seen of him in game, he's doing the right things, he just needs to work up some more match fitness and then he'll fire.

    tret · 12/04/2016 at 19:09

crouch is out for 2-3 weeks

      tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 19:11

ah, i appear to have missed that piece of information

tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 18:53

Head between the knees, and heaving sobs. Tends to do the trick for me.

tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 18:54

Excellent trade.

    steve · 12/04/2016 at 19:28

waste of a trade wait rocky will be good

Gobbledoks Pride · 12/04/2016 at 18:56

I've got Lobbe, Green as major concerns, but on the pine Rockliff and Crouch, waiting on selection of sides this week before vomiting up a couple of trades. I am chasing overall ranking this year so will have to move on both or either Crouch and Rockliff depending on there availability. I have about $130,000 in the bank so not a lot to play with!

    Holty · 12/04/2016 at 20:14

if i was you, Lobbe and Crouch out for premium ruck and a rookie. Hold Rocky and Greene for a bit longer. Rocky will come good once he has some match fitness but it depends how patient you are?

      Shinboner · 12/04/2016 at 20:41

Couldn't have said it better myself.

    wombatsfc · 12/04/2016 at 22:08

Downgrade green to a higher ave but 100k or more cheaper and turn Lobbe into Blicavs

Steve_Young · 12/04/2016 at 19:00

B:Shaw,Laird,Rich,Weitering,Dea, Adams (AMT,Brown)
M:Parker,Danger,Priddis,Libba,Graham,Hanners,Shiel,Neale (Mills,Davis,Dunkley)
R:Nic Nat,Gawn (Grimley)
F:Hall,Wells,BK,Papley,Kerridge,Tobias Greene (Gallucci,Chol)

Scored 2382 last week after a 2333 (R1) 2146 (R2)

Want to offload Greene & Rich….but also want to get Gazz in….BUT I have no Mid DPP's, to change around.
Few K in the bank, so need to do 2 trades to get Gazz….which rules out trading both Greene & Rich, I'm thinking Graham & Greene for Gazza & Hartley……..or should I sit tight another week on Greene?……what are your thoughts fellas?

Dan · 12/04/2016 at 19:00

Considering Crouch to Keays and Greene to Zorko this week. I wanted Zorko all pre season til I discovered he wasn't playing rd 1. I am holding Rockliff and loopholing again and will upgrade to a fallen or possibly Fyfe or GAJ.

Bobby Singh · 12/04/2016 at 19:05

Evening Jock Reynolds community! I've got 345k at the moment.

I'm going with Bartel to Houli as Bartel's breakeven will continue to bring him down while Houli is on the rise.

What are your thoughts on Greene to Martin? Is it worth spending over 100k to get rid of Greene?

    Bo1 · 12/04/2016 at 19:33

    I'm upgrading rich to houli
Then side trading and taking a punt
    On Martin to Waite!

      The Mountain · 12/04/2016 at 20:32

dont trade martin for waite, assuming your talking about dusty, its a waste of a trade and martin is the better long time option

        BKW · 13/04/2016 at 08:14

Agree, save your trades – guaranteed to regret this one

    SCaddict · 12/04/2016 at 20:17

Bartel to Houli is just crazy talk. Jimmy had 110 last week and plays the Dons this round so there is potential for another juicy score which would see that BE that worries you so much plummet. The last time Houli played the Eagles he didn't ton up so that move this week could result in a double whammy.

Bachar got off to a flyer last season too but eventually cooled down to more moderate premo defender scoring of 90-95. Not denigrating him as as an attractive trade in target only that a sideways from Bartel would be sheer madness in my view.

      Southern S · 12/04/2016 at 20:25

You think that's madness what about the side trade of Martin to Waite!

        SCaddict · 12/04/2016 at 20:34

I purposely left that one for you to condemn SS. πŸ™‚

          Bobby Singh · 12/04/2016 at 20:41

God damnit, my brain can only handle so much πŸ˜€

          Southern S · 12/04/2016 at 20:55

        Rod · 12/04/2016 at 21:00

That's not even a sideways trade. That's an out and out downgrade!

          Bobby Singh · 12/04/2016 at 21:17

I know he scored 110 and it looks like a retarded trade but I've had Bartel this year, for a bit of last year and the year before that. He's served me well, averaging 70-90, but what I've noticed it that he never performs when I need him to. I always have that sense of doubt in me every week whenever he's up against a opposing defensive option.

            50_Shades · 13/04/2016 at 08:36

Bobby, take your finger off the trade button mate and relax. He's not injured, he's getting reasonable scores for his price. It's not the right move at the moment.

      Bobby Singh · 12/04/2016 at 20:32

I'll keep that in mind mate.

What about Greene to Martin instead?

        Southern S · 12/04/2016 at 20:56

        SCaddict · 12/04/2016 at 20:58

Greene is a definite concern but I would probably give him one last chance. He still has that 120 in his price for another week so it's unlikely to cost you much cash to wait one more week as his BE is a fairly gettable 80.

If he delivers another spudly score then yes by all means get rid of him next week. In fact Jock may even join you on the dump Greene lynch mob.

Btw which Martin are you considering Dusty or Jack? I presume the former although Jack Martin is now fantasy relevant again too and actually shaping up as a pretty interesting POD at less than 2% ownership.

          Bobby Singh · 12/04/2016 at 21:07

Dusty. Don't think I can risk Jack. Thanks for your help tonight SCaddict. I appreciate what you've said and I forbid you good luck for season 2016.

            Paulie Walnuts · 12/04/2016 at 21:28

Forbid or Bid you Good Luck ?

              Bobby Singh · 12/04/2016 at 21:30

              English on point xD

Nick · 12/04/2016 at 19:11

Had 450k in the bank went t McKenzie to JJ then Crouch to either Ward of JPK.
Thoughts on those 2 or has anyone got any better ideas?

    wombatsfc · 12/04/2016 at 22:12

Probably not JPK Nick I agree with LG about Jelwood

Sean · 12/04/2016 at 19:11

What do I do with Brad Crouch?

I have the money to trade him to Robbie Gray but not sure about the 400k spend. Maybe upgrade to Zaharakis or even downgrade to Petracca? Thoughts?

    SC16 · 12/04/2016 at 19:15

Robbie gray, as one said earlier JUST DO IT

    @GAVEDAY · 12/04/2016 at 19:41

    HOLD. He'll come good.

      The Mountain · 12/04/2016 at 20:35

Gave, crouch is out for a couple of weeks mate

      Craig · 12/04/2016 at 22:18

      He's injured mate

    wombatsfc · 12/04/2016 at 22:16

Think about it Sean. Your options were leave 300k sitting on the bench for weeks and rely on a mid rookie or spend some cash and get another keeper. If you're playing for ranking getting gray now is a must unless you don't have fyffe ablett and dangerfield already

    @TheNoLanguage · 14/04/2016 at 22:23

    Robbie Gray. Get it done.

Mighty_Hondo · 12/04/2016 at 19:19

Rockliff set to go down 40k next time he plays. Let him go? Can get anyone. Parker or Gray was thinking. After podcast thinking Gray.

    Jonathan Camac · 12/04/2016 at 19:34

I'm loving Gray. Consistent 120's regardless of how Port go as a team. Effective with the ball, kicks goals, gets contested ball. Go get him.

      Mighty_Hondo · 12/04/2016 at 19:48

      Gray now lock …cheers

    Shinboner · 12/04/2016 at 20:44

Money shouldn't be the concern when it comes to Rocky. The only issue is how soon he can get to averaging >110 . Assuming you keep Rocky all season, who really cares if he goes up or down 50k? I reckon price changes shouldn't be the sole determinant when it comes to trading out premos.

      Mighty_Hondo · 12/04/2016 at 21:02

      Cheers Shinboner. Very good point.

      Southern S · 12/04/2016 at 21:15

      Thumb up

Jonathan Camac · 12/04/2016 at 19:25

I need help community. I have Crouch. Hold for now or trade?

    Kev · 12/04/2016 at 19:30

If your midpricer isn't making you money then move him on

    Danners · 12/04/2016 at 22:02

Trade out for at least 2 weeks

Brad · 12/04/2016 at 19:26

Wha do we think about zaharakis? With hep Watson and other scorers out does he benefit??

    Southern S · 12/04/2016 at 21:01

    He's there no.1 midfielder imo.

Locked him in last week for 415k and even in a tough game against port and still got 100. A lot of his games are going to be tough mind you.

Got to have faith he's a keeper if you lock him in now for 470k.

Personally I think he is a keeper, or I'll at least make 100-150k off him if I upgrade him later. Worth the punt for me at his original price.

      Southern S · 12/04/2016 at 21:14

Stevo · 12/04/2016 at 19:32

Trade out Hewett (M8) Gresham (bench) to Kennedy & ? Already have Mills at M7.

    Steeeve · 13/04/2016 at 14:41

Wait and see the teams mate

Boz33 · 12/04/2016 at 19:35

crouch to parish alright community???

