Alrighty community, here we go again – it’s time for Round 9 of the Punt Club. I do love all of you that are apart of this special Jock Reynolds Community and it’s great to see so many of your fantasy teams going along nicely. How about we top that off with a bit of extra dough hey?

MY DREAMTEAM SELECTIONS THIS WEEK:
Ahh, I can definitely smell the value here. As many of you all would know, Riewoldt has been playing like a rejuvenated man this year. His fantasy scores have been the best they’ve been in a long time thanks to his new position playing up the ground and winning plenty of possessions. I’m a big believer in form and the numbers make interesting reading. Boyd’s DT average of 87.6 points this year is the lowest it’s been for SIX years whereas Riewoldt’s current DT average in 2013 is the second-best of his career. Riewoldt’s last three scores are 117, 123 and 99 against quality opposition whereas Boyd’s last three scores are 96 (against GC), 65 and 80. The numbers don’t lie man! I’ll be snapping up Rooey this week.
Community legend Mick Da Mad Irishman was bang on with his evaluation of Priddis last week and many of us are thrilled we jumped on board. Priddis has been an ever-reliable fantasy scorer for years and years now. After a so-so week against Brisbane in Round 7, Priddis was back to his best in Round 8 pumping out 104 points against the Roos. Ward on the other hand has been solid, if not unspectacular this week. His average is marginally down on last year and has a mediocre average of 78 DT points against West Coast. The young Giants are in Struggletown at the moment and I’m expecting Priddis to do an absolute number on them here. Priddis all the way baby!
I’m on the leader of my mighty Blue baggers here community. So listen to the ‘man in the van’ when I tell ya Murphy is red hot at the moment and will CRUISE past the 104.5 point mark. I was down at Visy Park this week and I’ll tell ya that Murph was looking very slick indeed. Take away his stinker against St. Kilda a couple of weeks ago, Murphy has been super consistent this year scoring comfortably over 100 DT points in every game bar two. Ahh, and if we have a look back at Murph’s last three games at the Gabba (Brisbane host Carlton this week) we see scores of 109, 129 and 115 points – sick! Murphy, just like myself, absolutely loves BrisVegas. OVERS here community!
