Old Ocker’s ULTIMATE SuperCoach Spreadsheet v2.1
One of the true gentleman of Supercoach has done it again.
If you’re like many of us.. there’s something about a good Excel stats spreadsheet that really stirs the loin.
And Ocker’s is clearly the best you’ll ever come across. Here is the second version for the season. Ocker’s gone and juiced here right up!
A few quick notes before we hear from the great man Ocker;
-
You’ll need Microsoft Excel 2007 or newer
-
You might need to click on ‘enable editing’ up the top before you crank into it
Over to Ocker!

Hello Community,
Some of you may have noticed that not all players names have consistency, Example Nat Fyfe and Nathan Fyfe.
I have spent many hours going through each and every player to make sure of uniformity in naming. The best advice I can give you is search by Sirname first. If you find any problems please hit me up on Twitter.
I have updated all of the ESS top up players and their list has now been finalized.
I have also put in the bye rounds for each player.
I made the decision to Update the Spreadsheet to try and make things easier for you in your research, after all that is why I do this for you. This Version 2.1 will be the last for this year. 2017
JUST WHEN YOU THOUGHT THINGS COULD NOT GET ANY BETTER… THEY HAVE:
- Bonus 1: 2016 AFL Draw.
- Bonus 2: Club listed rookie sheet with hyperlinks direct to the players profile, this should save a lot of time going to Club sites and searching for them.
I wish everybody a great SuperCoach season and truly hope that my Spreadsheet helps you to do that. It would be nice to know that whoever wins this year used my Ultimate SC Stats Sheet. Hope it is one of you.
DOWNLOAD VERSION 2.1 HERE
Please Enjoy.
Ock.
There goes my POD…
Great sheet BTW. Hugely useful and much appreciated.
Who is it?
TJM, It is Old Ocker mate. I am a point of difference.
Cheers hope you enjoy.
There are about 800 players Rick and POD will remain that way. This sheet is supposed to help you find those and there are many so I would not see that as a problem mate.
Just trying to help those that do not have the time to do what I can do and help level the playing field for those that know how to use it. You only have to start worrying when I start to make videos on how to do that.
I am happy that you find it hugely useful and glad you appreciate.
Cheers.
Hi jock how is my team looking I have 10000 left
Birchall, yeo, rich, smith, m.brown r.bonner: k.collins, m.hibbered
Danger, Pendles, Ablett, Rockliff, wines, Libba, crouch, parish: macpherson, d.gore, j.long
Nic nat, lobbe: wyatt
Zorko, wingard, Barlow, Greene, kerridge, kommer: m.cox, petracca
Looks pretty solid maybe downgrading Smith to Aish could generate some cash to uprgrade Rich/Birchall/Yeo and Macpherson's a rookie so won't play too much and maybe Keays in for Long
Good luck this year buddy
1. wingard, gray
2. wingard, parker
3. franklin, danger
whats the best option?
3, 1, 2 for me.
1
Wingard, Parker bra
Beautiful Ock!
Do you reckon its too expensive to be going in with Danger, Fyfe, GAJ and pendles?
Should I be opting for a cheaper option?
If you have any areas that need upgrading bad then don't go with all four of them. Otherwise go for it
Ren, Not at all in my opinion they are all players that you would most likely be looking at having at the end of the season.
Why not start with them, It will save trading up later. (Mid-priced madness is crazy this year with bargains that are very risky) Stick to the guns and rookies theory is my advice. Trades and how you use them will be as usual vital this year.
Cheers
Rate my team if you could
KK, Bartel, Yeo, Aish, Dea, Francis (bonner, Broad)
Midfield
Ablett (C), Pendles, Rockliff, Parker, Wines, Libba, Crouch, O'meara (Freeman, Petracca, D.Cunningham)
Ruck
Mumford, Lobbe (Grimley)
Forward
D.Martin, Barlow, Greene, Conca, Simpkin, Kerridge (Komner, Brown (Essendon)
7k in the bank
Cheers fellows
Hi Ethan. I think your side needs a little work. A few tips from me for what its worth.
1- Your backline is very risky: No assurity that most of these guys will perform consistently. Perhaps consider 2 of the following stalwarts. Shaw, Docherty, Simpson, Rampe, Rance, Houli etc)
2- I really like your midfield. Perhaps replace O'Meara (will not play rd 1) for another rookie (Gresham, Mac Pherson). This will free up cash to grab a Heath Shaw for your backline.