    DDJ · 12/04/2016 at 20:14

Missed the boat on parish, may as well bring in Hartley or Short For cash generation, otherwise go premium if you need to trade him straight away.

    wombatsfc · 12/04/2016 at 22:20

That trade = player with questionable durability that you'd need to upgrade at some point to a player of unproven durability that you'll need to upgrade at some point so it costs you two trades in reality and does nothing for your points.

Ethan017 · 12/04/2016 at 19:38

I've gone Crouch to petracca which has allowed me to go Rocky to Ablett and still have 156k in the bank
Petracca starting on the bench for me as well
I can't see myself making any more trades until at least round 9 when my rookies price starts to max out

    SCaddict · 12/04/2016 at 20:28

Sounds ok although I still think keeping Petracca for cash cow harvesting purposes later in the season is the preferable play. However Crouch does need to go so if this manouever helps you to get Gaz in this week then that's basically a pretty good plan.

Do you have any DEF/MID players in your backline? If so another option could be to swing one into the middle to replace Crouch and then bring in Hartley or Ruggles instead. Or failing that you could do a three way switcheroo by moving a FWD/DEF defender into your forward line then swinging a FWD/MID forward into the middle to replace Crouch to ultimately again bring in Hartley or Ruggles.

    Just something to consider.

And lastly good luck with the 'I'm not trading again until round 9' idea. πŸ™‚

    Northernsoul74 · 12/04/2016 at 20:35

I think a few of he rookies will have maxed out way before round 9. Trades are more of a premium than ever this year.

Shane · 12/04/2016 at 19:39

Jock, thoughts on one old Lance Franklin? Do you reckon he'll be top 6 forwards come season end?

    jockreynolds · 12/04/2016 at 20:09

The way he's looking mate he'll go close. Still hard to lock him in and be comfortable that he'll hit the scoreboard week in week out

    Jimmy · 12/04/2016 at 20:58

I think Buddy is looking very tempting at his current price. We know what we will get if he stays fit and health the odd dud week but will also go large at times, will be around the mark in terms of top fwds.. this weeks the week to do it!

Blues_16 · 12/04/2016 at 19:46

Magnificent effort boys, maybe your best ever!

dangerousfyfe · 12/04/2016 at 19:56

Who are the most traded out and most traded in this week?

    Paulie Walnuts · 12/04/2016 at 20:38

Fork out $19.95 for SC Gold & you will get all the that info

      Southern S · 12/04/2016 at 21:02

Yep less than $1 a round you cheapskates.

Jimi · 12/04/2016 at 20:07

Greene to Parish – late corrective trade but pocketed 160k + Parish still to increase by around 150k (yes IMO this was worth 2 trades).
Hewett to Hartley – Pending Thursdays team announcements.

20k to 235k.

Not textbook but at least I have a war chest and I don't have to sweat on Toby Greene anymore.

JJB · 12/04/2016 at 20:10

Hi – Jock / Crouching – just a question on what are Premiums & Super Premiums (with both long term Keepers):
I've listed below what I think is reasonable – by position.

Def: Ave 100 to 109.9 Premium
110 + Super Premium

Mid: Ave 110 to 124.9 Premium
125 + Super Premium

Ruc: Ave 110 to 124.9 Premium
125+ Super Premium

Fwd: Ave 105 to 114.9 Premium
115+ Super Premium

I know that you need – if possible all premiums & super premiums in your team – but are the averages that I have listed reasonable, to high, or not high enough ??

Your thoughts are appreciated..

    tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 20:25

For me, if i get a team full of 105+ averages, and a couple of "captain premiums" (Dangerfield, Ablett, Fyfe), regardless of positions, i would say i have a full premium team.

    Brook · 12/04/2016 at 20:40

my definition of a keeper is:number of onfield positions x 1.5
Therefore, top 9 def; top 12 mid; top 3 ruck; top 9 fwd
If all your onfield players are in this range by the end of the year, you will be doing VERY well.
You can work out points by looking at Old Ockers spreadsheet. Just search by position and see where the cutoff is for each – will vary slightly year to year. Average is helpful but I tend to think overall pts is important too as it shows durability.

    Shinboner · 12/04/2016 at 20:48

I'd probably say defenders and forwards are bit too high. I'd be pretty happy to call 95-averaging defenders premos. Maybe lower 105 to 97-100 for forwards.

      TRIGGER HAPPY · 12/04/2016 at 21:55

Agree too high for def and fwd.

Troy · 12/04/2016 at 20:13

Trading out Gresham but not sure who to.

Ruffles or Hartley?

Or should I trade out brown also and get both?

    tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 20:26

Just keep him in for a bit, and wait until Freeman, Keays, and Petracca are named and have played two games.

    Danners · 12/04/2016 at 22:01

    Hartley, get cash early

Jimi · 12/04/2016 at 20:15

I wouldn't rush for Ruggles this week, plus Brown still has a negative BE. Hold off, earn more $$$

    Jimi · 12/04/2016 at 20:16

Sorry this is just an answer for Troy

Ethan · 12/04/2016 at 20:17

i need some help

So i got crouch definitely on the chopping block but by trading him and my current funds in my warchest i end up 3k short of danger.

So i though about trading rich and crouch but then by getting danger it puts me in an awkward price range of 423k and theres no one that appealing to get.

So would it be best to get danger+pappley(means i do have to play either menadue or papley at F6

Or go for a cheaper players and get Zach Merret and Luke Parker

    tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 20:28

What other mid premiums do you have? If you already have say Ablett, Fyfe or R.Gray then just go for a luke parker, or Zaharakis, or Merrett. Possibly even a JPK or a Ward, all are great options.

      Ethan · 12/04/2016 at 21:05

unfortuantly i felt i was a smart ass this year after such a great last year and only began with gray, priddis and pendles

        tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 21:12

That's not too bad Ethan. Aim for Ablett and Dangerfield, best of luck to you. What's your team looking like actually? with only 3 big premiums in the mid you must have the other lines stacked.

          Ethan · 12/04/2016 at 21:22

nah i decided to go with some midprice madness to begin with

          But team is looking like

Def:Shaw, Laird, RIch, JJ, Weitering, Dea (Tippa, Brown)

Mid: Pendles, Priddis, Gray,Cripps, Libba, Lonergam, Mills (Gresham, Dunkley, Davis)

          Ruc: Nic Nat, Gawn (Grimley)

For:Hall, Barlow, Wells, Adams, Kennedy, Kerridge (Papley, Mennadue)

Team at the moment with 348k in the bank

    Southern S · 12/04/2016 at 20:28

    Papley sailed last week.

Don't really like Z Merret after his price rise either.

Foti186 · 12/04/2016 at 20:17

I see people chasing players who score high but then low again. What's better. A score of 150,90, then 120 or someone like ablett who is 120 week in week out?

    tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 20:29

It depends really, if you already have people who you can nominate as captain and can get those big scores, of course you would prefer consistency.

Mac · 12/04/2016 at 20:18

Is Barlow to JJ a good trade? WIth no Sandi, Freo struggle again?

    tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 20:31

Barlow is just too slow for me, with Mundy coming back in to the team in two weeks, and with sandilands being injured for a long time, i'd say trade him, however there might be better options than JJ, just shop around for some players.

      Mac · 12/04/2016 at 20:41

      who do you suggest?

        tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 21:07

It depends how much you have and who you have in your team already, but i'd say: Hall, Zorko, Ward, Parker, R.Gray, JPK, maybe even Zaharakis or Zach Merret. Just keep in mind that if you select either Zaha or Merrett dont expect 120's every week, they'll probably give you a consistent 100 however.

    SCaddict · 12/04/2016 at 20:45

I think it's worth considering. There are worrying signs not just for Barlow but Fyfe owners too with no Sandi for at least the next 6 weeks and also no Mundy for the next couple probably. Fyfe is a keeper regardless obviously but those who waited to get him in midseason could be the real winners if his output curtails and that price plummets. Will be very interesting to see what happens with both this weekend vs North.

Nonetheless i'm giving Barlow one more shot this week but anything under about 85ish and he could be a candidate for my wooska block next week especially if Duncan tons up again.

      Southern S · 12/04/2016 at 21:04

Agree with your points and Barlow stays for me if he's any chance at keeping I don't want to waste the trade.

      TRIGGER HAPPY · 12/04/2016 at 21:36

I mentioned this in an earlier post the other day and got no response. I think big sandi out is gonna affect the freo mids. Look what happened rd 1.

Oh and can you keep my boy dunc under your hat. πŸ™‚

Trading out green and Barlow ?????

Parker and Aaron Young

    Foti186 · 12/04/2016 at 20:35

    Not young.

      Southern S · 12/04/2016 at 21:05

Do you know much about him or just don't like the bloke? His scoring was pretty good last year when not in the vest.

Wore it 8 times……………Vest no longer exists………..Predicted to go up 50k this week. Could be a good stepping stone.

    tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 20:35

Aaron Young is an interesting one, could you explain to me why you picked him? Just interested in knowing peoples thought patterns when looking for a POD. πŸ™‚

Gord29 · 12/04/2016 at 20:21

need a few of each in my opinion at this stage if you don't have Ablett you need to get him

    Foti186 · 12/04/2016 at 20:34

I have him. Just saying you would rather consistent scoring.

      Gord29 · 12/04/2016 at 20:58

i like consistent to start with but happy to have a few that can go massive

Bells E Bubb · 12/04/2016 at 20:23

Do I feel the desire to stick it up my mate next week? Err no Jock, but thanks for asking.

Nicholas · 12/04/2016 at 20:27

Hey community once again needing some relevant supercoach advice for my team.

Backs: Laird, Bartel, JJ, Weitering, Dea, Rich (Brown, AMT)
Mids: Danger, Fyfe, Ablett, Gray, Wines, Libby, B Crouch, B Ken ( Mills, Hewett, Davis)
Rucks: Gawn, Nic Nat (Cox)
Forwards: Hall, Barlow, Wells, Adams, Kerridge, papley (McCarthy, Menadue)

Was thinking Rich to Hartley/ Ruggles and Crouch up to Parker which leaves my midfield nearly complete for the season and some more cash generation. Not sure if this is the best trades because I would be left with 25 trades after that however I dont see myself trading for a while until our rookies peak after this.

Any advice is welcome good luck this week for fantasy football.

    tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 20:39

How come you didnt trade out rich last week? I've never personally liked him because he gets to his knees and starts crying every time he receives a tag. You could've gone him to Adams but i guess hindsight is a beautiful thing.

    Phil · 12/04/2016 at 21:11

Nah I'd hold on both those trades. Make Davis EME and if he scores 70+ keep Crouch on the field. If less put Mills on for Crouch and have a second crack.

    BTW he already has Adams.

      Nicholas · 12/04/2016 at 21:29

the problem with holding crouch is that I dont want to hold a player and then get a 60 on field when i could get at least 115 from parker. Even though rich might score well there isnt even the guarantee he is playing and hartley/ ruggles will be good cash cows

      tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 21:47

Well i guess i should probably learn to read haha, sorry about that, how much do you have left in the salary cap? If you have a decent amount, think about Rich to Shaw, Houli, K.K (who's playing on the wing, which is a good sign), Docherty, possibly even Kade Simpson, even though he hasnt exactly been lighting it up, he's good for an 85-105 consistently.

        Nicholas · 12/04/2016 at 21:57

        about 150k

          tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 22:00

I'd recommend Shaw or Houli, maybe even a Rance if you want, its really up to you at the end of the day.

            Nicholas · 12/04/2016 at 22:24

what do i do with crouch then in your plan?

Southern S · 12/04/2016 at 20:29

Young is a risk could be another Greene. Would be nice if he kept going how he is though.

KPL · 12/04/2016 at 20:31

Whats everyones thoughts on going greene to GAJ?

    tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 20:40

I personally love it haha, if you can fit it in with your bank balance then go for it. πŸ™‚

    TRIGGER HAPPY · 12/04/2016 at 21:37

Does it need a thought? No brainer just do it.

    Wombatsfc · 12/04/2016 at 22:25

Come on KP surely you don't need reassurance for that trade. That's like asking "would you prefer the polished turd sandwich or the Fillet Mignon"

James · 12/04/2016 at 20:32

Shaw, rance,docherty (brown)
Wietering, dea, Adams (Hartley)

Gaz, Pendles, hanners, Selwood
Cripps, Libba, Oliver, Kennedy
(Menadue, Gresham, Davis)

Nic Nat, Martin

Martin, Barlow, Gray (McCarthy)
Wells, kerridge, ATM (papley)
10k left with 28 trades, can someone help as to how I get hall in as I didn't last week πŸ™

    tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 20:41

The only way you could do it would be through a sideways trade, and i think getting rid of barlow/Gray is the best way to go, dont really like either of them (Supercoach wise).

      fatboyfat7 · 12/04/2016 at 22:04

Sam Gray could be sacrificed I reckon…

        James · 12/04/2016 at 22:27

        I don't have enough cash

tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 20:42

I have a question for the community. Does anyone know of a tool that lets you plan out your trades for supercoach? Or one that at least lets you see what your full premium team could look like, just interested to know if there are any out there.

    SCaddict · 12/04/2016 at 21:11

You could just use the Higginator if updated pricing is of no concern to you. Then save each version has planned team week 5 or planned team week 10 for example.

Looking too far into the future in Supercoach can be a perilous exercise. New threats and opportunities are thrown up every week so I reckon you need to be adaptable and not too rigid in your planning.

      tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 21:13

Thanks Addict, is your name Glenn and is your team called Addicts Anonymous? Im in a league or two with you i think

        SCaddict · 12/04/2016 at 21:19

Yes indeed. What's your team name tuxCS?

    TRIGGER HAPPY · 12/04/2016 at 21:45

I have my own that is pretty accurate. As you put in actual scores and what you think they will avg each week and it calcs the price increase based on the magic number 5095.

Plan at the start was to be full premo by rd 14 using 14 trades. But that was with rocky and crouch up till the bye.

That lasted a whole 2 weeks.

So you can plan but cant plan for the unplanned. πŸ™‚

      tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 21:56

So how exactly does this work? Do you have a link to it or is it literally just multiplying their average score (regardless or price) by 5095?

        TRIGGER HAPPY · 12/04/2016 at 22:06

But more complicated than that. As you need to work out the breakeven taking into account what they scored in the prior two rounds (ie if they stunk the b/e increases) and then you subtract the breakeven from the avg. This figure is then times by the magic number. Then there is another little calc that works out the price increase/decrease each week.

          tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 22:14

ok so lets take M.Adams for example. His average is 104.67, his BE is -99. So we takeaway -99 (plus 99) from the average. That leaves us with 203.67, and is it this that i multiply by the magic number? because to expect him to rise to the price of "1,037,698" seems kinda inflated πŸ˜‰ I'm sure I've made a mistake somewhere here but just fill me in if you can please πŸ™‚

            TRIGGER HAPPY · 12/04/2016 at 22:18

Send me your email and i will send it to you tomorrow as it is at work as bit hard to explain here esp without it in front of me. πŸ™‚ but i think it works pretty well, quite happy with my little creation but would love some feedback.

    Marco_Polo94 · 13/04/2016 at 10:51

I just do up a spreadsheet that includes projected averages and price rise/drops. Not as advanced as other's of course, but due to the fickle nature of SC this has always helped me to get a rough guide for trading.

      tuxCS · 13/04/2016 at 11:33

Is there a template for this? Or do you just make it up from scratch?

        Marco_Polo94 · 13/04/2016 at 11:38

I just go from scratch. Very basic. In my opinion, no need to do anything super complicated as plans constantly change throughout the season, just as the others have said.

Shaq · 12/04/2016 at 20:49

Thoughts on Petracca Jock? Had 31 touches 6 marks and kicked 2 goals for Casey over the weekend. If selected this week, do we jump on him?

    Phil · 12/04/2016 at 21:06

Jocks saying jump on him even if he isn't selected!

    Southern S · 12/04/2016 at 21:07

You'd have big plums to pick a player on their debut week.

    Did that sound like Jock?

@Matr1x23 · 12/04/2016 at 20:50

Community, I really need your help. I'm completely stuck on what to do next. I feel like this team is a complete shambles and I'm in two cash leagues! HELP!

Defence: Shaw, Laird, Johannisen, T. MCKENZIE, Weitering, Dea (Brown, Hartley)

Midfield: Dangerfield, Fyfe, Parker, Cripps, Liberatore, ROCKLIFF, B. Kennedy, Mills (Davis, Menadue, Keays)

Ruck: Naitanui, Gawn (Grimley)

Forward: Hall, Barlow, GREENE, Wells, Kerridge, Papley (Cox, McDonald-Tip)

I've got $137.9 in the war-chest. I was thinking Rockliff to Ablett but maybe I can hold him since his only one week away. I think I've got bigger fish to fry with McKenzie but I don't know who to get or downgrade too? T. Greene is another problem!

Any advise would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys

    Southern S · 12/04/2016 at 21:09

    Holy crap you missed Adams.

Just hand over the cash now mate you're done.

      tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 21:19

        Southern S · 12/04/2016 at 21:21

        Haha yeah was only joking.

Their team looks good actually, just a small bit of maintenance required here and there.

          tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 21:35

Yeah it isn't as disastrous as i thought it would be when he said "HELP". Just a couple of corrective trades and he'll be fine.

    wombatsfc · 12/04/2016 at 22:32

You need a reliable D4 to replace TMcKenzie NOT another rookie. If you do want a rookie you can do better for JS than ruggles or Hartley. Ciaran Byrne has higher ppm than them and better JS

Wayno76 · 12/04/2016 at 21:00

Was hoping to get some advise on Sam Gray . I started with him and still have him should I hold. I have 122,000 in the bank and could trade him to Zorko or Merritt , my worry is that he will score high as soon as I trade him.

Phil · 12/04/2016 at 21:04

Green OUT Kennedy FWD Ablett IN
McKenzie OUT Ruggles IN
It's not a bad team at all once you fix these 2 things up. Keep Rocky

Damon Bisetto · 12/04/2016 at 21:06

what do i do with sam jacobs

    tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 21:09

You kinda have to hold him, andd hope his form comes back around, hes a great player and we all know what he's capable of. If he starts to leak SERIOUS money however, trade him off to a Gawn, a Naitanui or a Blicavs.