3- What the ruck?? Pi-ss off Minson and go for a more reliable option. (Martin or Jacobs) Mummy far to injury prone. Lobbe OK. Goldy I will grab later at a lower price just as you are planning. (I assume)
4- Your forward line is pretty good. If you can afford it upgrade Greene to a Zorko, D.Smith, Dahlhaus or Wingard.
Just my take of course mate. Hope it helps!
Cheers
Tophawk where did you get Minson from in Ethan's team? lol
Anyone with O'meara at this stage of NAB Cup should be on the net looking up injury updates! O'meara wont be ready for a bit still, do your research gents! He has had a bad knee for months now!?
Great job lads! Always love the sheet1
Deccas. Not a problem mate I hope it helps you out this year.
Stringer vs Billings at F4 community? Haunting my dreams.
From what I am seeing in the NAB cup tonight, I think Stringer would be my preference. Early days, but Stringer looks very good.
Yes I agree…..he's been on my radar but Stevens has looked good too?
Great work with the spreadsheet
Been playing around with my side a little
This is what i have atm
Laird kk doc z williams rookies x4
Danger pendles ablett rocky parker libba rookies x5
Goldy nic nat wyatt
Martin barlow billings simpkin rookies x4
Depending on how b smith goes i may swap him and laird and up parker to jpk
Thoughts would be great
Need some help for my team.
Still undecided if I should go set and forget in defence, or wait to see the premos and pick them up later.
So, should i go
Shaw, Smith, Gresham, 123k rookie and Wingard
or
Birchall, Aish, Crouch, Parker and Simpkin.
Leaning towards option 1 because it has more reliable options and would give me guaranteed keepers.
Depends on your preference for Guns n Rookies vs Midprice Madness. Answer that question and you'll have your answer.
Thoughts?
Shaw, Simpson, KK, Aish, Brown, Tucker, Broad, Collins
Fyfe, Pendles, Ablett, Rockliff, Parker, Libba, Hopper, Gresham, Cuningham, Keays, Mathieson
Goldstein, Nic Nat, Wyatt
Martin, Zorko, Barlow, Kerridge, Hunt, Petracca, Grimley, Adams
1k left in the bank
Petracca , Aish and Tucker and Hopper could send this team down the gurgler!!
Just about to download.. and I already know it's awesome. Thanks Ocker, love your work. Cheers,
Onya bloke, Glad you enjoy. This years is better and next year? Surprise will be better again.
Cheers
McVeigh, Laird, Suckling, Weitering, M.Hibberd, M.Brown (ess). –(Tucker, Bonner.)
Ablett, Fyfe, Dangefield, Rockcliff, Parker, Libba, Crouch, mills –(Polkinghorn, Keays, Macpherson)
Martin, Lobbe–(Grimley)
Deledio, Barlow, Franklin, wells, Simpkin, Kerridge –(petracca, Milera)
McVeigh if fit.
Will be hoping to trade Franklin and mills when there bye comes around. Loaded up in the mid too generate good early points.
You're a bloody legend Ocker!
Top work mate.
Cheers mate appreciate your thoughts.
Thanks Ocker, appreciate your efforts – If I don't win this year I hope you do.
Good Onya mate, The season is right in front of you don't look back.
Cheers
I have 2 spots left in my mids:
Danger or Pendles
Shiel or Treloar
Treloar all day mate! Even Dangers before him! Pendles will pop you he's 110 as a max! Treloar will be the new 130 plus man!
Thanks Ocker, don't know what I'd without this magnificent spreadsheet….Champion!
You are welcome Doug,
Thanks for the appreciation.
Cheers
what are your thought on Blicavs in the ruck. Will be playing up more this year, i thnk.
You're too bloody good to us Ocker. Great stuff, thanks again!
Choose 2 out of Gray, Wines, Parker and JPK
Wines or Parker???
yeah it's a tough one, personally I think Parker because of his ferocious attack on the ball and his tacking pressure. Tackling gains big point so defiantly Parker
I am more inclined to go with Parker at this stage due to reports of Wines having a minor groin problem.
Cheers
Yeah cheers Hamo always good to get some thoughts from the community
It also works in Open Office's Calc program for anyone who doesn't have excel. Takes a while to load initially but seems ok. Plus its free π
Yes it is free mate and will remain that way, Last year I had a request for a MAC version and got it working for them in .ods format.
I am always trying to help so if you have any problems let me know.
Cheers
anyway to see sub affected games??
Hi Guys. We are new to Footy and would like help to fill the spots in 718979. Last year I played and was probably around 20000.