    Danners · 12/04/2016 at 21:59

I have him and giving him one more week. I'm starting to think the loss of Dangerfield has affected him

    Southern S · 12/04/2016 at 23:11

    You cry yourself to sleep?

    TeenWolfFyfe · 13/04/2016 at 10:01

Hold him he will come good give sauce a couple few weeks for him to prove himself.

    BKW · 13/04/2016 at 12:29

Very tough start of the year fixture wise for Jacobs – he'll turn it around at some point

    Steeeve · 13/04/2016 at 15:18

Dropping money won't matter at all if you're keeping him, which you should be. Proven, draw is getting easier, and he's durable. Hold every day of the week.

Fevolution · 12/04/2016 at 21:07

Brad crouch to B. Smith or anyone under 460k
Crouch down to rookie, Barlow up to anyone…. Robie Gray???

    Andrew · 12/04/2016 at 21:17

Personally none of those. Crouch down to rookie and either bank the cash and try to upgrade a rookie to premo.

    BKW · 13/04/2016 at 08:31

I've got the same problem but with only $450 to go up to – still considering my options and Brodie did come to mind but I think I'd prefer to go down/up if possible

Any other players under $450 worth considering that have premium potential? That's the question…

      BKW · 13/04/2016 at 08:37

Only decent rookie options appear to be Hartley (but may get dropped for Grima and), Ruggles (one week early), ciaran byrne (one week early), Petracca (if you want to go early – I already have him and have been using for loop holing purposes) or possibly Ben Keays or Freeman if you want to go early – Parish would have been another option last week at $260 he is mid priced now)

      Who have I missed?

Phil · 12/04/2016 at 21:12

I'd rather Lyons over Young.

    hedski · 12/04/2016 at 23:45

    Next week

Andrew · 12/04/2016 at 21:19

I have him as well and am keeping him and trying to not trade sideways. His DE hasn't been good, still gets the ball though.

Is Luke Parker going to be a super premo by seasons end?
Thoughts gents

    tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 21:39

I think its a definite possibility. I also bloody hope that it happens, just traded him in for crouch, lets pray he can keep up a 115-120 average πŸ™‚ In before Southern S calls me retarded.

      Southern S · 12/04/2016 at 22:58

Settle down mate I'd call you an idiot but not retarded. I do have some respect πŸ™‚

Parker could be a new super premo this year.

I'm going to make a huge (maybe retarded?) call and say parker could have a higher total score than Nat Fyfe this year.

Yes I did just say that. No I am not drunk.

Expect Nat to miss games as he always does.

        tuxCS · 12/04/2016 at 23:22

Just poking fun at you mate πŸ™‚

    Danners · 12/04/2016 at 21:58

He could be, don't expect 100s every week

    Holty · 12/04/2016 at 21:58

who knows? The way he has started you would say yes. He does have the tendency to have a average month each year. if he can avoid that, he could average 115+

    SCaddict · 12/04/2016 at 22:00

Having Parker as say your M7/M8 come SC finals time it's hard to see how that could go too wrong for you.

Is he 100% guaranteed to be a top 8 mid – well that remains to be seen – but even if he isn't I doubt he would be far off.

    Lachie · 14/04/2016 at 16:53

Daniel · 12/04/2016 at 21:29

I didn't start with Danger but started with Barlow, I want to go Barlow to danger this week, but am $2k off being able to do that, is it worth downgrading Hewett/Menadue to a mid-rookie to get enough cash to trade Barlow for Danger?

By doing so my midfield will look like this:

Danger, Ablett, Pendles, Gray, Selwood, Libba, B.Kennedy, Mills

    wombatsfc · 12/04/2016 at 22:37

Yes Daniel Danger gives you the bonus of another viable captain each week.

    Wills hunters · 13/04/2016 at 08:01

Hewitt has peaked as well I think. Be 29 if he scores a 50 next week he will go up but not by much. Better to get danger in now.

Brent · 12/04/2016 at 21:30

What to do with Rich?

    SCaddict · 12/04/2016 at 22:17

    Hold – I think??

I'm not the world's greatest Rich fan but if he plays this weekend I would probably give him another chance as he did ton up in Rd1, even as ordinary as he looked in Rd2. However I can certainly understand coaches who want to move him on this week especially if he misses again.

    TRIGGER HAPPY · 12/04/2016 at 22:22

Load the gun and take him out the back of jocks bungalow.

    Southern S · 12/04/2016 at 23:08

Burn him before he burns you.

Alex · 12/04/2016 at 21:31

Barlow to Gray/JJ? Or hold?

Will Nick Roo,Wells,Adams and Libba be keepers?

Cheers 'munnity

    Danners · 12/04/2016 at 21:57

If you held him this last week, might as well keep him. The only possible keepers out of the list are Nick Roo and Libba at the moment

Holty · 12/04/2016 at 21:51

Id hold if he is playing. he will average you at least 80ish which is what he is priced at. He should be a last upgrade priority if he doesnt push the 90 mark you would be hoping for.

Tophawk · 12/04/2016 at 21:52

No trades required this week for the Tophawks.

I have 28 trades and they are like gold. My overall team structure is sound. No major injuries,(I have B.Crouch and T. Mckenzie) and still have Barlow. Got all the top rookies.

I am going to sit tight this week. Just gonna relax and watch the likes of Ruggles, Darcy Byrne-Jones etc before they reach the "bubble". I have loopholes on each line this week. Crouch, Petracca, Loersch, and Mc Kenzie. The glass is half full.

Around 450 points off the lead after round 3.Happy with my start. Time to watch the cash cows fatten and look for juicy premo bargains later.

    Holty · 12/04/2016 at 22:22

good start bud and holding firm. good to hear. Ill have 27 after this week with Steele to Danger and then will do the same and hold.

    TRIGGER HAPPY · 12/04/2016 at 22:42

Nice one hawk, I'm a bit further back than that thanks to rd 2 where i copped a supercoach floggin'.
Rocky, barlow spudding, wingard doing his hammy, dunc getting KO'ed and danger as capt was the perfect storm and scored under 2,000.
Rd 3 , rocky, wingard and crouch missing, rooks covering on ground with meh scores.

so i have no choice to try and get back but to trade. But after bringing in gray this week, parker last week and shaw next will have used a couple of more trades but hopefully have a team that is competitive and start to climb back up the ladder.

So case of have to trade after the perfect storm.

      Tophawk · 12/04/2016 at 23:19

Tough start alright. But it's only that. The start.

I also had the C on Dangerfield in round 2 and got a captain floggin. Then this week Mc Kenzie busted his nose in the first quarter and I copped a big fat 4 points. But no real damage done in real terms. Just minor disappointments.

If you have to use a few corrective trades to get your side back on track, then it has to be done. Then just take stock and plan your next moves.

I reckon it's the byes is where this thing is won or lost. Gotta have a few trades up your sleeve at that time.

        TRIGGER HAPPY · 13/04/2016 at 09:47

Thanks that's the plan bring in 3 premos then wait for the cows to fatten. Hopefully won't have to touch the midfield again until parish upgrade at byes. (Unless injuries strike)

Mids: Danger, priddus, Ablett, gray, Parker, sheil, Duncan, parish.

Hoping that lot can help me climb up the rankings. 7 of them fairly consistent and can all go big.

    The Ranger · 12/04/2016 at 23:17

Holding Crouch until he hopefully earns some cash or just holding for now Tophawk?

      Tophawk · 13/04/2016 at 09:53

I know Crouch is out for 2 or 3. It means he now only out for 1 or 2. I will see how Ruggles goes this week. If he back up against the bombers with another 70+ I will probably trade Mc Kenzie out for him. Then I will wait to see if Crouch is named for the following round. If he is, then great, if not then I will have to make a decision whether I use my second trade, and if so, on who. I might still keep Crouch regardless. Especially if Barlow spuds up again, and Ablett continues to score well. I might trade Barlow out of my midfield and upgrade straight to Gaz. I would then have Ruggles as a nice cash cow at the back, then have Gaz, Fyfe, Danger, Parker, Robbie Gray, Ward, and Liberatore as likely season keepers in my midfield. I still would have 26 trades left after these 2 moves. But a lot can happen in a round of footy. Things might change dramatically. In any case, that is the plan for now.

    JamiesNinjas13 · 13/04/2016 at 10:17

Are you playing for overall rankings, leagues or both? Holding off on trading Tmac/Crouch may cause you to fall behind the pack in the overall rankings don't you think? I have both players and I feel if I keep them for another 2 weeks, it leaves me exposed with weak/unpredictable rookies like menadue and brown/tippa on my field. Nearly had hewett on my field last week too!

HBrown · 12/04/2016 at 21:55

Hey community getting rid of D Rich and B Crouch please advise on which combo:

Houli and D Menzel

B Smith and L Parker

    Brook · 12/04/2016 at 22:53

    2 by a long way!

      Holty · 12/04/2016 at 22:59

    Southern S · 12/04/2016 at 23:07

    menzel is very risky.

    Leeds17 · 13/04/2016 at 06:06

Menzel super risky, obvious injury risk but also a rest risk, that being said he keeps himself fit and it could be a master stroke his game is so SuperCoach friendly evidenced by his game at the weekend where he was only okay and missed 2 pretty easy goals, only had 15 touches not many contested and still knocked out 91sc points, as long as long he's playing he'll make you good cash and be a good on field scorer,

fatboyfat7 · 12/04/2016 at 22:10

I keep reading posts about trading Crouch, Greene, S. Gray, Barlow etc but I'm a little more concerned about some of my rookies. Menadue and Hewett in particular. I'll be waiting until the teams are named before deciding if I make any trades.

    Holty · 12/04/2016 at 22:24

hold as there are no other rookies on the bubble. But i agree as soon as we have other options they will be some of the first to go in my team

Jack · 12/04/2016 at 22:31

dont have a hall and cant side ways trade Greene or Barlow as I'm short on cash do I burn two trades and get him now? I will have 26 trades left

    Cashcows · 13/04/2016 at 01:32

26?!?!??!! You're already behind the ball.

Nothing you can't salvage over the season but you need to hold fire on trading. I'd suggest no, purely because you'd be on 24 trades and the majority of people will be on 28 still.

      Jess_coach · 13/04/2016 at 02:31

Think he said he 'will' have 26 trades, which isn't too wasteful. Although the recommendation to go easy on the trades is always a good one.

As for Hall, I wouldnt do a double trade to get him. Stick with the team you chose for now and things will unfold later. There really is a lack of good forwards at the moment, and greene/barlow still have the potential to be up there with the best.

Jocks mention in a previous podcast of sample sizes was very sound advice – 3 games is not enough to determine their future performance, especially when they both had good preseasons. They can come good. All the best

        jezzahill · 13/04/2016 at 09:24

Agree with Jess, if you haven't got him now, don't fall over yourself to get him. Gold Coast have only played the Blues, Bombers and an under-performing Freo. He's had a great start but there's no guarantee that he'll continue pumping out 120+.

Peter · 12/04/2016 at 22:36

What to do with J McGovern and Tobias Greene. Can upgrade Greene to Ablett and still have 180k left. Upgrading Greene seems a no brainer, wondering whether to upgrade McGovern to JJ or Laird. Don't ask why I had McGovern in the first place.

    jezzahill · 13/04/2016 at 09:26

Both sound like excellent trades, Peter. I'd definitely pull the trigger on at least one of those trades – it depends on how many trades you've burnt already

    BKW · 13/04/2016 at 12:31

I like GAJ / Laird – worth the coin πŸ™‚

Brook · 12/04/2016 at 22:52

Went with Trent McK at D4 … was hoping he would do a similar job to KK last year. At least score 70-80 each week and be a stepping stone to a premo around the byes. Strongly considering trading him to Jacob Weitering as I think he can fulfil that role. Originally I thought he made defence look too skinny at D4 (I went with Dea instead at D5) but I reckon the kid can deliver the goods. Thoughts?

    Southern S · 12/04/2016 at 23:06

Price is awkward on weitering right now. I'm assuming you have adams?

      Brook · 12/04/2016 at 23:11

yeah have Shaw, Laird, JJ, TMcK, Dea, Adams (Brown, AMT)

        Southern S · 13/04/2016 at 11:30

Think you probably have to go for it if you can't afford a premium.

Or get Hartley and hope you can get away with two bombers in your defense every week.

    jezzahill · 13/04/2016 at 09:27

Hold I think. Not much point in using a trade on him now as he will increase in price – perhaps not as quickly as a Weitering but he's still going to be useful in terms of being a stepping stone.

    Mister_Spock · 13/04/2016 at 10:49

Paint the fence – maybe bring in Hartley and upgrade one of your other lines?

The Ranger · 12/04/2016 at 23:00

Grrrr…nothing more annoying than having to trade out a mid pricer that hasn't made any money but I'm thinking Crouch probably has to go.
Who do we think is the best rookie mid that hasn't played yet to trade too?
I'm thinking that if I have to trade I may as well bank some cash so is it Keays, Freeman, Mathieson?
I have Petrecca already.
Leaning towards Keays.

    Southern S · 12/04/2016 at 23:05

Is the more donuts the better some kind of new supercoach theory?

      The Ranger · 12/04/2016 at 23:14

No, I was just hoping someone would answer in a fair and even handed way with an opinion worthy of reading so that myself and others might learn from it.
      No luck so far then.

        tuxCS · 13/04/2016 at 00:13

        He's a very opinionated one isn't he

SC16 · 12/04/2016 at 23:10

when will keays, petracca and freeman all debut? desperatley need to downgrade some shit rookies to them

    Jess_coach · 13/04/2016 at 02:43

I also need to offload Gresham. Keays and petracca shouldn't be far. Hopefully this week.

    BKW · 13/04/2016 at 08:45

Keays should play this week, has been on fire in the seconds the past fortnight.

Freeman and Petracca might both get another week in the seconds, but I'd guess both will come in round 5

    jezzahill · 13/04/2016 at 09:28

Hoping Keays and Petracca get a look in soon. Hewett and Menadue down to those two would be ideal

    Marco_Polo94 · 13/04/2016 at 10:46

Inside information says Keays won't get much of a chance this season, if any at all. They want to develop him as they feel he is too young and will get smashed at the next level.

    Southern S · 13/04/2016 at 10:59

If Keays didn't get a shot while Rocky and Rich were out then alarm bells for whoever has him.

Billy Evans played but isn't worth trading in.

Jordan · 12/04/2016 at 23:13

Eric mackenzie

SC16 · 12/04/2016 at 23:16

Also, is Mills-Parish a good trade?

    Clarky · 13/04/2016 at 09:36

In terms of cash, you aren't really gaining anything, and i can't see Parish scoring well enough to warrant a sideways trade

hedski · 12/04/2016 at 23:29

Off wit ya noggin eat cake

Mick · 12/04/2016 at 23:41

Barlow. Does he go?

    Cashcows · 13/04/2016 at 01:29

Depends on your structure. Worth another look imo but could easily be let go. Must likely needs to go to a premo fwd as most fwds are rather light.

    Brodie · 13/04/2016 at 08:26

Hold another week with Mundy being out and see how he goes

    Lachie · 14/04/2016 at 16:53

    not yet

Jim · 12/04/2016 at 23:45

Is now the time to grab zorko? With his breakeven at a fragile 61 now

    Jess_coach · 13/04/2016 at 02:44

Perfect time, especially if you think he will keep it up.

DDJ · 12/04/2016 at 23:55

Need some desperate advice Community as I have Rockliff, Barlow, Rich, Crouch & McKenzie.

Thinking of holding onto Rockliff and happy enough with Barlows 99 to hold him as well.
McKenzie and Crouch were meant to be stepping stones to become premos so they will need to go but I guess I can wait as their prices won't change for a few weeks, however Daniel is set to drop by a fair bit so not sure if I should hold Rich or start fixing my team before I lose value.

My options are:
Crouch > Parker & Rich > B. Smith ($144.4k left)
Crouch > Ablett & Rich > Johannisen ($68.9k left)
Crouch > Gray & Rich > Hartley ($431.3k left)
Rich > Hartley ($733.4k left)
Or Hold with $414.6k in the kitty and 28 trades

What would you do? (Variations welcomed) Really need your help guys, thanks for all the help so far this season!

    hedski · 13/04/2016 at 00:03

    Abs and smith imo

    DDJ · 13/04/2016 at 00:12

Decent option Hedski, although is Hartley worth missing out on if named again this week?

      hedski · 13/04/2016 at 00:22

      Smith AA.
      Hartley Ess.

        Jess_coach · 13/04/2016 at 02:46

        Ablett and johannisen

          DDJ · 13/04/2016 at 11:34

Do you think Gablett is going to get any cheaper than he currently is? He might be a good pick up for the bye rounds, it's just really hard to go passed that price/form of Parker.

I'm still 50/50 on JJ or Smith, unless I just trade both in?

          Southern S · 13/04/2016 at 11:38

Like this trade, or Ablett + Hartley if looking for cash gen.

    jezzahill · 13/04/2016 at 09:29

Hold Rich. Should return this week and averages 98 against the Gold Coast.

      DDJ · 13/04/2016 at 11:26

Is Rich worth keeping until seasons end though? If he's not going to perform then I'd prefer to get my monies worth before the price drop considering his B/E is 100+.

hedski · 12/04/2016 at 23:57

S.Gray + Spudlow.
Happy this week if thats my worries.
No trades. FKN BANG.
First time I've held off early ever.

P.S. great t hear schneidr was in the bool cant wait t have a beer wit old ocker over a ck game

Mike · 13/04/2016 at 00:04

Found an interesting stat on JJ. All the games in which he tonned up in last year were at Etihad. He's played all 3 games at Etihad this year thus far. Could there be an issue with him travelling?

    hedski · 13/04/2016 at 00:34

    The dogs have the softest draw. Mcg × 2 . Cattery × 1. Nsw ×2. Sa × 1. Q × 1. Wa × 1.
    1 bye.

      Mick · 13/04/2016 at 00:46

Is he a lock then would you say?

hedski · 13/04/2016 at 00:07

Lost two trades #

    The Ranger · 13/04/2016 at 08:11

So would you just hold Crouch then Hedski?

      Dondeal · 13/04/2016 at 08:19

Always better to try and trade in someone you know will play and preferably on the bubble (you don't wan to to risk trading in someone like Petracca and Keays and then they never get a game). Can you use DPP status to trade in Ruggles? Or you have Short on the bubble up forward? Otherwise just hold until a viable option is there, its not as if you are getting any point value anyway looking at Petracca or Keays.

        50_Shades · 13/04/2016 at 08:32

I don't subscribe to this theory. I've got two non playing rookies specifically chosen to loophole for best scores or players I'm concerned about. One of them is petraccanand he will play eventually. Agree it costs you two trades in the end, but I don't want to risk dropped or injured players to help you get the best of two players scores.

      hedski · 13/04/2016 at 10:10

Hard call ranger I didn't start with him. Personally I'd go bang I'm good like that ha ha

        The Ranger · 13/04/2016 at 11:16

Yeah I'm leaning towards trading him but don't have the cash to go up so its a sideways (hate that!) or downward trade.
I think Crouch is now five or six rounds away from making good money (if at all) which is too long for mine, so the question really is just do it now or do it later when a rookie is on the bubble?
Do it now and I build a little warchest, do it later and it might get in the way of a rookie being ripe.
Aaron Young is fluttering his eyelids at me too….

          hedski · 13/04/2016 at 11:53

Keep an eye on lyons (I think off top of head) from crows only played one game scored well. Cheap dpp could get more of a chance. If he had of been named round 1 he would have been in my squad.

Mike · 13/04/2016 at 00:28

May I add, he averaged 90 at Etihad last year and 61 away from Etihad. Looks like alarm bells to me.

jordy.bee · 13/04/2016 at 00:42

anybody mind telling me what happened to young t.mckenzie over the weekend scored a lazy 4 …. dsnt seem to be injured from what i can find i didnt watch the game either anybody wanna fill me in ? i have brad crouch and god damn daniel rich aswell any thoughts community ? got 54 k to spare and my teams looking pretty bloody healthy otherwise !

    Ddj · 13/04/2016 at 00:50

Broken nose, should miss a few games. I'm in a similar position but with more cash in the bank, but in your situation I would probably go Rich > Rookie and Crouch > Premo midfielder

    Clarky · 13/04/2016 at 09:38

He broke his nose in the first quarter, didn't return

Budstar · 13/04/2016 at 01:03

Great podcast fellas!! Hey Community, missed the boat on Libba last week due to the time zone here in Brazil and consuming a few to many ambers…should of had him in my original team, went Brad Crouch instead!! Still 400k though thinking of swapping Crouch to Libba. Also definitely going Sam Gray to Parker swing, took a punt on Sam Gray but he butchers his disposal not confident he'll be a keeper. Parker lighting it up early, think he's in for a big year. Got 150k to go Crouch/Libba. Or hold off and use cash on bringing in a Shaw, Josh Kennedy or Goldy type in the next couple of weeks!! What's everyone's thoughts? All the best community πŸ™‚

Def: Houli Laird Hurn Adams Weitering Dea Sub: M.Brown Hartley

Mid: Parker Dangerfield Ablett Fyfe Wines Mills B.Crouch Sub: Menadue Dunkley Davis

Ruck: Naitanui Gawn Sub: Cox

Forward: Hall Barlow Wells Kennedy Kerridge McCarthy Sub: Papley McDonald-Tip

    Budstar · 13/04/2016 at 01:09

    Opps..Got Pendles also…in the Midfield!!

    Cashcows · 13/04/2016 at 01:19

I say pull the trigger and grab libba while you can. Is looking good and worthy of a keeper.

Shaw and Goldy are must haves but you'll probably have to get them later on due to your structure.

I think you can do better than JPK, he's probably one of the most frustrating premo midfielders. Handballs too much and prone to atrociously low scores at times.

      Budstar · 13/04/2016 at 03:22

Thanks Cashcows yeah Libba looking a keeper and at a great price still will bring him in. Will hold off on Goldy for awhile, Shaw will be my next premium in my back line to come in, along with a premo in the forwards to start strengthening up the lines!! Paint the fence and wait for the cash cows to fatten!! Good luck and all the best with your team!!

Cashcows · 13/04/2016 at 01:22

Holding all of Wines, Barlow and Greene this week.
Will reassess next week, no cash in the bank makes it somewhat easy.

bck2pp · 13/04/2016 at 01:25

great PCast men. Just found time 2 listen. Lucky i not have any poss burn men mentioned, Ranked good and sorta happy with my PODS this year.buddy,Mal good beard ski,De goey ? and sloane,Hmmm, hold all. 2 trades gone. Based on math i want Hall,Zorko 4 mills? I live in conflicting SCworld. Been ranked top 1000 last 3yrs. Great u ego, blah. however in couple of big $ leagues, different game,as u blokes know.

haiku bob · 13/04/2016 at 02:24

I've got 750K in the bank and 27 trades left.
Scoring OK – 2303 this week.
I've got all the rookies I need – Adams, Hartley, Brown, Dea, Papley, Mills, Davis, Tippa, Kerridge, Menadue, as well as Petracca and Gresham. But I've got DeGoey in the guts (along with Libba, Wells and BK). I'm thinking to correct that while I can, and with just 1 trade, get an extra premium. It'll cost me $300K to upgrade DeGoey to GAJ, but still leaves plenty ($450K) in the war chest.

Cheers community.

    Brodie · 13/04/2016 at 07:57

Great move mate you need GAJ and he plays Brisbane this week LOOK OUT whack the C on him with confidence

    jezzahill · 13/04/2016 at 09:30

    Bang! Excellent trade.

Alex · 13/04/2016 at 07:02

Hi community,
Currently have rich and crouch that I'm looking to trade

Team as follows:
Def – shaw, Gibson, laird, rich, weitering, dea, m.adams, brown
Mid – ablett, danger, r.gray, Parker, shiel, Libba, crouch, mills, menadue, Davis, dunkley
Rck – gawn, mummy, loersch
Fwd – Barlow, hall, wells, Kennedy, Kerridge, McCarthy, papley, tippa

With crouch out another 2 weeks he needs to go, but he's on an awkward price
Only have 50k in the bank so thinking of jumping on ruggles a week early for rich and then using the war chest to turn crouch into fyfe

    jezzahill · 13/04/2016 at 09:32

Hold Rich, look at trading Crouch. He is notorious for not getting through a full season and this won't be the last time this season he misses with injury. I'd maybe hold him for one more week, then trade Mitch Brown in DEF for Ruggles so you have a bit more cash to play with. The alternative is looking to downgrade him to a Keays or Petracca

      Jigglebells · 13/04/2016 at 12:32

You have an itchy trigger finger like many (new) SCers. Don't sideways trade. Rich is playing this week. He scored well in week one and copped a tag and strained a hammie week two causing him to miss week 3. Fyfe is copping the same tagger – Jacobs this week. Ruggles has played ONE game. Save your trades until when you really need them at bye time and especially later this year.

        Nicholas · 13/04/2016 at 13:53

        Its not a sideways trade…

Tulendeena · 13/04/2016 at 07:06

Should be hold crouch to see ruggles for a week, or trade for hartley (If named)?

Dilemma of the week

    jezzahill · 13/04/2016 at 09:42

Keep an eye on the teams, but if Hartley and Ruggles both play I'd hold off one more week. Then trade Hartley for Ruggles the week after and pocket some cash. I've been reading that Nathan Grima isn't far off putting his hand up for senior selection at the Dons so that may affect Hartley's job security.

    Derek · 13/04/2016 at 10:11

Forget about them. Have a look at Byrne-Jones from Port. He looked good.

      Southern S · 13/04/2016 at 11:01

      JS though?

superbj · 13/04/2016 at 07:40

Hey community, Thinking of trading out Mundy, not a great start to the year and he has the calf injury which is always hard to get back from quickly. Thinking about trading him out for either Parker or Robbie Gray. What are your thoughts?

    Joel · 13/04/2016 at 08:48

I have that same issue too superbj. Mundy still could be a top 8 mid even if his breakeven is 201. I have Crouch. Thinking of trading Mundy using the coin to upgrade to Crouch. But that could change when teams are named.

CJudd3Votes · 13/04/2016 at 08:01

Dunno what round this is relevant for but across his career Ablett averages 151 against GWS. This dude is next level

Casper. · 13/04/2016 at 09:13

Can anyone please tell me what is going on with Dylan Roberton?? Should I pull the pin this week and take the 40k price drop on the chin or should I hold. Could go straight to Shaw?? Not a lot of downgrade options……maybe Fantasio?? Need help guys?????

    jezzahill · 13/04/2016 at 09:38

Have you got Brodie Smith? Perhaps another one to consider

Clarky · 13/04/2016 at 09:15

Guys I really need your help! My team as below really isnt great and I'm stuck on what i should do next.

Back: Houli, Johanisen, McGovern, Weitering, Adams, McKenzie (Hartley, Brown)
Mids: Ablett, Pendles, Ward, Sidebottom, Selwood, Libba, B Kennedy, Mills (Davis, Petracca, Gresham)
Rucks: Martin, Smith (Wyatt as loophole option)
Forwards: Merritt, Franklin, Greene, De Goey, Wells, Kerridge (AMT, Menadue)

I currently have 200k in the bank have only used 1 trade so far this season. Opinions on what i should do would be great! Thanks

    jezzahill · 13/04/2016 at 09:38

The only concerns you have I reckon are McGovern, Smith, Greene and de Goey. Not the end of the world! I'd maybe look at a McGovern to Laird trade this week, and perhaps a Smith to Jacobs/Mumford if you can afford it? You're then left with de Goey and Greene (who may still come good, the season is still young)

      Clarky · 13/04/2016 at 09:44

That sounds very nice! But i only have enough to do 1 of them this week! Which one should go first? Smith playing the bombers and McGovern playing the tigers.

        jezzahill · 13/04/2016 at 10:23

Hmm tough one given the teams they're playing. McGovern's BE is 94 this week and based on his first three weeks he won't get that. Smith's BE is 103 this week but given he's playing the Bombers he's every chance to get very close to that. I'd probably trade McGovern first. Brodie Smith is another option if you don't want to spend as much cash – look's like he's getting back to the form of 2014.

Paulie Walnuts · 13/04/2016 at 09:37

Out – Lonegan ,In – B.Smith or Weitering – not sure which way to go ? Both have upsides for different reasons , I'm leaning toward Smithers – Dunno ?

    Holty · 13/04/2016 at 10:05

    is Lonergan injured?

Andrew · 13/04/2016 at 09:57

Am I too late jumping on Weitering?
Thinking Sheridan or Lonergan > Weitering

DadSmasher · 13/04/2016 at 10:00

Backline and other Topups Warning
The cheetahs are about to get Courtney Dempsey and Jayden Laverde, onto the park and possibly upgrade Jake Long plus topup Grima will be available over next 2-weeks. Grima and Dempsey will replace Brown and possibly Hartley. Laverde and Long will be given priority over the likes of Simpkin. Long did quite well in NAB and is only 102k he should be ideal for downgrading a bench rook like mills, parish, hewett

TeenWolfFyfe · 13/04/2016 at 10:04

i'd say do it with a breakeven of -27 at $290K id say get him in this week before his price inflates too much.

SC Shelia · 13/04/2016 at 10:32

Does anyone know when Petracca is suppose to be coming in?

    Grahame Lebroy · 13/04/2016 at 10:39

Apparently he is asking the coaches at Melbourne to give him a go. But after they rushed Brayshaw in a few weeks back they might be cautious. His form is very good, but he is coming back from a knee without alot of matches played. Pseronally I think he will be in 3 weeks max, hopefully sooner. He has been talked up big time by alot of people at the club

      SC Shelia · 13/04/2016 at 10:52

      Ok Thank you cheers!

Paul C · 13/04/2016 at 10:41

Hi community im torn on what trades to do this week, my team is:
Shaw, Laird, JJ, Weitering, Dea, Adams (Brown, AMT)
Dangerfield, Ablett, Priddis, Gray, Ward, Wines, Libba, Mills (Davis, Hewett, Petracca)
Dusty, Hall, Wells, B Kennedy, Kerridge, Mccarthy (Papley, Menadue)
i have 28 trades left

    mick · 14/04/2016 at 10:56

    the rucks need to score

Grahame Lebroy · 13/04/2016 at 10:45

I would hold off trading this week Paul looking very good.

John · 13/04/2016 at 10:46

Is it worth trading Mitch brown to Hartley?

Brown due to go up another 30k but Hartley due to go up 60k and I think will earn more in the long run.

Hesitation is that Brown has more to go before reaching his breakeven average and losing a trade but I am thinking Hartley is better and could sit on the bench for longer this season.

    Southern S · 13/04/2016 at 11:26

It's a tough call and Mitch brown has a negative 19 BE so I'd advise against it.

      John · 13/04/2016 at 11:41

thanks Southern – Been looking a bit closer and it could be Hewett to Hartley via swapping Bartel to midfield. Hewitt has +30 BE so less likely to increase in price.

        Southern S · 13/04/2016 at 11:44

True, and Mitch probably has better job security too.

Hewett may even get dumped this week making the decision very easy.

Marco_Polo94 · 13/04/2016 at 10:48

Not that I'm an advocate for either of these trades, but who would people prefer between Lyons and Menzel? Personally I avoid these types of trades as they rarely come off and prefer trading a rookie, however if Menzel stays fit I have no doubt he would average 85+ easily.

    Southern S · 13/04/2016 at 11:04

Had Lyons in my team before season start but then he didn't get named for round one.

Like him but job security is an issue. Honestly I don't like either option, menzel hasn't played a full season yet.

      Southern S · 13/04/2016 at 11:24

Prefer Lyons though. Wore the vest a lot of times last year and scores well without it.

Jay · 13/04/2016 at 10:55

Only one trade this week -> Mr Greene out, in comes GAJ…..If i already had Ablett i wouldn't make it a priority to trade out Greene……Sorry Jock, couldn't face the wrath of the SC gods any longer – i just caved in and got Jnr God into my squad.

Hey guys , how do you think fyfe will go this week with no Sandi and potential Ben Jacobs tag?

Matt · 13/04/2016 at 11:43

Is it worth getting Parker in this week or wait for Priddis to drop a bit in price? I am torn on Parker if he can keep up this level of scoring

CashCows · 13/04/2016 at 11:50

Ok community, need some help please.. I am thinking of dumping Crouch, bringing in Hall as a mid, then when time to upgrade, move fwd.

387k in the bank,27 trades (corrections)

Problems: Rocky (probably hold), Crouch (will probably dump),Lecras(went for him over Hall), Hall ( i don't have him)

Laird,Shaw,Adams, E.Mackenzie (my weitering POD), AMT, Hartley (Brown, Ruggles) (lots of work to do here!)
Danger, S.Mitch, Priddis, Fyfe, Libba, B.Kennedy, Mills, B.Crouch, (Rocky, Davis, Gresham)
Gawn, NN (cox)
Wells,Hickey, Paps, Kerridge, Lecras, Barlow (Menadue, Grimley)

Not sure what i was thinking early on but have made some corrective trades for cash generation and went for a few PODs, didn't work! Overall pretty unhappy with team after some yrs at the top end, this yr i fear is almost pointless! Also first yr i haven't started without Gaz..

Sarah · 13/04/2016 at 11:52

Great Podcast guys! I'm one of the people wondering what to do with Brad Crouch. A hamstring injury wasn't part of the plan. Feeling a trade to Ruggles might be on the cards via DPPs… but I don't like bringing in a rookie after only 1 game. However, if I leave Crouch on the bench this week to get another look at Ruggles/Byrne/Byrne-Jones etc, then I may have to put Davis on the field in the midfield… which is also not ideal!! By doing the Ruggles trade it's McTip that comes onto the field, not Davis.

What are everyones thoughts on this?

    Southern S · 13/04/2016 at 11:58

The one upside to playing Davis this week is that they are playing Brisbane so he could do ok. Maybe get a 60-80 out of him ideally.

      Sarah · 13/04/2016 at 12:05

That's an excellent point Southern! I'd take a 60-80 score as that's what I'd be hoping for out of McTip anyway. Assuming Hewett gets dropped though, it does leave me without midfield bench cover. Hmmm, leaning towards holding for another week to get that second look at the backline rookies on offer. Thanks Southern πŸ™‚

        Chill · 13/04/2016 at 13:33

Yeah I'd just play Davis and cross my fingers. Need to get one more look at Ruggles (also Byrne). Who else is on you mid bench Sarah?

          Sarah · 13/04/2016 at 13:37

Gresham (Crouch) and Hewitt. That's with Davis on the field. So potentially no cover but plenty of loophole options!!

            Chill · 13/04/2016 at 17:18

Yeah I think cop it on the chin this week and risk it. Davis should hopefully score enough and gives you time to assess your options.

    TRIGGER HAPPY · 13/04/2016 at 14:14

Tough one. Ideally you wanna get another look at the rooks and only bring them on the bubble. Both Byrnes and Ruggles. As Davis playing brissy maybe ride the rookie train another week. .I cut crouch last week down to parish so I didn't eat a donut. Once I heard hammy 1 week I thought this is crouch that will 3 weeks at least . Looks like I may have pulled in the tight trigger there.

john · 13/04/2016 at 12:07

Is Rich and Barlow to Ruggles and Houli a good trade which will allow me to upgrade De Goey next week?

    Mac · 13/04/2016 at 12:11

Houli has a be of 44, not a bad option

Cam · 13/04/2016 at 12:20

Brodie smith or JJ, who is better trade in

    siri · 13/04/2016 at 16:55

    50-50 call. Smith scored a 90, 80 and a 100. J J 100*2 and a 70. B smith DPP…..
No idea how JJ gona be with out BOB in the back line.

    I d say B Smith but its a 50-50 call

@GAVEDAY · 13/04/2016 at 12:22

Ladies and gentleman
Stand by your premiums.

Use your pre season plan.
Stay strong.
Trade up. Not sideways.

I've finally become zen about my team.
Not tearing it up, but I'm will get there.

The road is long.

    Chill · 13/04/2016 at 13:31

Wise words. No trades this week from me. Zen. Need to be patient.

BKW · 13/04/2016 at 12:32

Yep perfect mid season target

CashCows · 13/04/2016 at 13:07

Not sure if Priddis will drop too much, he is also under a cloud this week as he pulled up sore from the derby!

Alun · 13/04/2016 at 13:23

Looking at trading Brad Crouch. Two options I have come up with. M Brown – Ruggles. Crouch – Parker. Or Barlow – Lyons and Crouch – Fyfe. Any thoughts?

    @GAVEDAY · 13/04/2016 at 13:41

Wait on Ruggles. He's still a week off rising.
Crouch Parker is bound to boost your score.

      Alun · 13/04/2016 at 14:10

Thanks but need the cash from Brown to Ruggles to go Crouch to Parker. See what your saying though could do nothing if Brown's price rise is same as Parker's

    judd0 · 13/04/2016 at 22:40

Mitch Brown from Essendon? why trade him he has a negative breakeven will make you at least another 100k if you hold for a few more weeks. Don't trade out a rookie early just so you can upgrade another mid pricer, you're shooting yourself in the foot for down the track you won't have the cash generation.

Chill · 13/04/2016 at 13:34

I'd do it but I know if I bring in Ablett then he'll be out next week so I'll save everyone the pain

Alex · 13/04/2016 at 14:31

I'm sitting pretty chipper at rank 43 (overall)—with a good 29 trades left (I went Rockliff to Gray last week).

I'd like to keep the momentum going forward, with only one real concern. My Midfield bench consists of Dunkley, Gresham and Davis.
The situation changes depending on the teams on Thursday—if Dunkley and Gresham aren't named again, would having two not-playing rookies on the bench be a concern this early on?

Options aren't aplenty with the exception of Short. Job security may be of concern, however.

    TRIGGER HAPPY · 13/04/2016 at 14:44

Great job keep it up. I'm in the same boat with the mid field bench. I just don't think there r any good options so think I will just have to wait for someone to put up their hand.

The good news is the majority of on field rooks r going really well so may not need to be upgraded any time soon. Will wait for one of the big 3 mid rooks to get on the bubble.

    Gord29 · 13/04/2016 at 17:08

going to miss out on some early cash generation

    judd0 · 13/04/2016 at 22:37

I wouldn't be to concerned Alex, you're sitting very pretty, well done.
The midfield oddly this year isn't where our major cash generating rookies have been.
Most of the rookies in the mids that are playing well were around the 200k mark anyway.
As long as you had most of the good cash generation already down FWD and DEF with Adams, Kennedy, Weitering, Mc-Tip, Kerridge, Papley and maybe Matt Dea you should be right and Hartley this week. As long as you have most of those boys your cash generation won't be down to much, especially if you have some cash appreciating mid pricers like wells .

Michael · 13/04/2016 at 14:45

Barlow or greene to zorko?

    judd0 · 13/04/2016 at 22:25

    I'm holding both.
But if you've really cracked it with them then trade Greene, you can't trade out a bloke after a 99.

Alphie · 13/04/2016 at 14:48

Z smith, Rich and Greene. What do we do with each. Hold?

Damian Durran · 13/04/2016 at 16:45

siri · 13/04/2016 at 16:50

T mac down to rookie T mac to B smitj???

Thats the only trade im looking for this week

Help community

    siri · 13/04/2016 at 16:50

    Southern S · 13/04/2016 at 18:14

Down to rookie if you need cash gen. Not to brodie smith you're chasing points.

    fatboyfat7 · 13/04/2016 at 19:23

    Hold him

      Swans2012 · 13/04/2016 at 23:25

Agree, he's the sort of player who bangs out 130's to bring his average up, if you selected him hold or you cop his bad scores without the good….

votes · 13/04/2016 at 19:20

Should I go Sherriden To weltering? Weiters is 70 k cheaper and recon he will average more over the season and generate more cash? Would leave me on 27 trades using 2 last week!

    judd0 · 13/04/2016 at 22:24

If you really want to downgrade mate go down to someone on the bubble, the backline is good for that this week with Hartley if youj don't have him.
I would wait another week, he won't drop much cash his BE is only 80. That way their will be a few cheap boys on the bubble down back potentially Ruggles, Byrne, Byrne-Jones, Wagner, Mcdonald, Ruggles being the pick of the bunch at the 102k mark and the highest score of those rookies this week.

John · 13/04/2016 at 20:19

Gday community, any thoughts on Caleb Daniel? Low price and dominated on the weekend playing through the midfield and high half-forward.

    judd0 · 13/04/2016 at 22:12

Played really well on the weekend, was good to see a really small guy dominating.
Awkward price, won't be a season long keeper. Bit of a POD but I wouldn't go there.

Wonder Me This · 13/04/2016 at 21:45

What does Crouching One look like? In that image above he looks like a white guy in a ninja suit. In my mind he is that Asian guy from the Hangover.

    Southern S · 14/04/2016 at 14:50

White guy in a ninja suit seems accurate that's what I see as well.

Hawks#16 · 13/04/2016 at 22:02

Pretty solid captain choices this week, what are people rolling with?
Pendles against Melb
GAJ against Brisbane
Danger against Essendon
Goldy with Sandi out

    Suhdude · 14/04/2016 at 07:53

    Hi Hawka,
Danger / Gaj will both perform. Based on Dangers game against the lions last week I would be looking at GAJ.

    dognino · 14/04/2016 at 13:58

Need to wait and see the teams. I might only have grimly as a non player to loophole, unless one of the swans youngsters gets dropped. If everyone is playing, then I only have Houli as a VC option.

    Southern S · 14/04/2016 at 14:49

Danger Loophole. Gaz Captain if Danger fails.

Gary · 13/04/2016 at 22:20

Hey lads,
Got some problems. Need crouch and rockliff out. Gray for me is a must in, so will probably just sideways trade him in for rockliff. However, should I downgrade crouch to a hartley through multiple DPP tricks. Even further, pendlebury is giving me the shits and my ability to wait for his midfield time is lessening. Should I offload him for a parker type (keep in mind this is two sideways trades for a week where I was hoping to save trades).

JJJ · 14/04/2016 at 00:44

Out of contention at 12,000ish……..I think?

Is it too early to ditch Lonergan??
Lonergan to Petracca (shifting Adams to def, hall to fwd)
Crouch to Gray

Leaves backline weak but rest of team solid. Also gives me a DPP non-playing Petracca to loophole.

(Also thinking Lonergan up to a premo defender, or bringing in McCarthy or caleb over Petracca)
Any input would be appreciated.

Laird, Johanneson, Adams, Dea, Weitering, Tippa (brown Ruggles)
Gaz, Fyfe, Danger, ROBBIE, Shiel, Libba, Cripps, Mills (Davis, Petracca, Hewett)
Goldy, Nicnat
Buddy, Hall, Wingard, Wells, Benken, Kerridge (Papley, McGovern)

    Swans2012 · 14/04/2016 at 08:05

Definately not out of contention, I was 12-15kish after first four rounds last year and got as high as 66 overall around the end of the byes.
I'd give lonergan another week, not going to lose cash and may just produce something. I'm going to look at him next week if he doesn't do anything. But trading certainly going to improve your scoring potential….. I'd hold or find cash elsewhere

      JJJ · 14/04/2016 at 09:47

I could trade mills and crouch to Petracca and Gray…..

    Southern S · 14/04/2016 at 14:48

Wait why are you trading petracca in?

Winko · 14/04/2016 at 12:26

Trading Houli in, who I believe will be a top 6 defender for Sam Gray who has been disappointing and I believe wont be a top 6 Forward. Making trade using Marcus Adams swing set. I see this as a corrective trade not necessarily a sideways trade.Still 28 trades left. Sound feesable? In top 5,000.

    Southern S · 14/04/2016 at 14:52

Seems ok but I hope you genuinely think Houli will be top 6 or you're just chasing that 144.

      CashCows · 14/04/2016 at 17:57

who will be higher? Shaw, Laird, Gibson, Others Rance, Enright, Docherty, Burgoyne…maybe JJ, maybe Adams

Hard to see him not being a Top 6 Def

        Russ · 15/04/2016 at 00:51

Maybe T-Mac too if he gets his shit together.

Jexxa · 14/04/2016 at 19:52

Gotta get rid of Crouch.
is swinging kerridge into mids, then m.brown in Fwd and trading in Ruggles a good idea?

@TheNoLanguage · 14/04/2016 at 22:33

What to do with McGovern and Rampe? I got them both as PODs but they have both underperformed. I feel Rampe will come good based on his consistency over the last couple of years but the Gov has been all over the place and I'm losing patience. Thinking a straight swap to JJ for the Gov thoughts??

    Russ · 15/04/2016 at 00:50

Sounds like a solid idea, can't go wrong there.
